Vacation rentals with a patio in Phutthamonthon District

Excellent location. Only a few mins walk to Phrom Phong BTS and malls. Rose meet us upon arrival and was helpful. Spacious unit with a nice view. Security guards were kind. Quiet building.

Hey guys! I stayed here during my first Songkran experience from April 9-16, 2025. This place definitely gives the luxury 5 star hotels a run for their money. The space is decorated tastefully modern, has high ceilings, amazing night time view, and has everything you could possibly need to make you feel at home (washer, toiletries, plates, iron….). My only wish is that there was access to the pool because it was so hot and a cool down in the water would’ve been great. But the host said pool access is only granted to long term visitors. Do keep in mind that the location of this condo is a bit away from BTS and MRT stations, so if you plan to get around using those, be prepared to walk a few minutes. Otherwise the location shouldn’t matter if you plan to use Grab (like me😅) and it’s close enough to everything by a car drive. Overall, I highly recommend this place. I felt very comfortable and would definitely stay here again if i’m ever back in Bangkok.

awesome stay! i really enjoyed it! i traveled with my friend and we both enjoyed the place, all the details! peaceful area around, bts is close, many 7/11 to choose from i’d really come back here again to enjoy and relax in this area!

The :condo is in a great location. Walkable to the skytrain. The house could have been cleaner. Dust and hair in the furniture. Many of the lights and plugs and lights do not work.

The place was very nice and cozy.

My family and I had a very comfortable stay here. Also allowed early check-in as the room was ready, which was great as we were travelling with children. Host was very helpful with the tour driver on the first day and very responsive when we needed help with the room. The apartment has everything you need and coffee and water was provided, together with the washing detergent for clothes. It's walkable distance to 7/11 and eateries. Quiet location which was most suitable for us. Would stay here again.

Stayed here for 3 nights and had a wonderful stay. Loved the location and amenities in this place and had a beautiful roof top pool and gym to enjoy! The host was super responsive and was a pleasure to stay here!

This is the perfect place for privacy and relaxation. Your on the same floor as the pool, and you can't hear the neighbors through the walls. I recommend if you want your peace.

Wonderful experience! The apartment is very clean overlooking the river, huge swimming pool, very clean and beautiful! Communication with the host was very good. I'd love to come back to this apartment on my next trip to Bangkok.
