A completely family-friendly place, the apartment has everything you need to be comfortable in all the rooms of the place. Recommended for a weekend break with the family

The accommodation is perfect. It has plenty of space, everything extremely clean, flexible check in and check out due to the dates we were there and Lionel was in communication with me the whole time. We would definitely stay here again. The only thing that bothered us (and that is not the fault of the host) is that there is music throughout the pool area and tables of the complex from 9 am to 6 pm or later if it is a weekend. This music can be heard from all the pergolas of the apartments so if you want peace and quiet, maybe it would be good to consider it. Lionel told me that he will suggest that music schedules or at least the volume be restricted.

We rest and diffuse this house a lot, we were only 8 people so the space was more than enough, everything was clean and the house coincides with what it offers, what is a plus is that I accompany us as cleaning support and Dominga cuisine, a wonderful person with a lot of kindness and willingness. We don't feel safe and at home. We'll be back when possible.

We had a great time at the house, the number of rooms was sufficient and spacious. The accommodation had everything you needed. Especially a great flexibility with the check-in time.

The house was even better in person! Lots of space to hang out, cook and enjoy the outdoors. We really enjoyed the partially covered pool and the hammocks overlooking the ocean. Being there felt safe and private.

We had a family and friends get together. We loved the spacious social areas, specially the ranch and big pool. The hammocks area is very nice to rest or even take a nap with the sound & ocean breeze on the back. It is really nice to be able to walk to the beach and also be able to observe the ocean from inside the swimming pool. Overall the house is very nice, spacious, the bedrooms also spacious with the convenience of private bathrooms on each bedroom. The only has an issue; with the various stray dogs entering the property at night and tipping the trash cans all over the area. As a result of this incident, my son sustained a cut on his foot from broken glass in the trash. We had to go get antibiotics, gauze and a cane to assist him, and seek medical care in the city. We would kindly recommend considering the installation of a fence or gate around the trash cans to prevent future occurrence like this, as it would ensure the safety & comfort future guests. This is the second time we have all the family and we love the house, because of what it offers and how well located it is. Kids love the pool as it has a space for kids. Surely we will be back for the next vacation or sooner.

My family and I really liked the property. Accessible to the sea and with a good-sized pool for 16. The place is safe with a guardhouse. The kitchen is equipped with the necessary utensils. The bedrooms have comfortable beds and a bathroom. Communication with the hosts is easy and fast. Overall, we ended up wanting more vacation. We'll be back

Very good stay, comfortable and friendly. The house like the pictures cute everything, private and safe condominium. Rodrigo always attentive to us a pleasure to have been in the apartment.

Incredible setting! The kids were delighted with the pool and wanted to just stay there all day. We took advantage of the poolside massage services. The beach is very steep, so it was more of a backdrop than an activity. This is on the third floor with no elevator, so keep that in mind if you have issues with walking. The restaurant is delicious and open from 8 AM to 9 PM every day. If you need to do laundry, it is not in the unit and it costs 25Q per machine use. If you have a vehicle to travel on your own, this is about 25 minutes away from main street Monterrico. We booked a sunrise mangrove tour and horse rides at sunset; both took place down there.

Super friendly host, responded very quickly and was very flexible with our entry schedule, we would definitely come back without thinking

This place was a nice place to relax, AC was a huge plus. Very clean. The patio was very nice to sit and eat. Only downside was no drinks near the pool.
