Très bel appartement avec toutes les commodités dont un garage couvert. Une superbe vue sur la mer de toutes les pièces de l'appartement : petit déjeuner le matin avec vue sur la mer du bonheur ... Nous avons été bien accueillis et en début et en fin de séjour. L'immeuble se situe dans un quartier tranquille et, en même temps, il est très rapide d'accéder aux voies rapides : pour visiter toute l'île c'était top. Appartement à recommander.

All in all this was a very good apartment. Only 7 minutes in a straight way to the beach. Justine answered almost right away. For the autumn time I would highly recommend this!

The photos looked amazing, but somehow, this place is even more stunning in person. The suite is well laid out for separating the rooms and making it feel like a home. The manicured garden and the pool were really outstanding, Ricardo and Elisabete were a great host in their responsiveness and flexibility. If you are looking for absolute peace and serenity, this is it. We never wanted to leave the property. Everything was perfect and we couldn’t have been more pleased. Excellent property and attention to detail. A must!!

Wow what a beautiful experience! Anita went above and beyond so kind and helpful. From having food and wine waiting to helping us get bus tickets back to Lisbon and everything in between. The condo was exactly as pictures show with a million dollar view Easy access to beach and lots of restaurants and shops. Look forward to our next visit!

Beautiful property that is walking distance to the gorgeous city center and botanical gardens. Everything is brand new and spotless and parking was a bonus. Highly recommended for any trip to terciera

Très bel appartement avec vue sur mer, spacieux, bien décoré. Voie rapide à proximité. Beaucoup de vaisselle à disposition, des condiments, des dosettes de café, des pastilles pour le lave-vaisselle et le lave-linge. Tout confort. Nous recommandons…

We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in het appartement 70A. Helaas hadden we weinig zon maar zodra die er was zaten we heerlijk in de zonnige tuin waar ons zoontje van 2 lekker kon voetballen. Ook het feit dat de auto veilig voor de deur stond was erg fijn. De accomodaties heeft alles voor een kort of wat langer verblijf. Met de auto ben je zo in de lagos, Portimao, Faro en diverse bezienswaardigheden. Het kleine stukje lopen naar het strandje is perfect te doen. We hebben heerlijk donker geslapen en ons zoontje kon makkelijk in het kinderbedje bij ons op de kamer. Het uitzicht is prachtig over porto de Mos en in de avonduren zelfs romantisch te noemen. Bedankt voor het fijne verblijf!

This is a beautiful home in a beautiful peaceful location. It is exactly how it is described and more. So much space and everything you need. The view is stunning - and lots of chairs/loungers to sit on to enjoy it. We knew Carolina was there if we needed her - but we didnt as everything was perfect. I would highly recommend this home and would love to return.

O apartamento está muito bem decorado e bem situado. Tem uma vista maravilhosa. Passámos 4 dias muito agradáveis com o nosso pet. Os anfitriões responderam sempre as nossas mensagens. Ficámos com vontade de regressar!

Great penthouse in the middle of everything. The harbour in front, the old town on the right, a park on the left and the shopping centre behind. It is a really big apartment with a great terrace. It has two bedrooms and a well equipped kitchen. Parking is available in the garage below the building. There are many very good restaurants within walking distance. It was a personal welcome and we were given an introduction to the accommodation. It was a very nice stay and we can really recommend this apartment.

Our stay at Jose’s place was perfect! The apartment looked even better than in the photos – clean and very comfortable. Jose was super friendly and gave us great recommendations for things to do in the area. The parking in the garage was a big plus. Highly recommend!

Apartamento muy cómodo y espacioso, a pesar de estar en el centro muy silencioso y tranquilo. El balcón con vista a un jardín interior permitía relajarse al desayuno. Ubicación excelente para recorrer Funchal caminando y para realizar excursiones a toda la isla. Estacionamiento en el parking del supermercado de atrás a bajo costo. Muy recomendable este apartamento.

Carlos est vraiment une hôte au top! Disponible, réactif, de bon conseils Que dire sur le logement qui est superbe avec une vue à couper le souffle. On y retrouve tout ce dont l’on a besoin ! Super confortable calme, belle terrasse pour contempler le coucher de soleil. Nous y reviendrons à coup sûr lors de notre prochain passage à Nazare ! Merci pour tout !

Die Unterkunft war sehr geräumig und es gab reichlich Platz zum Entfalten. Das Ambiente ist eher zweckmäßig und nicht besonders heimelig aber uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Man ist dort privat untergebracht, aber auch anonym. Kontakte knüpfen wird man dort eher nicht. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und die Waschmaschine wäscht gut. Der WLAN Router befindet sich in der Unterkunft und das Internet ist schnell. Besonders gut fand ich die große Schiebewand mit der man den Wohnbereich gut vor Sonne schützen kann. Unschlagbar ist die Nähe zum Strand, wobei die Gastronomie in der Umgebung wenig Anwechslung bietet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß in 15-20 min erreichbar. Man hat ja schließlich Urlaub und reichlich Zeit. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und die Unterkunft war ihr Geld absolut wert. Vielen Dank

Ein wirklich bezaubernder Ort nah an der Natur, wo wir zur Ruhe kommen konnten und die Nähe zum Meer mit einem fantastischen Ausblick genießen konnten. Besonders fand ich, dass es echte Zimmerpflanzen in der Wohnung gab und auch auf der fantastischen Terrasse. Wunderbarer Ort für den Dezember Urlaub. Ratsam ist ein Mietwagen, da die Anlage doch ein wenig außerhalb liegt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nice apartment, completely as expected, cozy and comfy! Cool swimming pool, there was almost nobody during our stay! Furthermore, calm and quiet neighbourhood, but just in 5 min walk from big supermarket and 10 min to multiple bars, restaurants and party spots, beach was also in a walking distance(around 25 min). Just one thing became uncomfortable, that we were unable to leave the luggage on the reception as after early check-out we still had time until the departure, but it didn't spoil the overall impression. Highly recommend!

Leonardo and Susana were great hosts. The apartment was spotless and the massive balcony was an added bonus! The location is very convenient for the golf course and there are some great beaches nearby! A thoroughly enjoyable stay.

There is nothing but praise and gratitude to Kathleen and Manuel for being such amazing hosts. The property exceeded expectations, and we found everything to be as described perfectly according to the description. We didn't have a car, but used uber/taxis to carvoeiro and local areas such as Estombar and Benagil. The local intermarche supermarket was only a 10 walk away, and I'd compare it to Asda in UK. Plenty of choice, easy to find what you need, but do not buy imported English goods unless absolutely necessary because they're extremely overpriced (just some helpful advice) Kathleen and Manuel have 2 dogs. Millie and Max. We absolutely fell in love with Millie especially 😍 please give her attention if you love dogs and Sat by the pool, she's so friendly and super intelligent. The attention to detail in everything about the property was perfect for our family of 4, 2 adults and 2 children aged 8 and 9. We'd absolutely recommend this property and hosts to anyone.

Eravamo già stati da David e ci siamo ritornati con molto piacere, è come essere a casa. Il posto era molto tranquillo in questo periodo, siamo stati benissimo. David ha soddisfatto immediatamente ogni nostra richiesta, lo ringraziamo moltissimo.

J’ai séjourne 10 jours en février 2025. Logement digne d’un 5 étoiles , si vous avez une voiture l’emplacement est idéale, à pied ça se fait mais le déniveler pour revenir va finir par vous décourager après quelques fois , les épiceries sont à 2 min de voiture . Que dire de la vue , elle est magnifique le mobilier extérieur est de haute qualité et confortable idéale pour admirer la vue . La piscine commune est propre mais pas chauffer . Mon seul point négatif je te dirais les matelas , plus ou moins confortable considérant la qualité du reste du mobilier, Sinon tout était parfait l’hôte est d’une grande aide . J’y retournerais sans hésité .

Had a lovely stay at this apartment! Beautiful views and an short walk to the centre and the beach. Communication was great, Tiago replied quickly and was always ready to help. Only minor thing is that you don’t have sun during the evening on the balcony.

Ricardo is a great host, he greeted us by the apartment which made the check in easy. The apartment itself felt like home, it had everything we needed for our stay. The location is perfect, you can see the sea from the balcony which is lovely. 5 stars from us!

We really enjoyed our stay at the marina apartment. We could walk everywhere. There was a grocery store just down the street. Lots of restaurants close by. The balcony overlooked the pool and the beds were very comfortable. Edite gave us recommendations on where to eat and what to see. I would highly recommend!
