A great and very cozy basement apartment with an incredibly nice bathroom! Comfy beds, even the sofa bed. Very clean and fresh. Super nice and easy going hosts. The children could walk freely on the farm and among the animals. Everyone in the family is super happy. Highly recommend!

Very nice accommodation with proximity to everything! The beach, Ica, pastry shop, restaurants etc. Better in real life than in pictures! Consumables such as dish soap, dishwashing tablets, toilet paper, etc., were in the apartment, which was equipped with most things. Wasn't missing anything. We'd love to come back here!

It was a wonderful holiday! Perfect for switching off and charging the batteries! Very quiet location and right on the water! The view was indescribably beautiful and the house so modernly furnished! It was perfect for two families, we had such a great time, and the hosts were lovely. They helped us with everything we needed. We went fishing, enjoyed the hot tub, and the house had plenty of space for all of us. It was peaceful and so relaxing to unwind on the big terrace. We’d all love to come back next year. All-round pragmatically nice and simply furnished. Our sick son loved to stay at home. On evenings where the festival ended early, it is very quiet. Only once, some noisy pedestrians came through the night. Sensational: Once around the corner to the harbor - it can be explored from there by standup paddle and the old town island on foot - including other swimming beaches. Tack så mycket !

We had a nice holiday. But out of season it is quite reliant on öland. I'm sure we'll be back.

My family and I had a great stay in Pierre's house. We used it as base for a visit to Astrid Lindgren Park. The location is really beautiful and peaceful and the children played outside without screens and phones the whole day (which usually never happens). The place is well equipped for children with toys, swings and a trampolin. As most Swedish country houses, the house is not luxury, but we also didn't expect that and who cares when it is couzy and the surroundings are as great like this.

We had a very good stay at Ann-Sofies house. Ann-Sofie was easy to communicate with and the house clearly met our expectations.

Cozy house, beautiful view from the windows, but you have to get used to the stove. Perfect place for a man.

This was definitely our best accommodation we had in 8 years in Köpingsvik! The fact that we are extremely satisfied is really no exaggeration and there is nothing negative at all to find about either the property or the host. Everything was TOP NOTCH and a welcome called goodbye!! Full marks for Maria and Jörgen!!

Nice apartment in good location. Close to the Öland Bridge and several grocery stores, and you can walk down to the center of town in about 30 minutes or drive in five minutes.

Great, fresh and complete apartment with everything you need and then some! The place gets extra plus for the tasteful decor, that it was clean, fresh and smelled very good! Comfortable beds, large bathroom, well equipped kitchen! Jessica and Fredrik were easy to communicate with and responded quickly to our questions. Recomend!

Great room. Everything was available that you could need. David was very nice, nice service and responded quickly to messages. Perfect with walking distance into the city center (max 30 min). Nice walking path close to the water. Quiet area. I would love to stay there again.

It was a great stay. The apartment was perfect, tidy, modern with all the amenities. In addition, it was absolutely wonderful to wake up to a lovely sea view. Simon is quick to communicate and is helpful. We are super happy with the stay. Would have loved to extend the stay.

A great home in Sandvik with a magical view. Can highly recommend both this and the cozy Hamnkrogen under the balcony that you might think should disturb a little but it didn't at all. Johanna as a host is easy to connect with and responds quickly if you need help with anything.
