Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Rieux-Minervois

Highly recommend this apartment it is in a beautiful old building with a modern interior very tastefully furnished of the best quality. Located at the base of the castle with its own parking and a short walk across the bridge to the town. Many restaurants and cafes to choose from up in the castle and further around the apartment. Could not have been happier with our three nights in Carcassone.

Beautiful, comfortable and well equipped little apartment - perfect for a 3 night stay for our family of 4. Lovely kitchen with washing machine and full oven. Location was good - a 5/10 minute walk to the old town. Quiet side street. The hosts were friendly and very responsive. Thank you ☺️

Un havre de paix au cœur de la ville. Nous avons eu un vrai coup de cœur pour cette oasis de verdure et de tranquillité. Nous serions bien restés plus qu'une nuit ! Les instructions de Barbara pour trouver l'appartement étaient très claires et c'était un vrai plus de pouvoir laisser nos vélos sur la terrasse. La literie est confortable et les draps tout doux ! Nous conseillons ce logement.

Logement de très bonne qualité, très chaleureux et confortable, on s’y sent comme à la maison :) Bien situé, très calme, propre et très bien équipé. Peut être la meilleure location Airbnb que j’aie jamais faite!

Bei unserem fünfwöchigen Aufenthalt haben wir uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage zum Meer ist besonders toll, in 3 Minuten hat man es schon zu Fuß erreicht. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und das Bett sehr gemütlich. Das Bad ist angenehm groß. Bernard, der über uns gewohnt hat, war immer sehr freundlich und sehr schnell zu erreichen. Gruissan ist ein süßer kleiner Ort und einen Besuch wert. Der einzige kleine Mangel ist, dass das WLAN eher schwach ist, wobei man aber auch gut ohne WLAN auskommt, da der Ort so toll ist!

This is a wonderful apartment, well located to visit all of Carcassonne. Nicely decorated and refurbished tastefully. Beds were comfy, towels plentiful, bedding pristine. Kitchen well equipped. Three smart TVs delighted the children! Eric was a super host: very quick to respond and flexible re checkin and out. Would definitely stay here again. A nice mix of old and new!

We have just returned from 2 weeks here and we had a fantastic time! Iain is so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble! The house is ideal and perfectly matches the description! We had two dogs and the fully enclosed garden meant we could fully relax. We had a few days where we were unlucky with the weather so the heated pool was ideal and Iain was kind enough to make it slightly warmer for us! The house is so close to everywhere but still feels so private and quiet. We loved having the peace, but yet having everything we needed on the door step. We’d return in a heartbeat!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Fanny. Le moulin a été rénové avec beaucoup de goût : tout est moderne, confortable et parfaitement fonctionnel. L’intérieur est spacieux, très propre, et parfaitement équipé pour un séjour en toute tranquillité. Le vrai plus, c’est l’environnement : la maison est située au bord d’une petite rivière, avec une jolie cascade juste à côté. C’est un cadre idéal pour se détendre et profiter de la nature. La région est magnifique, entre vignes, garrigue et villages typiques. C’est un point de départ parfait pour explorer les environs, notamment la Cité de Carcassonne, les châteaux cathares ou les sentiers de randonnée. Fanny est une hôte accueillante, discrète et réactive. Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse et y reviendrons avec plaisir !

We loved our stay at this stunning villa. It is set on a hillside overlooking the village and with wonderful views across the valley to the pyrenees beyond (although the winds in September made it feel a bit colder than the actual temperature was). The accommodation was super spacious with 3 double bedrooms (1 with ensuite), a comfy open-plan lounge, separate dining area and kitchen area. Outside is an unheated swimming pool, terrace area and covered (pergola) seating area with outside dining as well as a large gravelled parking area. The town of Lagrasse is beautiful and typically french, with several restaurants and pavement cafes as well as some small gift shops and patisserie. It is approx 45 minutes drive from Carcassonne. The overall feel is of a relaxed and peaceful holiday destination and an ideal place for unwinding with friends over a bottle or two of wine. Thanks Graham & Jeanne, we loved it

Parfait ! Hote très réactif, nous avons réservé en dernière minute, en fin de matinée et le logement a été mis à disposition avant l'heure prévue (ménage irréprochable). La maison associe tous les avantages d'une maison de village avec les prestations d'une villa très bien équipée. Très bien situé dans un joli village... On n'a qu'une envie, c'est de revenir très vite !

Logement très sympa , bien décoré sur le thème de la mer et de la plage, lumineuxet spacieux. Vue magnifique sur la mer.

Le logement de Mickael est idéalement situé, au calme mais central, tout est accessible à pieds : plage, commerces, restaurants, terrains de tennis devant la maison . Il possède tout le nécessaire jusqu'aux chargeurs de téléphones multicompatibles ! L'extérieur est agréable et permet de faire sécher du linge. Mickael est très réactif, dans la seconde, notamment pour le chauffage ! Nous recommandons vivement ce logement qui a rempli toutes nos attentes.

Contact très cordial avec Anne-Sophie,très à l écoute sejour reposant grâce à la période. Port Leucate pour sans intérêt, sauf voiliers. Le village sympa,du charme, se méfier des restes avec une carte longue comme un jour sans fin. les pizzas à côté de la résidence TOP RÉGAL.

Appartement au 2ème étage d'un immeuble, très très bien équipé (vaisselle, electro-menager...). Deux chambres confortables. Couchages de qualité. Balcon avec vue mer très agréable où l'on peut manger à 4. Accès plage surveillée à 100 mètres. Restaurants et fête foraine à 800 mètres.

Agréable sejour dans le logement. Nous étions mis à l’appartement numéro 5, comprenant une petite terrasse qui n’était pas mentionnée dans l’annonce et c’était une agréable surprise. La climatisation fonctionnait parfaitement rien à dire. Juste prévoir de quoi faire la vaisselle et la nettoyer car rien sur place. Quartier paisible et calme. On entends pas mal l’extérieur depuis la chambre malgré la fenêtre et le volet fermé donc ça reste un peu dommage. Dans la globalité nous avons pas été déçu, très bon rapport qualité prix je recommande !
