Vacation rentals with beach access in Polis Chrysochous

We had a wonderful stay at Iulia and Catalin's apartment. They were extremely responsive to all of our messages. The apartment was extremely clean and very well maintained. The entrance to the apartment block is not the most aesthetically pleasing, but once inside the apartment is homely. We visited in April and the weather was very cold in the evening. The apartment was cold in the evening but there is heating using the air conditioning unit. The apartment is very close to a mall, the harbour and a supermarket. As other reviewers have said, the main road outside the apartment can be a bit noisy in the evenings, but apart from that it was a very peaceful location. We would recommend this apartment if you are looking for a central base from which to travel around Cyprus from.

From when we booked to when we departed Nitzan was always available if required. The apartment is set in a lovely block with communal pool, 5 minutes from the beach and restaurants on King of Tombs road. Used the local buses to get to coral beach and the town centre which has more lovely restaurants. Weather was fantastic and we could not have asked for more. I would love to say wow!!! bargain!!! great location,great host and great apartment... from the nice touch of a bottle of wine and waters and also fruit (we don't drink wine) but still an amazing touch all the way through to the pleasant balcony sea view for perfect morning start! I cannot say enough positive about this place, literally a stones throw to shops/restaurants and bars and also the big shopping maul! pleasant sea walk on your doorstep and 15mins walk to the harbour.. I would not look anywhere else if visiting pafos again! George was also very responsive to any message and was always in touch. do not look for anywhere else on here! you need to stay here! This is a great place to stay. It has everything you need and is close to lots of bars, cafes and restaurants. The sea is a 2 min walk away with a lovely sea promenade. The apartment is very comfortable and lovely to come back to after a day of sightseeing. Parking the car was very easy and convenient - a great plus. Highly recommended.

The apartment is very well described and was well worth what I paid to stay. the location is very convenient and close to many restaurants and the beaches.

Had a very nice stay. Apartment as in the pictures and for us a very good location: within walking distance of the beach, lively part of Paphos and at the same time quiet. Close to many sights or for excursions (we had rental car). Everything is fine in the apartment: cozy and spacious. Nice pool. Very friendly host who is involved by giving all the information you need. We would love to come back in advance!

The apartment was excellently equipped with all the things you could need. Mya was available when we arrived, even though it was late, and showed us how to work everything. She also made recommendations for activities and restaurants. The beach was a 3 minute walk away and many restaurants were within a 15 minute walk. The welcome pack contained a good selection of basics and some wine and beer. I would highly recommend Mario’s place for a relaxing break.

Lovely little apartment, comfy beds, two wardrobes with plenty of storage space in the double bedroom but there is no wardrobe in the twin bedroom. There was no toaster but the same morning the management company bought one and brought it along. The garden was a real bonus, sunny most of the day. Plenty of parking outside. Within a short walking distance to restaurants and buses, also walking distance to the beach and coastal walking path to Paphos Harbour.

Lovely place, better than it appears in the photos, plenty of space, peaceful, great indoor and outdoor space. We had a few minor issues that they came and dealt with immediately. Overall surpassed our expectations

I have been using Airbnb for years but this has to be one of the best . The host ordered us a taxi from the airport which was prompt and friendly . Easy access with lockbox . The Maisonette was beautiful . Immaculately clean and stylish . Beautiful Kitchen and had everything you needed to cook . Comfortable living room and bedrooms . The little back garden was private and a sun trap. Location wise it was ideal . 10 min walk to harbour, where you past many places to eat and a large supermarket to buy fresh produce . When you arrive at the harbour you can catch a bus to old town or coral bay or the Tomb of the kings or walk the beautiful coastal walk. Can’t express how great this place was …Eleftheria was at the perfect host, always on hand if needed . Would 100% recommend to everyone !!

We wanted to enjoy two weeks of winter sunshine in Cyprus, Pissouri Bay looked ideal and Georgios' villa perfect for the two of us. The photos represent the place accurately and we were not disappointed. A real bonus was having Georgios as our host; he was there to meet us in Pissouri. He showed us the villa and gave information we needed. We were also grateful for the generous food treats left for us - true hospitality thank you ! The facilities are great for self catering and relaxation. Two comfy sofas and TV with Netflix; outside there's a private garden where we enjoyed leisurely breakfasts in the sunshine. The place is just across the road from the 'Bay Cafe' and 'Vine' tavern (excellent); also a nearby handy mini-market. Pissouri Beach is a short, easy walk away; we paddled and swam. There are also some good walking routes up over the cliffs. In summary this is a welcoming place to be, we enjoyed our stay and want to return. Finally thanks again Georgios for rescuing my coat!

Great apartment in a great location. The outside space is such a bonus. The terrace is huge and a great place to all eat together, and the roof terrace has such a great view. There are a few restaurants within walking distance (we really liked Pepperoni Pizza) and it’s only a 10 minute drive into Paphos which has so many bars and restaurants to choose from. There is also a lovely sandy beach about a 7 minute drive from the apartment called Coral Bay where we hired jet skis. Each bedroom in the apartment has a sea view and is very well equipped. The host was very responsive and helpful and provided clear instructions. I highly recommend this apartment (well it’s more like a 3 storey house than an apartment) and would definitely stay again.

We had a fantastic week enjoying the opportunities for local hiking, the great terrace and swimming pool and the beach that was just a hop, skip and a jump from the property. Aris was very friendly and accommodating and the Cypriot BBQ was great fun to use.

We had an amazing stay here for a week. The villa is just like the photos, the views over the ocean from the pool area and the terrace are incredible. The villa is private and peaceful and is a short walk from the sea caves and a couple of nice beach restaurants. It’s a short drive to the supermarket and other restaurants. The place is clean and comfortable and would love to stay again next year - 100% recommend

We had a very nice stay, the house was great. Bit of struggle with the parking sometimes, but not a real issue.

Townhouse was superb and a real home from home. Beds and bedding were extremely comfortable and pristine. Possible recommendations would be a welcome folder with apartment instructions and base for patio parasol. Overall, we had a fantastic stay in an immaculate apartment and would highly recommend and hope to return in the future.

Stella’s place is a lovely, spacious holiday apartment in a really brilliant location. Only 5 minutes walk to the strip with restaurants and shops, an easy 10 minute walk to a big supermarket, and literally across the road to a lovely beach. There is also a fantastic pool at the property. Stella couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly, and is a very generous and warm host. We were a bit worried about the distance from Paphos centre, but the bus service is excellent and reasonably priced. We booked on a couple of day trips, and were picked up very close to Stella’s house.

Fab stay. Simple and just what I needed, both the host, demetris and his wife were lovely and very responsive. Nothing was too much, the place was clean and very secure. Would definitely recommend!

I stayed at Sylvias apartment out of season for 4 weeks, she was a great host easy to communicate with and always responded quickly. The location was perfect for me, right above the fishing shop on the high street with access to the Marina at the back. The apartment was furnished well and was comfortable, the weather was cold to begin and the aircon unit worked with heating which was essential. My friend came to stay for one week and used the sofa bed, which was really easy to put up and she said it was really comfortable. I felt very at home in the apartment and Sylvia responded to my questions straight away. I would definitely visit Latchi and stay at Sylvias again.

Great apartment to stay in during your stay in Cyprus. Hosts are responsive and ready to help. The apartment has a separate bedroom which provides convenience for longer stay. Location is good, not too far from Pafos centre but we recommend renting a car if you wish to visit the area or commute with ease :) Overall we recommend this place!

Marios & Christina were amazing hosts, very kind, and helpful, their place was beautiful, insane sunsets that you can watch from the living room every night, it was so cozy, and clean, it had everything you need and more, the location was perfect, minutes from the beach, very nice supermarket was a cross the street, also a very nice coffee shop was next door to the supermarket. The place was extremely clean and had everything you need and more, very equipped kitchen, with all the tools you need to make any meal you want. Mario and Christina’s hospitality was outstanding, my husband got sick during our stay, I messaged them for some tips on where to go to get medicine, they immediately replied, stopped by and gave all the information needed and shared some of the cold/flu medicine they had, because it was Sunday and there was no near by pharmacy was open. I can’t express how much I appreciated everything they did, and how comfortable and happy they made us feel. Thank you ☺️

Great place to stay in Paphos! Very convinient to everything neer by. Supermarkets, mall, sightseeings, church, restaurants, and much more. The 2 pools are great for swimming and parking is easy to find. We enjoy our stay and hope to return soon!

Wonderful apartment, which has everything you need for a full-fledged stay. Located in a good location, quiet, peaceful around, 10 minutes to the shopping center and the sea. I felt safe. You can see beautiful sunsets. The owners of the apartment - Estea were very friendly and pleasant. Convenient check-in and check-out. Would love to stay again!
