Ms. Edena is very responsive, even in the middle of the night 😅 (very helpful as I work graveyard) the place is very peaceful, everything is working. Pool is clean. We experienced a very short power outage and Had some wasp visitor on our first night but nonetheless everything’s almost perfect.

We'll never forget our stay in this unit - the warm hospitality and cozy atmosphere made us feel right at home. The unit was spotlessly clean and fresh, modern, and yet felt like a cozy home. We were impressed by the complete interior and the thoughtfulness of providing everything we needed, including drinking water, utensils, basic supplies, and cooking ware. The aesthetic vibe of the unit was delightful, and the attention to detail was evident throughout. The entire booking process, from initial inquiry to check-in and check-out, was seamless and well-handled by Ms. Tes, with assistance from Ms. Violy and Ms. Noemi. They were responsive, helpful, and ensured that we had everything we needed during our stay. If we could have stayed longer, we definitely would have! We'd love to return and experience it again. Thank you, Ms. Tes and team, for making our stay so special! ♥️

Beth’s place is quaint, comfortable, and cozy enough for a party of 4 persons. Although, maybe someone who has a hard time walking or bending then standing up, like grandparents for example, will not be as comfortable sleeping either at the loft because of the steep stairs, or at the sofa bed in the living room because it’s too low. Other than that, it’s a great place for staycation. The kitchen is well-equipped if you want to cook your own food. There’s a smart tv in the living room to binge watch your favorite series. There’s internet speed is great in case you brought your work with you. As mentioned, there’s a loft for a separate sleeping area. The bathroom is clean, with complimentary shower, conditioner, and hand soap which you can use if you did not bring your own. Bath towels are also provided which is a plus because these usually take up so much space in the luggage if you bring them for your trip. The hosts are very responsive too. Overall, we had a fantastic stay.

We loved Dan’s place! We’re a family with 4 kids — a teen, a pre-teen, our ASD son, and a baby — and it worked great for all of us. The layout is simple and easy to move around, which we really liked. Super comfy, clean, and has that hotel feel. Everything was working fine and well taken care of. We’ll definitely stay here again next time we’re in Pico!

We had a wonderful stay at this place. The space was clean, cozy and well decorated, making it a comfortable home away from home. The host was friendly, providing all necessary details for smooth check-in. The location was also great, with easy to local attractions and restaurants. The only downside we experienced during that time was the water pressure in both the shower and sink-it was a bit on the weak side, which made it less convenient for washing up. Despite this, everything else was fantastic, and we would definitely consider staying here again. Highly recommended if you're looking for a peaceful and well located place to stay 🫶

Our stay at the Casita was truly pleasant and memorable. The place feels incredibly homey and cozy—bath towels and bed sheets were fresh and clean, which added a nice touch of comfort. The beachfront location is amazing and peaceful, with a breathtaking panoramic view from the pool, which was absolutely perfect for relaxing. One feature we really appreciated is that all the bedrooms come with en suite bathrooms—very convenient and thoughtful. The caretakers, Ka Vangie and Ka Mikel, were reliable and considerate throughout our stay. At times, their presence felt a bit too frequent and slightly affected our sense of privacy, but their kindness and helpfulness more than made up for it. A few things could be improved: one of the upstairs air conditioning units wasn’t working properly, the coffeemaker could use an upgrade, and the refrigerator wasn’t cooling efficiently. These didn’t drastically affect our experience but are worth noting for future guests. Overall, we had a wonderful time

We had a wonderful stay. Marian is very resposive, and helpful, and answered all our queries. The place is stunning, aesthetic, and very homey. The place is just a few steps away to the beach and restaurants esp to those who loves to walk. The place is very peaceful, perfect for those who wants to take a rest and to unwind. Gregs is a very helpful host. His place as described in the picture. The nature around the accomodations is amazing and the beach is beautiful. Lots of of water activities that you can book. We did not book any as we want to enjoy the sea side as much as we can and most of our company are young kids so island tour is not going to be fun for us. I would recommend greg for the authenticity of his place is like you turn the back the time when all the Philippines beach are not own privately by rich corp. Place is simple and clean. It cater what we need nothing fancy. We arrived late sl we had trouble getting to the place but Greg called us and guide is even with the really late check in. Would come back in future for sure.

Ver was very responsive and super accommodating with our requests. Roselyn and Bong, the staff, were very attentive, helpful and nice. The place was as shown on photo. Living spaces and entertainment area were what made this place special for us. And the view! It is on 3 floors: compact and spacious at the same time. We really enjoyed the space, the service, the location and the amenities. We highly recommend. And I am definitely looking forward to going back.

The villa is breathtaking with modern features, clean layout, and rustic look. Though for the price, we expected it to be a bit bigger and exclusive (We were surprised to see many cars parked in the front of the villa, but we learned later on that those were paid parking). But overall our stay was good. The staff are kind and helpful. And the owner responds fast to our inquiries.

This place is so awesome, We will might come back in here because of the great experience that my family and I had along with our fur baby. The host is so nice, warm and responsive. Its our first time in pico de loro and we love our vacation in there coz we had the best unit in there.
