Karoliina's cottage was cozy and located just what we were looking for, quiet and peaceful. The cottage had everything we needed. Karoliina provided nice recommendations for nearby places to visit, and communication was smooth. We had a great time and would love to come back!

Really a peaceful place near a frozen lake. We booked airport transport with Jaakko, and he dropped us off for shopping and recommended some activities nearby.

Everything went really well! The directions to the stay were really clear, as long as you found the right place to turn on the E75 road. The listing was exactly as described and I would stay again.

We booked the cabin at the farm for a week and couldn't have imagined a nicer holiday in Lapland. Our host Eleni was always there for us and helped where she could. Thanks to their super kind nature, we felt right at home. Our absolute highlight for us has been the northern lights - we can't really believe our luck yet. We are really inspired and grateful! So: If you are looking for a (romantic) break away from all the hustle and bustle, this is the place to be.

The cabin is surrounded by beautiful natur. We did some great snowshoe hikes in the backcountry. Snowshoes are provided. The town of Hetta is 10km away. We have been there the second time, because Karlervo is a great and very friendly host. Thanks a lot. We had such a great time there

Very very nice owners helpful and very likeable the house was super nice and cozy would like to take a vacation there again. Fantastic in the middle of the most beautiful nature and polar lights, there was free, thank you for the nice holiday.

If you love nature with a big N, you are in the right place! at the cabin no noise, life is peaceful. We became aware of the simplicity of life here and that everything revolves around the fire and water. Despite our no experience with the fire we managed to organize ourselves even by -20 degrees. An unforgettable experience in the middle of Nature in all its splendor!

The most incredible host from booking right through to leaving. I had issues with my payment which Hans was so lovely about, he set up decorations and a little surprise for my husband on arrival as we were there for his 30th birthday and booked dinner reservations for us. Nothing was too much hassle for him, he always replied very quickly and i felt confident that if we had had any issues he would have sorted it out straight away for us. The accommodation was magical! It was so peaceful amd cosy, just felt like we were tucked up in our own little corner of the world. The views over the lake weather we were in bed, the hottub, or sauna were incredible and watching the aurora dance overhead was just better than I can describe. Everyone should visit this beautiful place once in their life ❤️ Thankyou Hans for the most perfect airbnb experience we've ever had!

We had a lovely week for four in this home! The house was very clean and everything as described. The kitchen was well equipped and in the sauna you can sit next to each other with three adults. The apartment is a bit off the beaten track, but after a 20-minute walk or a short drive you can reach the town center. But we were able to see the northern lights twice directly from the property. For a good view, it is worthwhile to drive to the well-known spots.

Beautiful glass ceiling igloo with wonderful views of the northern lights. Had all the amenities we needed. We loved the hot tub and the sauna. Private and peaceful. We did have trouble figuring out the ski in and out. It appears to be a half mile from the alpine slopes.

Staying with Alexandra was super nice. We felt very comfortable. Alex booked the husky ride for us, prepared the sauna and made a barbecue evening with us. The environment is perfect for spending quiet evenings and enjoying the tranquility away from the hustle and bustle. Staying at Alex's place is highly recommended! Always happy to come back!

Privileged location and top weather for snowshoeing and walking. Very pleasant stay.

A very nice cottage in the beautiful area. The house has everything you need. Although it was sometimes down to -24 degrees at night, it is very warm and cozy inside. The house has underfloor heating, very pleasant, a fireplace and a wooden sauna. The wood is provided. In the house it is very clean and in order. Next door is a beautiful forest. We borrowed snowshoes from the hostess to walk around in the woods. The hostess Elsa and her niece are super friendly, accommodating, explained everything super and reported proactively (always informed about upcoming northern lights). They even greeted us with home-baked treats. They were super delicious! We had a lovely and unforgettable stay at this cottage. Everything is fine! It is simply recommended!

Miika was a great host and definitely one of the most helpful people in Finland that we encountered. Place is beautiful but remote, which is perfect but there is no restaurants nearby after 6pm. Sauna and Jacuzzi were awesome and the villa is beautiful

Our little family enjoyed the cabin (or cabins) very much. We went boating, saunaed, fishing and just enjoyed the tranquility that was there. Would have loved to stay longer but we were just passing through so it had to be two nights there. Maritta was really nice and answered any questions we had. She is also a baker, so take the opportunity to buy good bread from her when you get there. (Unfortunately, we forgot it on the day of departure..) We would be glad to come again sometime!

Gladly again immediately! Communication with Petra works great! She answers everything quickly and very purposefully. Nothing was missing from the accommodation! Everything you need is on site. Above all, we were positively surprised by the selection of available spices!:) One night we could even see the Northern Lights dancing in front of the house! Dear Petra, Thanks for everything! :)

Wow, what an incredible find! My wife and I had such a wonderful weekend at Paula's place. The location is spectacular - surrounded by dense forests and set on the banks of a large, beautiful lake which was frozen in spring when we were there. Paula was very kind and allowed us use of all equipment needed for walking across the lake, ice-fishing, ice-skating, sledding, ice-swimming, mountain-biking etc. The private sauna and the outdoor and indoor fireplaces were a wonderful way to warm up from the cold air! The RV itself is very warm and has several heating sources (e.g., air conditioner). Overall, we couldn't recommend Paula's place more. We hope to come back as soon as we can!
