Extremely manicured and gorgeous property! We were very well received and the location is perfect! For those looking to enjoy the trip and at the end of the day being in a quiet place, with privacy and who may have more family moments, this is the ideal home. Now I want to go back in the cold season so I can use the fireplace and make a fire in the backyard!

Carolina and her son were super helpful and attentive throughout our stay! We wrote to them several times with questions and were helped within minutes (and we were given a very delicious cake by Carolina). The place is centrally located and really unbeatable value for money! We felt very comfortable and would come back anytime. I highly recommend it!

Casa Alcir exceeded our expectations! Located in a gated community within a farm, it offers security, tranquility and lots of contact with nature. The site's infrastructure is fantastic, with a swimming pool, hot tub and even a tennis court, which ensured moments of leisure and relaxation. The house itself is impeccable: extremely clean, well decorated and equipped with everything we need to feel at home. The host was exceptional, always attentive and available to help us with whatever was needed. For those looking for a quiet retreat, but with all the amenities, this is the place to be. I look forward to returning to enjoy this little paradise again!

We had a great experience with this stay. Large, clean, air-conditioned apartment in the living room and bedrooms. We get very hot days (37 degrees) and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Karen was super friendly and helpful from the beginning to the end of our stay. I recommend it to everyone.

The apartment is beautiful; comfortable, we stayed two couples with two minors and was very comfortable; it was impeccable, well ventilated; it had a very complete social area with swimming pools, games, gym... air conditioning in all environments; it is located a few blocks from shopping, the reception girls were very friendly. I thank Hamid for his hospitality and recommend his accommodations. We will choose it again every time we travel to Foz.

New apartment and building....everything clean and organized. Air conditioner operating mainly on the day I went because it was very hot. Organized rooms and a clean bathroom. Very central location, easy to find and large parking. I recommend it!

This place was my dream apartment. Very spacious and brand new great amenities great lighting. The pool in the gym were magnificent. The location was amazing. Close to restaurants and cafés. Very walkable neighborhood. Definitely if I’m coming back I’ll be rebooking.

The apartment is excellent, super spacious, clean and comfortable. Check-in was very simple and flexible, there is a 24-hour reception, and it also has a market on the ground floor inside the building. The pool area is very nice and was very clean too. It has a very good location, easy access to the Falls, Ciudad del Este and the border crossing to Argentina, close to main avenues and shopping. We would choose it again on our next trip.

Everything as agreed! Unfortunately, there's a construction next to the building that makes noise, but it's not the host's fault.
