The house was new and clean. Chawki was very helpful and responsive. We had an amazing time and would definitely come back again.

Riad Jaseema is amazing and great location! The rooftop is very relaxing and the plunge pool freezing but good after a hot walk through the souk. Hind and Rachid are really friendly and helpful! The room close to the street is very noisy so for that room might be good to bring earplugs:-) Would highly recommend to stay here. Thanks!

Don't look anywhere else, this is a top place to stay. We loved it. It's really beautifully decorated inside, it's wonderfully comfortable with lots of space and a fabulous roof terrace. We were brilliantly looked after and any worries were taken care of. We'll definitely be recommending it to anyone who's looking for a place to stay in Marrakech.

We had one of our best stays in this Villa! Large family, each of us was able to quickly find our feet, have our own space while enjoying the spacious, comfortable and impeccably clean living areas. The garden, like the interior of the house, is extremely well maintained. The concierge and the cook are exceptionally kind! We also appreciated Fatiha taking the time to come and greet us and hear from us. We recommend this Villa without a second thought and we will definitely go back!

Very nice place. I was unlucky with the weather. It was very cold and couldn’t use the pool and sunbathing area. Gym there is missing another dumbbell or new onces which are not filled with sand but they have TRX bands and bike I could use for my workout

We had a great weekend at this place. It was very clean, quiet and as described. Access is easy, but it's best to have a vehicle to get the most out of the area. Small note for longer stays: the TV didn't work during our stay. It wasn't a problem for us, but it might bother some people. Despite everything, we would recommend this place without hesitation. Me and my family stayed in this accommodation for around 6 days. It was a lovely experience! It was located in the Golf course area, and it was a private residence so the area was quiet. Additionally, the flat was extremely well maintained and clean as well as beautifully decorated (same as the pictures provided). The kitchen was fully equipped with lots of utensils as well as a washing machine and dishwasher. Mr Amine was a very helpful and responsive host. Overall, my family and I loved the accommodation and would definitely consider coming back.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Y located in the Akhdar estate, just 20 minutes from Marrakech. A big thank you to Yann for his smooth and responsive communication before our arrival, which made the organization very simple. Everything you need, about 25 minutes drive from the Medina.

What a great place to relax and unwind. Really spacious and tastefully decorated bedrooms; the pool is perfectly heated; and the breakfast was delicious with home-baked warm bread! Thank you Loufia! Thoroughly recommended!

We had a great time in this villa which is very large, ultra modern and has all the necessary amenities: air conditioning throughout the house, large American fridge, washing machine, dryer, hammam, outdoor jacuzzi, barbecue, TV in all bedrooms and in both lounges, very large 10 x 5 pool heated between 30 and 32°C which is fabulous. The housekeeper, Fatiha, delighted the whole family with her preparations for breakfast. She is incredibly kind and speaks French very well. Note that the villa is a little far from Marrakech which is 25-30 minutes away by road but that's okay. We'll be happy to go back.

It was great stay, kids loved the swimming pool. Cook was great. Whole house were cleaned every morning by the cleaners

The accommodation is much more incredible than in the photos, we were very surprised by the place which is very warm and discreet. The staff is very discreet and answers any questions you may have, as is Jaoued who is very responsive. He took the time to come and see us and tell us about the city and all the splendor of Marrakech. Thank you so much for hosting us and providing your place. We'll be back soon!
