Waterfront vacation rentals in Ligurian Sea

We had a wonderful time at Mark's home. It is exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and cozy. The balcony is the best part! Location couldn't get any better! There's a boat shuttle that is very convenient for accessing the other side where the famous casino is. The rock is walking distance with lots of cute shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay again! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay in Menton. The location is situated very close to public transportation for you to visit towns along the south of France, which made our stay stress-free. There are many restaurants in Mentone to enjoy the bakery down the street is one of the best I’ve come across in the area. The kitchen had many fine cooking instruments to enjoy a meal at the place. The views were spectacular. You could hear the sea crash along the rocks very soothing. 👍

Perfect location in a quiet and quaint town , for visiting Liguria coast and CT. Highly recommend this clean spacious and comfortable appartement. Levanto has a nice beach and everything you need.

A very nice apartment right on the beach of Cannes. One small flaw is the slightly older furniture and that you could not sit or have breakfast on the terrace as well as the table was a little small. But you can handle that. Vincent is a great host, very friendly and was always easy to reach and responded quickly. If you want to spend a nice and relaxing holiday, this is the place for you!!!

LOVED staying at the waterfront apartment. After having an issue with checking in at the correct time, Paolo was able to accommodate me and come up with a solution that worked for both of us. Finding the building was a little confusing as they are doing construction in the area and the roads are constantly being closed. But eventually we found the entrance and was greeted by Mattia who was extremely friendly and thorough in showing us around the apartment. This apartment building is brand new, 3-6 months old. All of the fixings and furniture was very tasteful and comfortable. It really felt luxurious being in such a light spacious apartment. All of the exterior walls are glass so there is lots of natural light coming in. There are also shades around the porches that can be closed for additional privacy or to block out the sun. We loved being on the water and watching the boats. It was very peaceful. One of my favorite stays so far in Italy.

Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay! The house was very clean and extremely well stocked with everything we needed to cook wonderful meals! The location could not be beat! We hope to return someday to enjoy another stay!

Very nice accommodation located a stone's throw from a charming port. The place is peaceful and relaxing. We enjoyed our stay very much and we even met Mr. Dominique, neighbor of our rnb, with whom we enjoyed talking, a wonderful and great gentleman.

The listing is exactly as advertised. The sea view is beautiful. All shops are close. Great starting point for exploring Cap Corse and Bastia.

We stayed in the house for 8 days. The house is beautifully decorated, the view is amazing. The communication with Cristina was great. She was very quick to respond to our requests, helped us with the tips for the area, was always very friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable.

Fabulous apartment - amazing location and perfectly decorated. We were attending the MIPIM Convention in Cannes, and this apartment was the perfect choice for a break from the crowds - better than any 5 star hotel in Cannes. Matteo is a wonderful and caring person. He helped us a lot. His house is very cozy and clean. He cares about every detail. They had basic items like salt, coffee, olive oil, sugar and the kitchen utensils were complete. Clean and fragrant bed linen. There were good restaurants in the village, which was also close to the beach. We'd come back a thousand times. Going back to Matteo, I have no words to describe him. Thanks for everything.

A beautiful, well positioned apartment where everything has been done to a really high spec and feels brand new. Beds are comfortable and everything was clean with all the basics you could need with two shower rooms with toilets plus a separate toilet and jacuzzi bath. It was our first visit to Antibes so we’re flying a little blind but lucked out with this apartment — facing the sea with views from every window along a promenade that made for peaceful walks home from the daily market or wandering around the old town/ coming back from dinner, both of which reachable in 5 minutes by foot. In between two beaches and easy to bounce from Antibes to the beaches of juan les pins or take the train up and down the coast as you wish. I travelled with a 2 nearly 3 year old and she had the time of her life!

Elena was a cozy and accommodating host. The location of her structure is really sheltered. The window of the apartment overlooks the sea directly, giving you a breathtaking view. The room was clean and equipped with everything you need, especially in the bathroom. I thank the host so much for having arranged for his guests to use a parking space in the garage, as Varigotti is difficult to park, but easy to reach on foot from the apartment enjoying a promenade walk

Perfect welcome extremely clean and pleasant accommodation with a view of the sunrise and very responsive and accommodating host the only negative is the access only on foot not easy when you are loaded but the alleys are very pleasant to walk to park there is an easy access and secure paid parking there are free places but not always free we had a pleasant stay Thank you very much in Alessia for this accommodation

Extremely neat and clean apartment. Seemed almost like the first renting. Fantastic location with 180 degree Ocean view and looking directly at the mouth of the marina. Great for watching yachts come and go. Near all facilities. Very responsive host even after hours. Would rent again without hesitation.

Very pleasant and friendly encounter with Jean-Yves. Communication in writing as well as in person worked very well. In the fridge, delicacies were waiting for us, so we didn't have to buy anything for the first morning. The apartment is modern and very nicely furnished, we felt very comfortable right away. The large terrace offers beautiful views of the sea, simply magnificent! The beach, restaurants and bars are on site, you don't need a car. The air conditioning is very quiet, which is ideal for sleeping in the great heat. There are comfortable beds and the rooms offer a good size. We highly recommend this apartment. The apartment is in a very convenient location a few meters from the sea and the street with shops. The description and photos match the house, which is really equipped with everything. There are also some nice touches like the coffee maker, macaroons for guests and everything you need to cook. The owners are very nice and kind 😊

We were glad to get to know a beautiful home,a quiet locality in which the people are beautiful and kind know each other and practically they form a family. The beach is discreet and quiet. For round trips there are connections by train. You can reach Genoa or Portofino.Cinque Terre and Santa Marquerita are also sights that can be visited.
