Très bon séjour dans le logement de Christopher, l’emplacement est parfait, le logement est propre et Christopher est très réactif face à nos demandes. Un grand merci à la dame de ménage très serviable et disponible. Un logement parfait pour vos déplacements professionnels.

L'appartement est super, littéralement. Le quartier est plutôt tranquille, la décoration est chic et classe. Le seul bémol, c'est qu'il manque de la luminosité. Pour le reste, rien à dire non plus. Communication très fluide avec tout le monde : M. Alain, M. Alfred, M. G.S. et la femme de ménage. Possibilité de partir plus tard en fonction du vol. Merci à tous 🙂

Marlene was truly an exceptional host who went far beyond what anyone could expect. From the moment we booked, she was kind, responsive, and attentive, but what really stood out was how she handled a very difficult situation we faced. Unfortunately, due to an unexpected visa issue, we were unable to travel as planned. Even though our reservation was marked as non-refundable, Marlene showed incredible compassion and understanding by generously refunding our stay. This act of kindness lifted such a huge burden off our shoulders during an already stressful time, and it showed how much she genuinely cares about her guests, not just as a host, but as a thoughtful and empathetic person. It’s rare to come across someone who will go to such lengths to make things right and offer support when things don’t go as planned. Marlene’s integrity, generosity, and kindness truly made a difference for our family, and we will always be grateful. Thank you very much !

Idriss is an amazing host. He is there to respond to your question and make you comfortable and the place is very peaceful. 10 minutes from the airport easy to get a transportation. My unit was not available for me, however, they offer me another unit, which was very comfortable.

La communication avec Idrine et le service de la résidence ont été parfaits. Le restaurant La case situé au rez de chaussée de l’immeuble a été d’un grand soulagement pour moi. Je recommande fortement ce logement et j’ai hâte d’y être à nouveau.

I had a wonderful stay with Mohamed and Aurelie. Mohamed even met me at the airport which greatly alleviated my lack of French and familiarity. They were invariably gracious, polite and affable and I felt very much at home while still able to enjoy privacy. Their assistance in familiarising me with Brazzaville, including the obtaining of visas for further travel, was invaluable. Their home is located in the safest part of Brazzaville and this was very comforting. I am most grateful to Mohamed and Aurelie for their key role in my visit to Brazzaville being relaxing, learned, and trouble free.

This was an excellent stay. What is not immediately evident from the listing is the level of service that Mr. Simplice and his staff deliver. They accommodated us in everything that we could need. If we find ourselves in Brazzaville again, this building is the first place we will check.
