Luciana and her husband's apartment is a dream! So lovingly equipped and furnished! We (my husband, our baby and I) enjoyed the terrace with the wonderful view of SEDINI very much! In the area you can take great trips such as to the waterfall at SEDINI! Thanks for everything!

Alexandro is a welcoming host. We had a pleasant short stay at his place. It is located in a peaceful environment, close to Alghero, with its lively old town. The apartment matches the photos, clean, with comfortable bedding. The only small weak point is the sound insulation with the neighbor who is very weak.

My stay at Francesco’s place was simply unforgettable! He greeted me warmly and immediately showed me everything I needed, which made my stay very comfortable. The room was very clean, cozy, and beautifully furnished. The house is a true gem with a historic atmosphere, located in the heart of the charming town of Santa Lucia. It's a perfect spot for anyone wanting to experience authentic Sardinia. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Svitlana’s. I will definitely stay here again if I am lucky to be back in Alghero. The beds were so comfortable and honestly the best showers we had in all of our stays in Sardegna. I highly recommend booking! It is so centrally located and everything walking distance. Don’t hesitate to book. Svitlana was highly responsive and accommodating.

Edoardo and Simona's place was very nice and cosy. Definitely worth the money. Please note: more than a house, although it is located within a proper flat, it's more of a "hotel room". That means no living room, no kitchen, etc. It's just a room with a private bathroom, a balcony and a small little fridge (the one you would find in a hotel room). For me it was all I was looking for, as I stayed a couple of nights only and already decided I would eat out. The hosts are very communicative, helpful, friendly. They walk the extra-mile to make their guests happy, and it's been a pleasure dealing with them. The place is in a walkable distance to the historical centre, with the advantage of having free on-street parking, which is exactly what I was looking for. It's just perfect location wise, and I would definitely consider going back to their place. Recommended!

Owner is friendly and place is very clean. Easy parking and quick 30-45min drive to various nice beach in the northeastern coast . Nice area in countryside. Great breakfast place 3 min walk, Spar market and 3 pizza place within 15min walk. The only downside is ocean view on the listing is from owner occupied unit upstairs. Other than that, everything is great. I would recommend.

Great self contained accommodation with everything we needed for a 9 day stay. Minutes away from the beaches and shops. A beautiful location in a beautiful country. Francesco is a lovely host. Would highly recommend.

Very good accomodation which exceeded our expectations. It had everything we needed for summer holidays. Room was clean and cosy. Host Daniel was very nice and helping. Breakfast was tasty. We recommend this place!

Beautiful place, the location is central but it is so peaceful and calm - great atmosphere. The host went above and beyond to make my stay there perfect, he was so helpful with letting me leave bags pre and post checkout and helping me with the buses. I highly recommend Nuova, it is my favourite place in Olbia and I will definitely return. The pool and pool area are lovely, so clean and quiet. Davide was very welcoming. The accommodation offers very valuable amenities: beach bag (with towel and sunscreen!) and umbrella in case of bad weather! Small extra touches with free drinks in the fridge. Very good location two minutes from the center. We spent two very nice days there discovering the archipelago in October. We highly recommend this very clean and very beautiful accommodation, with a charming terrace.
