We had an amazing stay. The house is spacious and outdoor spaces are perfect to relax or enjoy a good barbecue ! Mishal has been very helpful and responsive.

It felt just like home the moment I stepped in , I stayed for 3 nights and it was wonderful , the place was so clean and got everything you essentially need during your stay , and around you there’s a market and a pharmacy in case you needed anything else , The host Sabrina was very kind and cooperative , she always reply within minutes and she gave me some good recommendations , If you’re looking forward to have a peaceful and quiet vacation while it’s still feels like home , this is tha place :) .

5/5 Beautiful villa in Hawana resort located only a few metres walk from the communal swimming pool. Has a grass private garden area at the back, which leads onto the bigger communal area, which is beautifully landscaped with coconut trees and colourful flowers. All areas including the swimming pool are cleaned daily and kept in immaculate condition. The host was friendly, responsive and welcoming. We had an amazing stay in Salalah and would love to come back!

As a family of four, with two teens, we’ve just spent a truly wonderful 10 days at Ajwan Villa. We would highly recommend this gorgeous property to stay, if you’re after a quiet place to recharge the batteries. This lovely villa suits a family of up to six or three couples, as each bedroom comes with an ensuite. Fitted out to a high spec, with all the mod cons and everything that you may need has been carefully considered by the owners. Beautiful views of the sea to the front and mountains to side and rear of the house. Recommend you wake up early enough to take in those sunrises over the sea! The service we’ve received from the lovely owners has been fast and very helpful. We will be recommending this property to friends and family and hope to return to stay there again sometime in the future!

A very nice guest house with swimming pool. Close to the sea with a very quiet neighborhood. The host was very responsive and also waited for us late to open us the gate.

The home is beautifully maintained, clean, and offers plenty of space for a large group or family. One of the biggest highlights is the location—just a short walk to the beach and centrally positioned, making it convenient to explore Muscat’s top attractions. Whether you want to enjoy the coastline, visit cultural sites, or explore the city, everything is easily accessible.

Very nice place to stay. The location is good and accessible to reach to center of the city and beach. The host was very responsive and always answered us in few minutes. The only thing to consider is the noisy highway close to houses at night and also the building is old. Otherwise everything was smooth and great for us. I recommend this place for the visitors.

We had a great stay at Abduls place, the apartment is beautiful, very clean and very comfortable, the kitchen has everything needed to cook all meals. The block has a beautiful pool to relax. Abdul is one of the nicest host we have ever come across, he gave us lots of local tips on where to go and things to do. Muscat is a wonderful place to visit and this Airbnb is the best you will find. Thanks Abdul.

We had a wonderful stay as everything in the apartment was very well organised and tidy. The location was very peaceful and there were a lot of nice eateries around. Haitham was a great host and was extremely helpful throughout the stay. His response was always prompt and all instructions were clear.

We had a very enjoyable stay at the property. The hostess was extremely friendly, helpful, and always responsive. The communication went smoothly – we always received a very quick response to our questions. The place itself was clean, well equipped (even with a washing machine) and pleasantly air-conditioned – which is really important with the temperatures in Muscat. The location was also ideal for us. We liked the place in Muscat so much that we booked it again before our return flight. Thank you for the warm hospitality – we can fully recommend the place!

Bader was a great host, really friendly, quick to communicate and help/deliver anything we needed. The apartment was clean (although a little wear and tear is showing) and had plenty of space for cooking and hanging out. We appreciated having access to a washing machine and clothes dried quickly on the balcony. There is is a grocery store downstairs which was handy (also makes a good drop-off point for taxis) and parking was free and easy. Thank you again for hosting!

Happy to stayed at this place in Hawana. Apartment is perfectly located in Hawana. Existing dish washer and washing machine makes the stay very convenient. The host was really friendly and reply mostly immediately. W e can definitely recommend this place.
