Great family house in Vedbaek

Beautiful old renovated classic villa with 3 bedrooms, beautiful open kitchen and 2 lovely bathrooms. There is plenty of space here with a large living room and dining room with access to a delicious huge wooden terrace environment (facing due south) with lots of garden furniture for both dining and relaxing. Lovely view beyond Trørød and all the way towards Høje Sandbjerg 5-6 kilometers away. A wonderful place for an extended weekend pampering or a slightly longer holiday close to Copenhagen.

Velkommen til vores arkitekttegnede og stilfulde hus i naturskønt område nord fra København. Huset er perfekt til både afslapning, kulturel og aktiv ferie og er ideel for børnefamilien. Huset har en dejlig solrig have med trampolin, gynge, fodboldmål og ligger i naturskønt område tæt på Vedbæk Strand ( 2 km) og med udsigt og gåafstand til skoven. Der er kun 20 min til Kbh og alle dets seværdigheder, 15 min til Kunstmuseum Louisiana og 20 min til Helsingør. Kom og nyd roen i denne kystperle.

Modern family friendly lake house with direct access to the lake, and only 30 min drive north from Copenhagen center and 5 min driving to the Ocean with beach. The house is perfect for a family who wants to see Copenhagen and have a relaxing time as well. The house has been in several international interior magazines, and is a perfect spot for you who apperciate nice design in a casual and relaxing way. The house got a new kitchen in 2022 and also a new private dock at the lakeside.

Family villa Lovely family villa in Holte, conveniently located close to small shopping mall, the forest and beautiful lakes (within 10-15 min walk). 20 minutes with S-train to CPH. The S-train station is 1.4 km from the House. There is a 10 minute drive to the beach (Vedbæk). The house contains everything a family needs! Bedroom 1-3 is upstairs+1bathroom. Bedroom4 in basement and then there is also a bed in the gardenhouse/annex (May-Sep) There are 3 bathrooms (1 at each level)

Vejen lige ved en dejlig skov, og ikke langt til strand og hav (ca. 6 km). Villaen er godt udnyttet med plads til mange. Indhegnet stor solrig have hvor børn kan spille bold og lege og hoppe i den store trampolin. Ca. 16 km til City (Kongens Nytorv). Bus og tog tæt på.
