Vacation rentals with a patio in Platamon

A great place, very well located to move by any means, even by foot! The communication was impeccable, we were given step-by-step instructions, with courtesy, and the space was spotless and exactly as described. I would definitely choose it again!

A modern, stunning, and very clean apartment ...wishing i could stay here forever. The location works perfect , super close to the airport, a few minutes walking distance to Sofouli street and "Nea paralia" the waterfront of Thessaloniki. The host was friendly, attentive and always available. There is some noise from the street (earplugs will help), but that won't stop me from staying here again.

Andreas is a welcoming host who was interested in us even during our trip. He always responded right away and arranged everything we needed right away. The apartment is clean and tastefully furnished, with a nice view of the sea and Mount Olympus.

Nice and clean apartment on a quiet street. Always can park in front of the apartment. Supermarket is nearby. David is very friendly and gave us lots of good tips. Beautiful view of the Olympus mountain.

The location was great. The Aegean Sea was right in front. The promenade made our walks easier with restaurants and shops nearby. The rooms were spacious and clean. Note: Parking is hard to find nearby.

We booked this place very spontaneously. Check-in was very straightforward. Parking was easy in front of the building. The space was impeccably cleaned. The highlight is the view. You have to watch this live. We will definitely be back for a longer stay.

What a wonderful stay. Centrally located and close to everything , the apartment was cleaner than every hotel room or apartment I ever stayed in. The place was full of style, and it looks like so much thought was put into every corner. Kristina was super responsive and helpful, do not hesitate for a moment before booking! Beautiful and quiet location, quite close to Volos and Pelion. Very practical that inside the rooms are on a separate floor.

An exceptional host. The place is great for several families. Jürgen and his family are wonderful people. The house has everything you need from utensils in the kitchen to all the necessary appliances. Every room has air conditioning, it is very clean. Sahara beach is 5 minutes away by car, but Jürgen recommended us a smaller local beach that is exceptional and not crowded... All in all, the place is for every recommendation... 17 of us stayed in the house (10 adults and 7 children) and we didn't miss anything... And another important thing for this part of Greece, the water pressure is exceptional...

Beautifully renovated beach house. Amazing see view from the porch, with lounge area and dining table. Only olive trees and a minute on small pathway to reach the quiet beach. Great fishing spot. Very private house, you are woken up by birds in the morning and heard a fox in the night. Restaurants 5 minutes drive away, saw dolphins during lunch (!!!!!! :) ) Dimitrios made us feel very welcome and definitely understands hospitality, we had everything we needed and more at the house during our stay.

We had a great time. Fotini was very kind, friendly, welcoming, and present at all times for any help or advice. Everything was perfect! The house although old was spotless and thoughtful. Fully equipped and has everything you need to make your summer vacation. Maybe a storey in the future was a plus. The beach nearby is not very good for swimming but with a car you can visit beautiful beaches in other areas of Chalkidiki. You can combine peace and relaxation (as the house is located in a quiet and family neighborhood) with more cosmopolitan holidays in areas nearby. The communication with the host was impeccable as she responded immediately and was flexible as to check in and check out to make it easier for us. Bravo!

We have stayed at Solon's place for a full month and it felt like home. We really appreciated that it was free of clutter that you usually see in other places on AirBnB. It had everything we needed and always felt so tidy and neat. The view from the terrace was amazing and we found it very calming. It was close to everything and the two bicycles provided made it easy to get around. They provided us with a high chair and cot for the baby, both in great condition.

We felt very comfortable with Harry. Particularly nice was the sunrise from the bed/balcony or the terrace on the ground floor. A wonderful area, beautiful and quiet. A Grand Masoutis is nearby and the town of Nea Moudania is great for shopping on cloudy days if you don't want to drive down to Pefkochori or Kassandria. There are many restaurants in the immediate vicinity, for example in Nea Potidea and Nea Fokea. The place leaves nothing to be desired - all furniture is solid furniture, all of which are very stable and of the highest quality. The towels and linens smell fresh and clean, even the blanket from the sofa. I love the scent from the bathroom on the ground floor. Small tip, the shop AB Vassilopoulos has the largest selection of Dolce Gusto matching capsules (not only cappuccino, but also Lungo, Starbucks and Lavazza). Savvas is a lovely host. Very friendly and helpful, gave us some nice recommendations where to go. We really enjoyed our stay and will probably come back another time! Can only recommend :)

We had a fun time at Christos'! The view of Mount Olympus is breathtaking. 🤩The apartment is very comfortable and close to a grocery store, seaside restaurants and Mount Olympus! Our stay was perfect! Thanks Christos!

Congratulations Hlias for the amazing place! Everything is just like in the photos! The place is very close to the White Tower (which can also be seen from the balcony) and you have everything at walkable distance (i.e., tourist attractions, supermarkets, bus station, restaurants, caffès, pastries). The host is very responsive, helpful and suuper friendly and makes sure that you enjoy the stay. I went there with my Mum and we really recommend staying to this cozy home away from your home!

The stay in the apartment was great!!!The place is beautiful and warm in a quiet neighborhood easy parking. Next to urban transportation and the Metro stop. In the neighborhood there are many restaurants, pharmacies and supermarkets. The house was just like in the photos spotless and with all the equipment. The host excellent and very friendly responded very quickly. I highly recommend it!!!!

We stayed 3 people, the house very comfortable and clean, quiet apartment building and area, parking easily accessible and roofed. Near the area there is a market, a playground, a park and a church, it has a couple of cafes. The house is 6 minutes from the University of Thessaly, this was very useful. The host was very helpful, and suggested shops in Larissa and helped us with everything we needed. The house has a netflix that we could use. Overall everything was pleasant and we felt like home, we'll do it again!

The room was comfortable, quiet, and above all clean. The landlord is a lovely person who responded promptly to what we needed. I highly recommend it and would visit again.

We had a great stay at Magda’s place. She was super helpful, responsive and easy to get a hold of. There were a couple small hiccups at the beginning and she responded quickly to rectify them. The area is lovely, the people are friendly and the neighbouring businesses were welcoming. Highly recommend Magda and her lovely place in the heart of Thessaloniki!
