Vacation rentals with a home theater in Ligurian Sea

Excellent séjour chez Laure. Apparemment très bien situé au pied des pistes, bien équipé et proche des commerces. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Je recommande ce logement pour un séjours à Nice. Le studio est placé en plein centre ville et est à proximité de tout (12minutes de la gare Nice ville) pratiques pour faire le maximum à pied. Le logement est impeccable, propre, et bien équipé (je note la présente d’un parapluie laissé à disposition ainsi que des protections hygiéniques. Alexandre et Virginie ont pensé à tout).

The location is at the middle of San Remo, full of stores and things to do, the apartment is great, it has all the services around, clean and surprisingly isolated from all the activity outside, with sturdy doors and windows, it is a great place to rest and overall very convenient.

Olivier’s place was clean and cozy as well as perfectly located! Would definitely recommend

Gerry war bislang einer der besten und nettesten Airbnb Anbieter, den wir getroffen haben. Er kam persönlich zum Check-In, zeigte uns die Wohnung und war sehr arrangiert mit dem Parkplatz. Plus dazu reagierte er auf offene Fragen immer sehr schnell. Die Wohnung ist neu renoviert und in einem top Zustand und schön eingerichtet. Wir haben von der Wohnung mit dem Auto ca. 15 Minuten nach Portofino, ca. 10 Minuten nach Santa Margherita und 5 Minuten nach Rapallo Zentrum gebraucht. Wir können die Wohnung definitiv empfehlen und werden hier bei unserem nächsten Portofino-Trip übernachten. 👌🏻 Danke Gerry! 🙏🏻

Passamos 2 dias excelentes em Nice, o apartamento é super bonito, bem equipado e bem localizado. Cedric e Aurelle foram muito prestativos, responderam rápido as nossas dúvidas (mesmo tarde da noite...), foi tudo excelente!

Das Appartement war genau wie beschrieben. Bérengere und Stephane sind sehr kooperativ, jederzeit erreichbar und super nett. Es hat nichts gefehlt, ich hab mich so wohl gefühlt, dass ich für nächstes Jahr wieder gebucht habe.

Posto fantastico, casa con tutte le comodità che una persona vorrebbe quindi niente da dire. Stefano é stato super presente per qualsiasi problema, la consiglio a chi vuole fare qualche giorno per staccare ma soprattutto anche a chi lavora

Nous ne sommes restées que 2 nuits chez Frédéri, mais la maison est idéale. Nous étions 4. La maison est très spacieuse. Cuisine bien équipée. Pas de possibilités de parking a proximité mais la maison n'est pas loin du centre 5 a 10 minutes a pied. La maison se situe dans le vieux centre de Tende c'est un endroit magnifique ! Frédéri est un hôte très réactif et sympathique, toutes ses indications étaient claires. Visitez ce magnifique village et sa vallée, c'est vraiment un endroit fantastique !

Jolie maison sur les hauteurs de San Remo. Le jardin est très agréable et on voit la mer depuis le balcon. C'est aussi très calme. Patrizia et Marina ont été très réactives et nous ont facilité l'arrivée. La maison a de nombreux ustensiles pratiques pour cuisiner. Une gentille attention nous attendait à l'arrivée : des oranges délicieuses ! L'hiver n'est pas la meilleure saison pour en profiter. Le poêle à bois marche bien, mais il chauffe surtout le couloir et il faut un peu de temps avant que les chambres se chauffent. Ceci dit, au bout d'une journée, il faisait bon dans la maison. Nous espérons pouvoir revenir à la belle saison, pour mieux profiter du balcon, des grandes vitres lumineuses!

Ho trascorso le vacanze di Pasqua con mio figlio nell’alloggio di Margherita. L’annuncio rispetta pienamente l’appartamento: molto confortevole, pulito e vicinissimo al mare, alla stazione , ai bar, ai supermercati, ai ristoranti insomma vicino a tutto quello di cui si ha bisogno! Ci siamo trovati benissimo grazie anche a Margherita che mi ha permesso, sia con il check in anticipato che con il check out posticipato di godere pienamente della vacanza ! Inoltre è stata molto gentile perché ha fatto delle piccole sorprese a mio figlio che ha gradito di cuore (gli ovetti di cioccolato erano buonissimi ♥️) ! Se dovessi ritornare a Moneglia sicuramente ritornerei nello stesso alloggio ! Grazie ancora per averci ospitato ! Alla prossima !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement situé dans un charmant petit village près de Nice, très paisible et agréable. L’endroit est calme, parfait pour se détendre, et l’appartement correspondait bien à nos attentes. Il était propre, confortable et bien entretenu. Le propriétaire était très réactif et à l’écoute, ce qui a grandement facilité notre séjour. Seul petit point à améliorer : il manquait quelques ustensiles de cuisine, notamment un grand couteau, pour cuisiner plus facilement. Mais dans l’ensemble, une très bonne expérience !

Appartamento provvisto di tutto e di più ( addirittura aspirapolvere, più di una grattuggia, detersivi, carta da forno, pellicola, carta d'alluminio, ceppo di coltelli, condimenti, asciugamani ecc), curato, pulito, davvero molto bello, unica nota abbiamo trovato i materassi troppo rigidi. L'alloggio si trova al primo piano di un condominio molto tranquillo e silenzioso, accessibile mediante un'ampia scala. Il mare si raggiunge grazie ad un sottopasso con scalini ed un tratto a piedi in pochi minuti. Host molto gentile, flessibile negli orari e scrupolosa. Consigliato.

Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Sonia war eine gute Gastgeberin, sie war hilfsbereit und hat auf unsere Nachrichten immer schnell geantwortet. Check-In sowie Check-Out haben reibungslos funktioniert. Die Wohnung war so, wie auf den Bildern dargestellt und war sehr schön, besonders die 2(!) Balkone mit einem schönem Ausblick. Das einzige, was uns etwas gestört hat, war die Entfernung zum nächsten Bahnhof, zum Meer und damit zur nächsten größeren Stadt. An einem unserer Urlaubstage hat es leider unaufhörlich geregnet, da haben wir leider keine Beschäftigung in der Nähe gefunden. Jedoch kann man es sich auch an so einem Tag gut in der Wohnung gemütlich machen und eine der leckeren Pizzerien ausprobieren.

Impressive building, beautiful gardens. Parking was easy. The View from the apartment was wonderful and had everything you needed. Monique was responsive and friendly and left clear, precise instructions. We struggled with the tv but who needs a tv with Menton a walk away and with that view!

Le logement est impeccable, bien situé et facile d'accès. Des commerces sont a proximité. Elisa est très réactive et est toujours prête à fournir des conseils pour rendre votre séjour confortable. Un super logement pour un séjour à Gênes !

Fin leilighet sentralt i Genova. Selv om den lå i byens hovedgate var leiligheten stille og ingen trafikkstøy. Leiligheten ligger i gåavstand til så og si alle turistattraksjoner, og hovedgaten er en drøm for de som liker shopping. Anbefales.

Nos gustó mucho! era muy espacioso y todos los muebles eran cómodos y funcionales. La cocina totalmente equipada era un puntazo. Además estaba muy limpio y tenía zonas de aparcamiento en los alrededores

Marina is an excellent host with prompt communication and genuine care to ensure the best visit, including helpful local information and recommendations. The apartment is modern and stylish with the lovely balcony and sea view. The neighbourhood includes convenient local shops and there are very good bus and train links into central Genoa and along both coasts. We did walk into Genoa too a couple of times along the promenade. We would definitely stay again to explore more of the city and rivieras to west and east. Thank you Marina!

**Tolle Ferienwohnung in perfekter Lage!** Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und bequem – viele kleine Geschäfte, Restaurants und zwei Supermärkte sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Sowohl der Bahnhof als auch der Strand sind schnell zu Fuß erreichbar, was ideal für Ausflüge ist. Für Anreisende mit dem Auto ist es etwas weniger günstig, da Parkmöglichkeiten knapp und kostenpflichtig sind. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr gut ausgestattet, besonders die Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Vermieter war zudem sehr nett und gastfreundlich – rundum eine tolle Erfahrung! Wir wären am liebsten länger geblieben!
