A wonderful place in Spetses, close to the beach, close to town and restaurants and a bakery. The house is spotless, comfortable and well appointed, with a beautiful garden and balcony up top. Sophie is a gracious host who gave plenty of information about the house as well as about Spetses. Thank you for a great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay with Anastasia and mother Katarina at the pink castle. You certainly get a family vibe staying here and surrounded by nature and offered old local traditions it’s definitely worth a visit. It’s a bit outside of town so make sure you have some transportation!

The charming house is a real gem. Located right on the coast, you fall asleep & wake up to the sound of the surf. The sea begins right in front of the bedrooms & invites you to take a morning walk or swim. Perfect seclusion in a grove of lemon & olive trees off the road & away from the neighbors. Tastefully minimalist, no superfluous stuff, loving reception by Eleonora. It's the small attentive gestures that make the stay as pleasant as the bowl with the delicious lemons, clementines, ouzo & small sweets or the generously sized supplies of Nespresso capsules. The fully equipped kitchen really offers everything for cooking if you don't visit one of the wonderful restaurants. The two loungers by the house entice you to spend the whole day reading with a glass of wine or a delicious espresso overlooking the sea. We already miss this wonderful place.

It was the personal touch from Clara that really made this stay for us. A medical crisis arose during our stay, but Clara jumped in with advice and help, ensuring that what could have been quite serious was more easily navigated than it otherwise would have been without Clara's assistance and care. A super-kind host, who we found completely dedicated to us as her guests. Míle buíochas leat - efcharistó poly, Clara.

Everything perfect, great location, Lena and Mick were very very friendly and helpful. They were always there for us at all times. They have very sweet and quiet animals (dogs Harry and Raffa) 2 cats. We immediately felt at home. The pool was always clean and usable at all times. The little house was big enough and you had enough space, everything sufficiently available. We have been vacationing in this corner for 24 years, we will definitely be happy to come back here.

We only stayed here for a night on the way from Athens to the Peloponnese but it was all we expected. Katerina was super responsive and nice 😊

Well, our fifth island and what a lovely apartment! A lovely size, spotlessly clean and the perfect location, away from all the hustle and bustle of Thira and Oia. The buses are easy to work out, o need for a car really. Everything we needed was here - loads of storage, comfy beds, coffee! and such great communication and recommendations! Perivolos has some brilliant restaurants. We’d love to go back 😎

This is a really comfortable apartment on the 3rd floor. It's a bit like staying in someone's home (to be clear, you have the place to yourself) as it has little personal details & a cosy vibe. The button to ring the apartment wasn't clear but we rang Elina (the host) on the phone & she came down straightaway to let us in. There is a little elevator that comfortably fits 2 people. It would not fit a wheelchair. It has a big living area with a separate kitchen and dining area. It's a really good space if you are 4 people. Elina was lovely when we met her & she showed us around the apartment. She also went out of her way to accommodate us extending our stay twice. The apartment is on a reasonably quite road.However, it is near a busy road. I brought ear plugs & slept really well. There's a lovely Japanese restaurant (Zuzuto Ramen) a couple of doors away & other nice cafes nearby. We recommend this to anyone who wants a good sized cosy relaxing living space. Tracy & Dave :)

We stayed here before and loved it. This was the second time visiting and a few things have changed only in the local area. The place is spotless, homely, extra everything and a great coffee maker. The area is good - you have a new shop down in the square which does everything and there is also a new bio shop as well. The restaurants are in full swing as it is summer so yuo dont need to go far. ONE THING = THE AIR CON IS FABULOUS! Last time we were there we didnt need the air con, now in the summer we did and it is excellent and instant. Aspasia was a lovely host! My husband and I came here for our honeymoon and couldn’t have been happier with our experience. From the day we checked in, Aspasia was extremely welcoming and helpful, showing us around the apartment and sending a list of local recommendations! The apartment itself was absolutely beautiful with clear views of the ocean. It was a short walk to the town center and peaceful the whole time. We visited during easter which was an amazing experience. Aspasia told us about the local traditions and celebrations occurring throughout the weekend and it was truly special to experience that first hand. The town was perfect, the people were extremely friendly, and the views were breathtaking. My husband and I have already talked about coming back to Paros and staying at Aspasia’s apartments! The view is wonderful, the area is peaceful. WiFi is superb for my work. Ideally situated between Hermioni and Porto Cheli. So many beaches within easy reach. The apartment was well equipped and clean and tastefully decorated. A perfect place to come to rest and recharge. The hosts are lovely, friendly people, nothing was too much trouble. Will certainly go back.

Everything was great at Mrs. Kalliopi's place, she had everything one needs for their stay, and more. I would definitely visit it again for a stay in the city of Kalamata!

Very good place to stay!

Fantastic all the way around! We came in December and she gave us fantastic food and activity recommendations for the island. The location has an amazing sunrise view with a wide outdoor balcony and everything you could need. Hands-down the best host I’ve ever experienced with AirBnB with communication, checking in throughout our trip to make sure we were comfortable, and all around friendliness

Perfect place to visit Athens without being in the noise of the capital. Tram 180m direct to the center in 30min and for really cheap. I order

Absolutely wonderful. Beautiful sea view, kindest people ever, immaculate room with everything you need and nothing you don’t. Sit on the terrace, drink a coffee and watch the sea. Walkable to great sites. Can’t recommend enough.

host welcoming and responsive. we spent 3 nights for 5 people . 2 adults and 3 teenagers. very clean apartment with all comforts and close to the metro. The only negative point is the uninteresting neighborhood.

Our stay exceeded our expectations, the place was beautiful, clean, spacious, nothing was missing. Would be great for a multi-day stay! We definitely recommend it. Coffee in the cafe next door and breakfast to go with it. Just great!

This place has a lot of character, and I mean that in a good way. I felt very, very comfortable here. The bed is excellent, neither too firm or too soft. There's a lot of space. And it's just a cool place to hang out. It should be noted that this unit is downstairs. It probably gets about half the sunlight of most other condos in Athens. In most cases I would have an issue with that, but here it just added to the (jazzy, artsy) speakeasy charm of this place. It's about an 8 minute walk from the nearest Metro station, which is 5 stops (10 min) from Monastiraki. Not many tourists here, which is great from my point of view. There are a number of good bakeries and shops in the neighborhood. Not the kind of place you go to at night to have fun, but it's a great area for getting quality sleep without noise.

Great stay! Very clean with spacious living areas. Located very closely to all major destinations in Athens and next to some good food options. It was great being able to walk to back and forth between busy streets and the Airbnb to rest in the afternoons without having to depend on a bus or the metro. Would highly recommend!
