The place is absolutely beautiful, and the location is simply stunning. Aziz is an incredibly kind and welcoming host — his hospitality truly made the difference. If you’re looking for a place to relax and recharge, this is definitely where you want to be. We had a wonderful weekend and would highly recommend this place to anyone!

We stayed here for 1 night and wish we had stayed longer. Beautiful views of the sea and the apartment was clean and spacious. Perfect for what we needed. It was in walkable distance from the beach, shops and restaurants. It also has parking right outside. We had a really relaxed stay.

The house is great and in a location that is simply unbeatable. During high tide you can literally stick your toe into the ocean from the lowest terrace. The house is built like a tower with the kitchen at the bottom and the bedrooms stacked on top. Three bedrooms are in the house itself (two facing the front and one facing the back) and one bedroom is in an apartment with a separate entrance and terrace that sits right on top of the house. The terraces make the house very spacious. Just be aware that there is no real indoor common area besides the kitchen for the occasional rainy day.

We had the most wonderful stay, we have used a number of Air b&b's and this has been the best one to date. Anything we could think of was provided, and we felt right at home. We had no issues during our stay thanks to our hosts well thought out home. The apartment was lovely and quiet, matched the description and was lovely and clean. The security in site were always friendly and available to offer assistance. It was unfortunate that the pool was empty for maintenance during our stay, but certainly no fault of our lovely hosts. We were still able to use the sunbeds and relax in the communal area. Marie and Mohamed were super kind, very friendly and helpful and told us everything we needed to know during check in. They checked in during our stay via message to ensure our comfort and needs were met, but were never intrusive. Très bon séjour, dans un cadre atypique coloré et parfaitement situé. Depuis toutes les pièces de la maison vous avez une vue imprenable sur toute la plage sans compter la vue a 360 depuis la terrasse qui surplombe tout le village . Notre hôte Mohamed à été irréprochable, accueil , hospitalité, de bon conseil, très belle personne qui vous mettra rapidement à l'aise. Très bonne adresse. Merci également à Mohamed de surf shop des couleurs, pour ses cours d'initiation au surf et pour sa gentillesse, patience et douceur..

I stayed at Driss' house with my family and it was really perfect. The appartment is located inside a complex that has security guard in the entrance. Very clean, green and has two swimming pools! Driss is an extremely nice person who was very responsive and helpful for us. His place is spotless clean, comfortable equipped with all the necessary amenities and equipments. He provided clean sheets and pillows. The Appartment has an outstanding View on the garden and pool. There is also a smart TV for a cozy moment with family. I highly recommend Driss ' place for a stay in Martil or the neighbouring towns.

I spent 2 wonderful months at Jihanes appt, I did not want to leave , it just felt like a home from home , a truly relaxing time , a beautiful sunrise from the kitchen and a beautiful sunset from the longue. Plenty of local shops and restaurants and the best beach in the town.I will never forget my time there , I was sad closing the door when I left . Thank you Jihane .

Incredible property with airy architecture and a commanding view of the ocean and epic sunsets. The perfect place to unwind. We'll be back!

Sonne, Sand, Ruhe, Meer.. was will man mehr? Wir haben eine absolut schöne und erholsame Zeit in der Villa von Khalid und Elise verbracht. Die Lage der Villa ist ganz am Ende der Residenz, sodass wir einem sehr schnellen Zugang zum Meer hatten und der Pool ist auch gleich neben dran. Es war sehr ruhig und wir hatten jede Nacht ein traumhaftes Meeresrauschen zum Einschlafen gehört. Die Villa selber war für uns und unser Familie perfekt gemacht. Räume, Möbel, Privatsphäre waren perfekt. Die Kommunikation mit Khalid war sehr sympathisch und wir haben super gute Tipps für die Gegend bekommen. Zum Beispiel, dass Frauen aus dem nächsten Ortschaft leckeres und gesundes Brot, Msemen und Betbout backen und Bio Eier verkaufen, das war für uns einer der Highlights. Als Familie mit einem kleinen Kind und zusätzlichen Besuch aus der Verwandtschaft, können wir diese Villa bei Karim und Elise sehr empfehlen. Wir freuen uns jetzt schon auf das nächste Jahr dort.

Perfect place to get away, rest, and relax. We stayed for a month in the off season and it felt like we had the whole complex to ourselves. We loved being able to walk down to the beach every day. Adil was so helpful in every way. He was a great resource, answered all our questions, gave us great recommendations, and even organized a taxi to get us to the airport. The condo was everything that we needed and we felt right at home.

Great stay! Lovely villa to stay in, super clean and felt very safe. Communication with host was fantastic and very easy! Would recommend staying here

Je suis contente de notre séjour chez Mme laila L appartement étais nickel propre et bien équipé . Mme l'aile est très accueillante , elle étais à notre service franchement je regrette pas et je reviendrai sans faute .

Die Wohnung war genau das, was wir gesucht haben - mit dem schönsten Ausblick, den man sich vorstellen kann. Bernd war ein super Gastgeber, äußerst unkompliziert und sehr hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank - wir kommen dann wieder.

Laila was a great host and very responsive. She was able to accommodate us on short notice. It is an artistically designed rental. Good value for this price point. Pros: overall clean, location, space, appearance, parking, and more Cons: shower hot water is limited and sporadic.

Un séjour au top ! Appartement spacieux, bien agencé et super équipé : clim, double vitrage, volets roulants, lumières d’ambiance, déco soignée, deux TV et électroménager complet (machine à laver, sèche-linge, micro-ondes, frigo, mixeur, machine à panini…). Propreté irréprochable, serviettes, gel douche, peignoir etc … Des chocolats et fruits sec et une agréable senteur d’intérieur qui rend l’accueil encore plus chaleureux Résidence calme et neuve avec gardiens sur place 24h/24, place de parking et ascenseur et en bas : un Carrefour Market et une épicerie locale, À moins de 10 min à pied de la plage d’Anza (belle plage locale, sable fin et rochers un peut plus bas ) et moins de 8 min en voiture de la marina et de la corniche d’Agadir. On est proche de tout, mais au calme, loin du bruit de la ville. Franchement, un des meilleurs logements que j’ai pu louer. Merci au propriétaire !

Ich weiß gar nicht, wo ich anfangen soll! Der Check-in war super einfach, die Aussicht einfach traumhaft und die Einrichtung mit so viel Liebe zum Detail – wirklich wunderschön. Was mich besonders gefreut hat: das bereitgestellte Trinkwasser bei der Ankunft. Nach einer langen Fahrt war das genau das Richtige! Man hat wirklich alles, was man braucht, um sich sofort wie zu Hause zu fühlen. Der Gastgeber war jederzeit erreichbar und unglaublich freundlich. Ich freue mich jetzt schon darauf, so schnell wie möglich wiederzukommen. Zum ersten Mal seit Langem konnte ich mich richtig entspannen – ich wollte eigentlich gar nicht mehr weg!
