Our stay at JACK's place was absolutely fantastic! The apartment was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable w/good smell.Jack was an amazing host, always responsive and helpful. The location was perfect, & easy to go in ICON SIAM MALL . Thank so much Jack !! We can't wait to come back!

Initially, I was heavily skeptical because the photo just looked too good and maybe the place wouldn't match the description. But I was extremely wrong. This place not only has a living space that completely blew me away with handcrafted furnitures, but everything is extremely well kept and clean, not to mention the amazing hospitality that we received from both K'Tum and Ed that makes us feel extremely welcomed with their souvenirs, complimentary drinks and breakfast. The best thing about this place is probably the kitchen because there really is every kitchen utensils or tools you need to cook for your family or loved ones, not to mention the vast amount of beautiful plates within the cabinets that elevated our Valentine's date even more. We are extremely delighted to have found, stayed, and enjoyed Rumor has it and will probably come back again in the near future!

Benny was a super host. I landed in Bangkok a few hours after the earthquake in Myanmar, when it was next to impossible to travel in the city. He helped me get a hotel close to the airport and refunded me for that night. The flat was comfortable, the pool in the building was great, and Benny gave lots of recommendations of where to visit around the area. 10/10

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Central Old Town, and I must say it felt just like home. The accommodation was incredibly comfortable, providing a cozy atmosphere that made my stay truly enjoyable. The cleanliness was impeccable; every corner was spotless, allowing me to relax without any worries. I was also impressed by the spaciousness of the rooms, which offered plenty of room to move around and unwind. Additionally, the location was wonderfully peaceful, making it a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life. I highly recommend Central Old Town for anyone looking for a tranquil and comfortable stay. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

The house four floors and multiple rooms to sleep in and it quite place and peaceful.

I dont know how to describe the place that you feel like home but a mix of a taste of luxury hotel. Travel just a bit further out of a city congested area, still accessible by walking from skytrain. The owner has a taste and a passion of accommodating service. He puts things in details, the water and ammonites he offers are two big liters of bottle, making more sense and adequate enough to stay. Comfy bed , very decent taste of decorations. The appliances that he chose are high quality, the only trouble that you will get is how to leave this place, it make u feel of staying in all the time.

Fantastic location and super close to a mall with everything one could need. The host is also extremely responsive and answered questions quickly and efficiently.

WOW, this place is incredible. I was hooked from the pictures but it's even more amazing in real life. We spent so much time in the beautiful yard watching the longtail boats go by. It's such a special environment to be in a quiet neighborhood, just a walk up the street to markets and street food, and have a lush massive garden to relax in. The house itself is immaculate and has so much style. The furniture is so comfortable and our family felt right at home. Thanut was so kind and helpful at checkin and at every communication. We will be staying again!!
