Geweldige locatie. Op loopafstand van Cocksdorp. Aan de rand van het park, daardoor een mooi uitzicht en rust. Met de auto goed bereikbaar. Drie badkamers, dus goed voor groepen (in ons geval drie gezinnen) en toch privacy en eigen plek.

Sehr schönes Haus in wunderbarer Lage. Das Wassergrundstück mit der schönen Terrasse ist wirklich etwas ganz besonderes. Das Haus ist hell und großzügig gestaltet. Wir sind als Familie mit 7 Personen angereist, dafür war es perfekt. Im März war es zwar noch etwas kühl um die Terrasse ausgiebig zu nutzen, dafür war der Kamin im gemütlichen Wohnzimmer Gold wert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ik heb ontzettend genoten van 3 dag in Balk bij de erg vriendelijke Judith en Jeroen. Prachtige homestay, superschoon en netjes. Mooie omgeving op loopafstand van het Slotermeer. Mooie tuin met diverse sitjes waar je heerlijk relaxed kunt ontbijten en lezen. De omgeving is ook prachtig, in mijn ogen het mooiste deel van Friesland. Ik raad deze homestay 100% aan en ik zal hier zeker eens terugkeren. Heel erg bedankt voor alles!

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten mal bei Andréia und es war genauso wundervoll wie beim ersten mal. Die Lage am Wasser ist ein Traum. Die Wohnung ist optimal ausgestattet und blitzsauber. Man kann wunderbar seine Ausflüge planen oder einfach nur entspannt am Wasser sitzen und angeln. Andréia ist eine so herzliche und liebevolle Gastgeberin. Ich könnte hier noch weiter schwärmen aber ich glaube es gibt nicht mehr zu sagen als dass wir ein drittes mal wiederkommen werden.

Der Aufenthalt ist den Preis wert. Es lohnt sich allerdings, eine eigene Grundausstattung an Küchenzutaten dabei zu haben, wer mit der wunderbaren Aussicht aus der Küche auf s Meer ebenso wunderbar kochen möchte ;-). (Du wirst alles kaufen müssen- Salz, Pfeffer, Öl, Essig, Gewürze etc.) Der Jumbo im Ort ist aber ein super Einkaufsladen (7 Min. im Auto) und das nötigste gäbe es auch im Campingshop. 4 Minuten im Auto/10-15 Min. zu Fuss) Die Tücher für das Bad werden jedoch angeboten und sind inklusive. Da braucht man nichts mitbringen. Freut euch auf unvergessliche Tage am Meer!

Helaas was mijn eigen verblijf maar van zeer korte duur, omdat ik gedurende de eerste avond steeds zieker werd. Karin heeft ons (ik verbleef hier een weekendje met mijn beste vriendin) geholpen met de contactgegevens van de dokterswacht en daar kreeg ik naast antibiotica het advies om thuis uit te gaan zieken... Dus of mijn man mij rond middernacht nog op komen halen. Enorm jammer want het huisje had/heeft alles waar wij ons zo op hadden verheugd. Van een fijne eettafel om aan te kletsen, spelletjes te spelen, creatief bezig te zijn, tot een echt prachtig afgewerkte badkamer, goed uitgeruste keuken en een heerlijk bed (ik heb die middag daar al een paar uur ziekjes in doorgebracht dus die ervaring neem ik dan maar mee als "bonus". Mijn vriendin heeft de schitterende omgeving verder kunnen verkennen na mijn vertrek, zij bleef daar om alsnog te genieten van de rust en heeft dit met volle teugen gedaan! In de toekomst hopen we op een herkansing want dat is deze locatie zeker waard!

If you like peace and quiet this is the place for you. A short drive from Harlingen, in a small village surrounded by open spaces, with a short hike to the sea. The vacation house looks unimpressive from the outside, but inside it is awesome. There is a fully-stocked kitchen, a large bathroom, a very comfortable king-sized bed, a cozy sitting area, and plenty of places to store your things. There is very good wi-fi also. Despite being in an out-of-the-way location, there is an excellent supermarket just up the road. Janke and her husband are very friendly and welcoming, fluent in English, and for whatever we need they are ready to help.

Die Lage direkt an der Bucht ist sehr schön. Die Unterkunft und der dazugehörige Außenbereich sind sehr gemütlich, da kann man sich echt wohlfühlen. Leider war das Meer während unseres Sommerurlaubs so gut wie nicht zu sehen. Zum Baden gehen, einkaufen und essen gehen, ist man auf das Auto angewiesen.

Das Haus war genauso wie in der Beschreibung. Es war sehr sauber. Die Gastgeber haben uns schon eine Woche vorher angeschrieben. Und haben auf Fragen schnell geantwortet. Wir haben auch eine genaue Beschreibung erhalten wie man zum Haus kommt. Man ist in das Haus gekommen und man hat sich sofort wohlgefühlt. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und es ist alles da was man benötigt. Eine leckere süße Überraschung lag auch auf dem Tisch für uns bereit. Irene und George sind super Gastgeber. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Ich habe diese wunderbare Ferienwohnung nur zwei Tage vor meiner Anreise gebucht und war absolut begeistert! Die Gastgeberin war von Anfang an sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat unglaublich schnell auf alle meine Nachrichten geantwortet. Die Wohnung war perfekt, sauber und gemütlich – genau wie beschrieben. Die Lage ist fantastisch, ideal für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Vielen Dank für den großartigen Aufenthalt, ich kann diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen!

Wat een wáánzinnig mooi, fijn, ruim, comfortabel en heerlijk huis! Werkelijk alles wat je nodig hebt, is aanwezig, inclusief fijne fietsen om het eiland mee te verkennen. Het huis is rustig en mooi gelegen en dichtbij het strand. Jurjen was erg vriendelijk en super flexibel. Wij komen graag nog eens terug en raden dit huis enorm aan!

Als gezin met 3 jonge kinderen hebben we een heerlijk verblijf gehad in jullie huisje. Het huis is schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien, vooral de speelkamer met speelgoed en ook nog een speelhuisje in de tuin viel erg in de smaak! De sauna is heerlijk en ook van de dvd collectie hebben we goed gebruik gemaakt! De communicatie met Marten en Brigitte verliep uitstekend, een probleempje met de badkamer werd snel verholpen. In de omgeving veel moois te zien en het park is heerlijk rustig. Wat ons betreft een dikke aanrader!
