In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und bekamen sogar 2 große Flaschen Wasser. Das Bett war sehr gemütlich und auch der Liegeplatz im Wohnraum zum Fernseh schauen, hat uns gut gefallen

Vasilis place was cute and cozy and perfect for our short stay in Thessaloniki. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The apartment is not very close to the center so you do need a car or plan to take taxis. Communication was good, overall a great place to stay!

Άψογο κατάλυμα και design!! Πεντακάθαρο, άμεση επικοινωνία με την Αναστασία! Ευγενικότατη! Ένα μικρό θεματάκι είναι μόνο το παρκάρισμα στην συγκεκριμένη περιοχή, όμως όλα ξεχνιούνται με γλυκά απ το ζαχαροπλαστείο παρακάτω! 😋😋

Μπορώ να πω ότι πήγα και ήταν σαν να είμαι σπίτι μου ότι και να χρειάστηκα η κυρία Μαρία μου απαντούσε μέσα σε λίγα δευτερόλεπτα και ήθελε να είναι σίγουρη ότι όλα ήταν καλά και ήταν πολύ ευγενική το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!!!!

Δευτερη φορα στον ιδιο χωρο ολα αψογα θα ξαναερθουμε

Nice apartment with garden, next to the beach with lots of tavernas nearby. It was a bit difficult to find the apartment because it is in a row with very similar ones. You cannot park your car in front of the apartment, but there is a parking nearby. Nice and cozy space. Good communication with the landlord.

Makis war ein hilfsbereiten Gastgeber, war relativ schnell zu erreichen. Er gab uns Tipps für Unternehmungen und brachte uns sogar nachts eine Austauschglühbirne. Besonders der Garten ist ein Traum, das Häuschen hat den 70er Jahres Charme, was nicht jedem gefällt, uns aber schon. Wer modernen Luxus haben will, ist hier fehl am Patz. Die Photos entsprechen voll der Wirklichkeit. Die Betten waren gemütlich, für die doch kalten Abende sorgte eine Art Klimaanlage für die Wärme. In der Küche war alles zum Kochen vorhanden. Negativ waren die 9 Hunde des Nachbarn, die oft laut bellten und unserem Hund Angst machten und zu dieser Jahreszeit am Strand wenig los war. Aber dafür konnte ja Makis nichts

Marios était TRÈS disponible, il nous a accueilli avec un grand sourire et a veillé à être le plus utile possible. Le logement est très calme avec une magnifique vue. La piscine est entretenue 4x par semaine. Un grand magasin est est accessible à moins de 5 minutes à pied et le centre de Nea Moudania à 5 minutes en voiture. Marios est plein de bons conseils. La cuisine est correctement équipée. Nous avons vraiment passé un excellent séjour. Encore un grand merci pour cet accueil et cette gentillesse. Nous sommes prêts à y revenir encore.

Das Haus hat einen Touch mit 90-er, ist nicht 100% modern bzw auf dem letzten Stand, allerdings genau das mach sie so charmant und einzigartig. Die Verbesserungspotential wäre sicherlich: WLAN und ganz klar eine effiziente Klimaanlage, zumindest in der vorderen Haushälfte, sowie die Gartenbeleuchtung. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, an der Stelle vielen Dank an Gabi, unsere deutschsprachige Gastgeberin, die immer für uns da war.

Μείναμε στο τρίγωνο σπίτι για ένα βράδυ, η εμπειρία ήταν φανταστική!!Το σπίτι υπέροχο , μοσχομύριζε καθαριότητα τόσο το εσωτερικό του σπιτιού αλλά και όλα τα κλινοσκεπάσματα οι πετσέτες τα καλύμματα των καναπέδων ! άψογη διαρρύθμιση φοβερή οργάνωση η επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη ήταν αυτό που θα ζητούσε ο καθένας άμεση φιλική και όλες οι οδηγίες σαφέστατες!Ο εξωτερικός χώρος προσεγμένος , οργανωμένος με μαξιλάρια φωτισμός σε όλο το κήπο και στους κοινόχρηστους χώρους, ένας μικρός παράδεισος δίπλα απ τη Θεσσαλονίκη !Μπράβο σας για την τόσο προσεγμένη δουλειά που έχετε κάνει και για την αγάπη γι’ αυτό που κάνετε γιατί αυτό φαίνεται!!! Θα τα ξαναπούμε σύντομα !!

10/10 the place is beautiful and so many activitys around especially if you have a car. We went swimming, boating. Fishing and on a toured cruise while we stayed here. Amazing place to be! Highly recomend. Also had a very special dinner by the sea! We will be back forsure.

Everything was perfect. Natasha was a great host, and so full of positive energy. It was so clean, this is a rare place where you can walk barefoot like you are at home. It was equipped with everything you need. Although she did not know English and I did not know Russian or Greek, we managed to communicate with translator and hand gestures :) I would recommend this place to everyone.

Dirk has an amazing house. Huge living room, and huge yard. The kitchen is fully equipped. It's located 2km from the beach, but that's actually a plus - you are away from the crowd and the noise. Highly recommend !

Μια υπέροχη βίλλα! Η θέα είναι ίσως η καλύτερη στη βόρεια Ελλάδα! Νιώθεις σαν να κινείται το πλοίο. Το σπίτι είναι άνετο, καθαρό και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. Ευχαριστώ πολύ τους ιδιοκτήτες! Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

If you're looking for peaceful and quiet vacation this is the right place. Beach and private pool are just few steps away, apartment have everything you need and host is great! This was definitely the right choice for us with small baby and a toddler 😄 Thank you Mila, it was a delight staying at your place!

είναι ένα τίμιο διαμέρισμα σε σχέση με τα χρήματα. η Ιωάννα είναι εξαιρετική, επικοινωνία και κατευθύνσεις. το προτείνω σε κάποιον που θέλει εύκολη πρόσβαση στο κέντρο της πόλης χωρίς να χρειάζεται δικό του μεταφορικό μέσο.

Ένα όμορφο και φιλικό διαμέρισμα σε μια περιοχή με χαρακτηριστικά γειτονιάς. Βρίσκεται κοντά σε στάση λεωφορείου που επιτρέπει την εύκολη μετάβαση σε κάθε σημείο της πόλης! Ο Αλέξανδρος, ο οικοδεσπότης, εξαιρετικός, ευγενής και ευχάριστος στη συζήτηση! Για ένα ή δύο άτομα αξίζει να το επιλέξετε!

Its a very cosy Appartement in Ano Poly, the old town. The view is great from the Balkony. Here you can have a orginal Greek feeling in a big town like Saloniki. The check in and out was esay. Konstantinos was always very friendly an helpful to get a taxi to the airport. This Trip in Konstantinios appartement was a feeling to visit a friend at his home. I will come next time again.

πολύ καλή διαμονή, άριστα εξοπλισμένο κ πεντακάθαρο διαμέρισμα. σίγουρα θα είναι η πρώτη μας επιλογή όταν επισκεφτούμε ξανά την Θεσσαλονίκη!

Το δωμάτιο ήταν άνετο, ήσυχο και πάνω από όλα καθαρό. Ο ιδιοκτήτης είναι ένας αξιαγάπητος άνθρωπος που ανταποκρίθηκε άμεσα σε ότι χρειαστήκαμε. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα και θα το επισκεπτόμουν ξανά.
