Vacation rentals with beach access in Phocis

The unit was walking distance to all. Plaka beach was a 2-3 minute walk. Away from city square which was perfect because the town parties late and you don’t hear it. Mini mart on same block and supermarket around the corner. We were very happy with location. No views but it didn’t matter. Short walk to all restaurants in town .

le logement est bien placé pour profiter de la jolie ville de Galaxidi (restaurants, magasins, cafés et le port). Nous avons visité le Monastère et Delphes c'est très accessible. Nicolaos est vraiment un hôte très sympathique et son logement bien agréable.

Δεύτερη συνεχόμενη χρονιά επιλέγω να μείνω στο διαμέρισμα της κυρίας Marie Luise και για δεύτερη συνεχόμενη χρονιά μένω απόλυτα ικανοποιημένος και από το διαμέρισμα αλλά και από την ίδια!τα λέμε και πάλι του χρόνου!!σας ευχαριστώ πολύ που κάνατε την διαμονή μας απλή και εύκολη!

Μείναμε απόλυτα ικανοποιημένοι από την διαμονή μας. Ο χώρος πεντακάθαρος σε πολύ όμορφη τοποθεσία. το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα σε όλους. Άμα μας ξαναβγάλει ο δρόμος από κει σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσουμε.

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Meer und wir konnten aus dem Bett heraus das Meer beobachten. Alle sind unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit! Meine Kinder und ich waren sehr zufrieden und haben jede Minute genossen. Auf der Terrasse vom Hotel kann mit mit Getränken oder auch Essen den Sonnenuntergang genießen und wir haben uns immer willkommen gefühlt. In der Umgebung gibt es tolle Restaurants, Bäckereien und Patisseriem. Wir würden sehr gerne eines Tages wiederkommen.

Estancia de casi un mes que Giannis me permitió extender con total flexibilidad. El apartamento está cerca de los restaurantes principales de Antikyra. A unos 50m. Siempre hay aparcamiento. Recomendado 100%. Todo equipado.

Ολα ηταν εξαιρετικα. Η κυρια κωνσταντινα ηταν πολυ φιλικη με εμας και πολυ επικοινωνιακη. Ο χωρος ειναι εξαιρετικος για την βεραντα δεν υπαρχουν λογια εξαιρετικη. Το κεντρο 5 λεπτα με τα ποδια. Οποτε ξαναερθουμε πατρα σε εσας θα ερθουμε κατευθειαν διχως δευτερη σκεψη ευχαριστουμε για ολα.

Είναι η δεύτερη φορά που ερχόμαστε σε αυτό το διαμέρισμα και όλα ήταν άψογα. Η παραλία Πλατάνου ήσυχη και γραφική, το διαμέρισμα διέθετε όλα τα απαραίτητα και η Ακράτα είναι πολύ κοντά για ο,τιδηποτε επιπλέον χρειαστηκαμε. Και κυρίως οι οικοδεσπότες που ήταν πολύ φιλικοί και άμεσα διαθέσιμοι.

Μείναμε πολύ ικανοποιημένοι από τη διαμονή μας! Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο, σε ήσυχη τοποθεσία κοντά στη θάλασσα. Η επικοινωνία ήταν άμεση και η υποδοχή πολύ φιλόξενη. Ευχαριστούμε!

Sehr schönes Häuschen, sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung und sehr sauber. Wir waren in der nebensaison da, daher war es dort sehr ruhig, die Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe hatten teilweise schon geschlossen oder haben sehr früh zu gemacht. Wer auf Selbstversorger macht und Ruhe sucht, ist hier in der nebensaison perfekt

We had a wonderful stay at this house in Greece! Maria was incredibly kind and responsive, offering great recommendations throughout our visit. The house looked exactly like the pictures—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We were welcomed with snacks for the kids and a fridge stocked with water, bread, cheese, wine, and beers for the adults, which was a lovely touch. The beach is just across the street in a charming, local town with few tourists, which we loved. Overall, we had an amazing time and highly recommend this place for a peaceful Greek getaway.

Es el mejor alojamiento en el que hemos estado en Grecia. Dimitris es un amor. Nos contestaba rápido, estaba super atento. Nos esperó hasta las 6 de la mañana debido al retraso de nuestro vuelo. Sus recomendaciones de sitios en los que comer por la zona fueron perfectas. La casa es preciosa. Nos sentíamos como en casa. Las vistas son increíbles. Transmiten mucha paz. Las camas son cómodas y en la casa hay de todo. Es un buen lugar de partida para ver la zona. Es en un pueblito pequeño pero muy cerca del mar y de las playas. Gracias Dimitris!!!

Ο σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο η θέα απίστευτη σίγουρα θα το ξανά προτιμήσουμε για τις μελλοντικές μας διακοπές η κυρία Τεονα πολύ επικοινωνιακή μας πρότεινε πολύ ωραία μέρη να επισκεφτούμε πολύ ήσυχο και οικογενειακό μέρος για την απόλυτη χαλάρωση

Very comfortable and quiet - the best mattress, duvet and pillows we’ve had in Greece. Would make a perfect romantic getaway for two. Beautiful little town - we avoided eating on the harbourside and headed for Nikolaoi Mama where there are a couple of friendly tavernas and bars. Bring your Greek phrase book or expect to use Google translate.

Excellent view, you can see the sea almost from every window of the house! The house is very clean, a few steps from the restaurants and the market. We definitely recommend it!

Το "εξαιρετικα" ακουγεται λιγο για να περιγραψει τον χωρο.Απο τα καλυτερα καταλυματα που εχουμε μεινει ποτε, και σε αυτο το επιπεδο τιμης,σιγουρα το καλυτερο. Πεντακαθαρο και πολυ ομορφο. Οι φωτογραφιες το αδικουν, στην πραγματικοτητα ειναι πολυ καλυτερο. Ο φιλικοτατος, ευγενεστατος αλλα και πολυ διακριτικος οικοδεσποτης εχει οργανωσει τον χωρο με καθε λεπτομερεια και εχει προνοησει για καθε αναγκη. Σε καθε γωνια του χωρου το μερακι ξεχειλιζει και η οργανωτικοτητα ειναι εμφανεστατη.Γενικοτερα η αισθηση που σου αφηνει με δυο λεξεις ειναι πως καποιος πολυ δικος σου ανθρωπος, σου αφησε τα κλειδια του σπιτιου του για να μεινεις καποιες μερες.Η τοποθεσια ειναι πανεμορφη και η προσβαση πανευκολη. Εξαιρετικο απο καθε αποψη.Ειναι απο τα καταλυματα που φευγεις και εισαι σιγουρος πως με την πρωτη ευκαιρια θα επιστρεψεις

Περάσαμε υπέροχα το σπίτι άψογο ένιωθα σαν το σπίτι μου η Γεωργία πολύ ευγενική και εξυπηρετική...πολύ κοντά σε όλα...η θέα απίστευτη...πηγαίναμε πάλι χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη...

Logement joliment décoré, très fonctionnel, très calme avec une Jolie vue sur la mer et les montagnes du Péloponnèse. Je recommande très chaleureusement.

Η διαμονή ήταν πολύ ευχάριστη. Το σπίτι ήταν πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και παρείχε όλα όσα χρειάζεται ένα λειτουργικό σπίτι. Η οικοδέσποινα ήταν πάντα διαθέσιμη για ότι χρειάστηκε. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα.

Katerina è stata molto disponibile anche se abbiamo prenotato per il giorno di pasqua. la casa è perfetta, tutti i mobili, il bagno e la cucina sono nuovi e tenuti in ordine. i letti erano molto comodi.

Kiato is beautiful! The location was great, only a 2 minute walk to the beach and access to lots of restaurants and grocery stores. The apartment was very nice! Clean and comfortable and had what you needed. Chris was great - came to greet me when I arrived and gave me lots of local recommendations, that were all great!

Incredible spot up on the hill with a beautiful view. Apartment was spacious and clean. 10/10 recommend. There are lots of hotels to choose from down in the town but we loved the local feel of the air bnb. Amazing stay!

Clean, quiet and cozy with a friendly and flexible host. Calm and pretty surroundings.

When I arrived, I was surprised to see fruit in a bowl, juice in the fridge, and all the morning amenities that I needed. The place was very quiet in the evenings, despite a lively bar being downstairs. They usually turned off their music around 10 pm. I love the Netflix that was available. It was wonderful to walk along the water. The trip to town on foot took about 10 minutes. You had to walk up a cobblestone street to get to the main town. Shops tend to close in the afternoon and then reopen in the early evening. The only setback about the place was that there was no convenient store close by. If I had a car, then it would not have been an issue. The host was lovely and very helpful. Definitely would stay again. Highly recommended!
