Everyone in our family was enthusiastic about our stay in Gadi's holiday home. The rooms are large and bright. The interior is modern, cozy, neat and equipped with all comforts. The kitchen in particular was a pleasure to cook in. The outdoor area was tastefully decorated and although a bit chilly, we enjoyed the pool. The neighborhood is quiet but the beach and all necessary amenities are within walking distance. All practical information was easy and detailed to find. Gadi was a fantastic host: he was very friendly, responded quickly and made sure that our questions were solved. We also really appreciated that he made an extra effort when we unexpectedly had a problem. We have no hesitation in calling this one of our better Airbnb experiences.

This is a good stay and would definitely recommend to others, it is spacious and very enjoyable to stay in for a bigger group. The backyard is also incredibly spacious and the location is great. A couple quick notes: the power went out twice and so just know that it is easy to overload the system and is a quick switch flip to fix. Additionally, the location provided is not accurate and we walked .5 miles to the actual location, but the host was incredibly friendly and very helpful throughout the small mishaps.

Our group of 8 including children had a brilliant 9 night stay. The house itself has all the basics. Showers and the bbq were particularly good. Location is excellent for a quiet family holiday; walking distance to Ayia Thekla beach which is perfect for younger kids who like to paddle. The restaurant there is also lovely and family friendly (onsite play area). We had cars so we could explore further but there is enough within walking distance to do without one if you want a very local, quiet holiday.

Incredible villa! Everything was just as the pictures and description, or even better. Host was very quick and helpful in there responses and very friendly as well. The place is located near the water and very close to restaurants and pubs and it was easy to catch a taxi if we needed. The only downside was that the neighbours did some renovating which resulted in us waking up with 3 or 4 strangers in our garden trying to paint there house.

Le logement est bien situé, l’entrée dans le logement est simple. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour et particulièrement l’excellente communication avec l’hôte, vraiment réactif et arrangeant. Our stay at the villa was amazing. It has had renovations since last year, which include two ensuite bathrooms which have been extremely well done. The villa was extremely clean and well furnished. There is plenty of outside space by the pool and the tennis courts which kept the children entertained for hours! Plus, there was plenty of sunbeds and outdoor seating! The villa was in a great location for us. The beach and town was a short walk and the location was quiet and easy to get to. The host was quick to respond to any emails and helped with recommendations for local places. We would definitely recommend a stay here!

The villa is great for 10x people. It’s located 10 mins walk from shops, and 15 mins walk from Nissi Beach. Also, worth noting has a really good sized pool. The check-in details were easy to follow, and Maureen helped sort Late check out due to an afternoon return flight. The villa was slightly dirty when we arrived, although it was communicated this was due to the previous group who had stayed. However, this did not take away from the villa which was perfect for what we needed. Overall, I would 100% recommend!

The villa was very nice and just as described. Very clean with a nice pool and lots of space for activities in the back yard. George, the host, was very friendly and helpful and always responded within a reasonable amount of time if needed. My friends and I enjoyed our stay tremendously and would come back any time.

We had an amazing time at Anemelie. It was a 3 generation family vacation and the house was perfect. Panayiota was a great host, very helpful. The house is well maintained and the kitchen was perfectly stocked. We will definitely be back!

C’est une très belle maison, à proximité de Ayia Nappa ainsi que Nissi Beach à 10minutes max en voiture. Le propriétaire a été très réactif au niveau de nos besoins. Parfait pour les groupes allant de 6 à 10 personnes , l’avantage c’est qu’il y a des salles de bains dans chaque chambres, une très belles terrasses , une table de ping pong pour les amateurs de tennis de tables… Je recommande au groupe souhaitant être dans un espace calme loin du bruit.

Euri is an exellent host. I stayed in Villa Di Gio with 4 of my friends and we had the best time ever. Euri was very quick to respond and help us when we needed it! I would 100% recommend staying there, you won’t regret it! The house is nice and spacious. The area gives you the best of both worlds - party, good food, beautiful beaches and even some peace and quiet if you plan to go there with family! For the first time in our life we were REALLY sad to leave which I Think speaks for itself:)

We stayed here as a family of 4 for a week in October. The place matches the description exactly, the cleanliness level is second to none, and Paul went out of his way during our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. We are already planning to rebook for next year.

The place looks much better in person that in the photos, the villa is very big and spacious. I would recommend anyone looking for a villa in napa to get this one. Wasn’t too far from the main part of napa especially if you have a vehicle. I wish we would have stayed there longer that’s how much me and my friends enjoyed it.

The villa photos do not do it justice, it's amazing. The restaurants and bars are all within minutes aswell as the fantastic beaches Large supermarkets are near by as well. Our host was brilliant, friendly, responsive and very generous. We would love to return and make more great memories.

A very beautiful house, we definitely recommend it. There's plenty of space, and the outdoor shower is a great idea to avoid bringing sand inside. The pool is illuminated, making it pleasant to swim after dark. The built-in grill is perfect for an evening dinner. It's a very peaceful place, not far from Nissi Beach, just 8-10 minutes by car. It's also very close to the highway. Highly recommended!

We had such a wonderful time at dream Tropicana! The villa was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed to feel right at home, from a fully equipped kitchen to a washing machine. The private pool was amazing—it was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy some relaxation. The location is just perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet still close to the beautiful beach of Ayia Thekla. We loved that the villa is in a private neighborhood, which made it extra relaxing for us. The balcony and outdoor dining area were such a bonus, giving us the chance to enjoy meals with a lovely view. We’re a family of four, and the kids absolutely loved the pool and the garden. The host was super friendly and responsive to all our questions, making sure we had everything we needed. We can’t recommend this place enough for families or couples looking for a peaceful and private getaway in Ayia Napa. We’ll definitely be back!

Das Haus liegt nahe Protaras, Restaurants per Auto in gut 5 Minuten erreichbar. Das Meer ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Schönes Haus mit tollem Pool (beheizt gegen Zahlung). Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern hier. Das eine Dreibettzimmer ist sehr klein. Alle drei Zimmer mit eigenem Badezimmer Zugang und Smart TV. Optimal wahrscheinlich mit einer Belegung von 6 Personen. Küche gut ausgestattet. Im Sommer gute Strandmöglichkeiten, im Winter von der Lage eher nicht zu empfehlen da viele Ausflugsziele per Auto 1 bis 1,5 Stunden entfernt liegen. Für ca. 200 pro Nacht eine tolle Villa und zu empfehlen. Pavlos ist ein Super Gastgeber, er kümmert sich sofort um alle Anliegen. Dankeschön Pavlos!

A private villa, in a quiet area of the busy town of Aya Napa that has every amenity needed. Check in was easy and flexible. The accommodation had everything we needed - like home from home! The location was great for walking into the centre for restaurants but quiet and peaceful enough to chill. Only a 5minute walk to the beach. The kitchen had sufficient facilities and was well appointed. Bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable. Didn’t need the ac as it was still cool. The pool area was large and spacious. Great time for all the family. Thank you.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful villa! It was such a pleasure to spend a few days enjoying this stunning location. The house is right by the sea, with an amazing view and a peaceful garden full of trees and plants. The host was very helpful and provided all the information we needed to feel at home. Fabulous Villa, exactly as described. Load of space, and had everything we needed. A short walk to the centre and some superb beaches nearby. George was a great host and many thanks for the nice surprise in the fridge.

We loved the house and the service! The house is beautiful. The house was very clean, and the communication with the host was very good! The location off the house is also very good! You can walk from the house in 5 minutes to Nissi Avenue with a lot off restaurants, clubs and shops! But the street of the house it is very quiet and peaceful! A perfect spot for a nice holiday!
