Замечательная квартира!!! Очень свежая и чистая. Есть абсолютно все для комфортного проживания. Качественное постельное белье, удобная кровать. Есть всё необходимое на кухне для приготовления еды. Очень было приятно обнаружить бутылку охлажденного просекко в холодильнике, в подарок от владелицы. Катерина очень гостеприимная, предупредительная и заботливая хозяйка. Изначально предоставила всю необходимую информацию и моментально отвечала на все мои вопросы. Совсем рядом с квартирой находится море и парк "Дасуди" с множеством хороших ресторанов и кафе. Мне очень все понравилось. Однозначно рекомендую Катерину и ее квартиру для проживания!

Ο ιδιοκτήτης είναι εύκολα προσβάσιμος, υπεύθυνος, αξιόπιστος, φιλόξενος, υποστηρικτικός, έτοιμος να δώσει άμεσα λύση σε οποιοδήποτε ζήτημα προκύψει και σίγουρα θα χαρούμε να μας φιλοξενήσει και πάλι στο μέλλον. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Menelaos' lovely apartment. It was clean, modern and a great size for a couple. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for ourselves. It is located in a handy location for exploring Nicosia and there were good cafes and restaurants nearby, and a well-stocked supermarket around the corner. We were especially grateful to Menelaos for his flexibility to store our luggage until late afternoon. He was friendly and a prompt communicator. I can highly recommend this apartment and will stay there again if I return to Nicosia.

Great apartment great host

This is a lovely apartment, exactly as in the photos, modern, clean and very comfortable. The location is great, even in the quieter winter months there are plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, food shops and a great bakery/cafe all within walking distance. The host, Mario, is friendly and very helpful, responds quickly to any queries and provides some good recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. I really enjoyed staying here and would happily stay here again.

We initially booked El’s apartment for 11 nights and then extended to another 6 nights to be with our friends and family. Before arrival El upgraded us to this newly renovated, very comfortable and quiet apartment . The area is a walking distance to the town centre and also nightlife. Private parking wasn’t available but off street parking was never a problem. El and her mum Maria are very friendly and polite and very responsive should you have any queries. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Nicosia. I would definitely stay at El’s apartment in my future visits to Nicosia. Thank you El & Maria.

Fahiyre's place is an immaculate, modern apartment, just a 15 minute walk from the picturesque old harbour. Fahiyre lives nearby and was friendly and welcoming. A huge plus is the free and easy parking underneath the apartment block. This is ideal for anyone arriving by rental car, as parking closer to the harbour would be very difficult.

what a fantastic little place to stay and berke is an amazing guy nothing too much for him. if your thinking of booking uou will not be disappointed

Absolutely charming, comfortable house filled with beautiful collections, every where you look something interesting to look at. Paolo is a lovely host, very responsive and helpful. The bed and couches all super comfy. Stayed here a month and hope to be back!

Place was lovely,exactly as pictured. Good location, supermarket straight across the road and close to all shops/restaurants,all within 5 min walk. Had all equipment you would need for your stay ie hairdryer,iron, washing machine,kettle coffee machine etc Great place to go and enjoy a nice relaxing holiday or busy if you want to make it,plenty to do in area. Will defo be back in future

Lefkoşa'da ana caddeye 50 mt markete 50mt Gönyeli çemberine çok yakın bu sayede ulaşımımız çok rahat oldu. Zeynep Hanım'ın ilgisi kibarlığı neredeyse her saatte ulaşıp sorularımızı yanıtlaması çok büyük artıydı. En önemlisi de evin temizliği hijyeni ve imkanları kendi evimiz gibi hissettik her anlamda, kaygısız tutabilirsiniz. Geniş bir ev yastık ve nevresimler çok temiz bizim en çok beğendiğimiz hijyenik olması oldu onun dışında da tek bir olumsuzluk dahi yaşamadık. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum hiç düşünmeden tutabilirsiniz.

I like Tasoula's place and I prefer to stay here when I am in Lefkosia. The place is very close to the Cyprus Institute, and it is a very peaceful and quite place. This time I was together with my kids, it was super place staying in this place, so they can also enjoy the outside. The house has everything that you need. I had 3 days in Oct here with a friend before moving to Protaras. I knew I would return in the spring if Christakis had availability. Perfect location for me, a short walk to the beach and excellent restaurants plus close to the salt lakes. Very quiet at night, comfy bed. Netflix for free was a real treat 👍 When you arrive tired from travelling there are lots of other bits that are much appreciated like salt/ pepper/ herbs and spices, milk & water. Will definitely return next year if he has availability. Thanks again 👏

Super logement, nous y sommes allés en basse saison, l'île est très calme à cette période. Le logement était très propre et bien décoré. Un peu de bruit à cause des travaux juste à côté, mais ce n'est pas du tout la faute du propriétaire :)

The apartment is not suitable for winter trips. The cold floor and the room itself, even the air conditioner doesn't save. The sofa is not very comfortable, it squeaks hard. The bed in the bedroom is good. The house and the location are excellent.

Had a great two weeks in Dominika's apartment. It's just two minutes walk from UCLAN cyprus which is where my daughter is studying and who we were visiting. Pyla is a small village but we hired a car and visited Aiya Napa, Protoras, Lefkara, Limosol and Nicosia. The pool is lovely. It's a very quiet location. The balcony is a sun trap. Comfey beds and welll equipped apartments. The Happy Nest is a lovely local place to eat.

The host was very friendly and provided all the information required. Place was clean and well located. Would recommend.

The place is 10 minute walk from beach and main restaurants. Pharmacy and small market also nearby. Bigger market is 15min walk. We had spare towels and bed linen. 2 double bedrooms with one ensuite and other with separate bathroom, both with good sized shower. There is a pool, I was spectical about the noise from people using the pool, but users seemed to respect the neighbour hood. Although if they were noisy, it couldnt be heard from bedrooms. Ac, hot water, water pressure all good. Kitchen was fully equipped and also extra detailed accessories like bags, baking sheet etc were provided. Large refrigerator and good sized freezer. Good sized modern smartTv and sofas were good. Appartement had good elevator and no noise can be heard of neighbours. We had a toddler with us and cot was good equipped with small pillow as well. Place also has very good storage/wardrobes for clothes and accessories. Full cleaning equipment was provided which it was good for us, having a toddler. PERFECT
