Vacation rentals with a patio in Lakka

Giannis and his wife are excellent hosts and made us very welcome. The apartment is just as portrayed, and the only downside is the lack of privacy in the bedrooms which might be uncomfortable if two couples were sharing but could also be a bonus for a family with children. Everything you could need for a self catering holiday is provided and there is an excellent supermarket about 10 mins drive away. There is a small beach very close by, shallow water, very safe for children and a hotel that provides sun lounges and serves decent food. The area is very peaceful but only a short drive from the main road which takes you to any part of the island. It’s necessary to have a car here, we explored just about everywhere. Would certainly recommend this lovely apartment.

Stamatia, the host, was absolutely amazing, she is very kind and helpful. She helped us with the transfer from the airport, car rental, etc. The apartment is smaller, but nice and quiet, it was clean and has an excellent location, a short distance from the sandy beach and a tavern where they cook well. We really enjoyed our family holiday here so we definitely recommend this appartment.

Wir konnten uns bei Chrisovalandis wunderbar erholen. Besonders gut gefallen haben uns die Nähe zum Strand und das Frühstück auf dem Balkon mit Meerblick. Als es ein Problem mit dem Haartrockner und dem WLAN gab, wurde uns blitzschnell geholfen. Eine absolute Empfehlung!

We had a beautiful stay, the nearby beach is very nice. The room was clean, kitchen has everything you will need, very comfortable bed. Spiros was very nice and welcoming, always asking if everything is alright. Great communication.

Ich habe einen sehr sympathischen Gastgeber und eine für zwei Personen großzügig ausgelegte und sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung 150 Meter vom Meer, Restaurants und Supermärkten vorgefunden. Das Haus ist gut gegen Hitze geschützt, inkl. Deckenventilatoren und Klimaanlage. Das Badezimmer ist relativ modern mit Dusche und Badewanne. Es gibt eine große Veranda, von der man das Meer und nachts den Mond beobachten kann und einen Balkon für den Sonnenuntergang. Die Fenster können sehr gut verdunkelt werden, es ist ruhig und das Haus ist gut gebaut, so dass man niemanden stört oder hört. Der Gastgeber ist sehr gut lokal vernetzt, kann gute Tipps geben, war stets bemüht alle meine Anliegen, zum Teil proaktiv zu bedienen und hat meine Anforderungen stets zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit bewältigt. Ich habe mich wie zu Hause gefühlt.

la casa è in una posizione fantastica proprio nel centro di Lakka e a pochi km dalle calette più belle di paxos. Gli spazi interni sono ben divisi tanto che nemmeno sembra un monolocale, ma l'aspetto più interessante è la luminosità dell'appartamento e la terrazza che affaccia sul porticciolo di Lakka da una parte e dall'altra su una verde collina. È stato un vero piacere svegliarsi ogni mattina e fare colazione godendo di una tale vista. Siamo arrivati a Paxos stressatissimi e anche grazie alla casa di Stamitis siamo ripartiti in pace con il mondo. grazie sarai sempre la nostra prima scelta per la prossima vacanza a Paxos.

Wir haben Mitte Mai eine Woche in Vivere verbracht und die Zeit sehr genossen.Aimonas begrüßte uns sehr nett ,zeigte uns alles und insgesamt war die Kommunikation sehr gut.Haus,Grundstück und Lage waren total schön,wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Wir können uns einen weiteren Aufenthalt dort sehr gut vorstellen.

Es war wie wir uns es vorgestellt haben und wie auf den Bildern beschrieben Ruhige Lage mit Blick in die Berge und Besuch von vielen kleinen süßen Kätzchen Nikoleta ist eine sehr liebenswürdige und herzliche Frau Das spürt man auch wie das Haus eingerichtet ist Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt

Spędziliśmy wspaniały czas u Sofi i jej syna. Gospodarze byli bardzo mili i pomocni. Apartament jest bardzo komfortowy, położony przy mało ruchliwej ulicy. Do sklepów i tawern jest blisko, na długość spaceru. Okolica jest spokojna, można poczuć lokalny grecki klimat. Polecamy dobrą tawernę rybną Limanaki. Na piaszczystą plażę jeździliśmy autem - około 15 min drogi. Bardzo polecam ten apartament i lokalizację.

We spent an idyllic 'out-of-season' week at Nafsika's Cottage (aka Dionysia's place). The space is perfectly balanced, with two nice-sized bedrooms (one with en suite bathroom) on either side of a generous, high-ceilinged living area. Fixtures, fittings, bathrooms are all in good order and modern but also sympathetic to the historic detailing (stone walls, wood-beamed ceilings). The sizeable outdoor space, with a dining table and loungers, gives onto a lovely sea view, even though the cottage is located in the centre of the island. We especially loved the quiet and solitude of the setting at the top of an historic village most tourists will only every pass through on their way to somewhere else. Beautiful walks in every direction, and myriad beaches (including stunning Erimitris Beach) are only a few minutes away by scooter/car. Finally, Dionysia was a wonderfully responsive and friendly host, answering any questions we had within minutes. This place is a gem.

Wir hatten zwei tolle Wochen im wunderschönen Haus von Damianos. Das Haus ist sehr funktional und sehr angenehm. Die Einfahrt ist etwas steil, aber es ist das allgemeine Merkmal in der Gegend. Die Gastgeberin war sehr gastfreundlich und fürsorglich. Ihre Freundlichkeit und Reaktionsfähigkeit haben es uns ermöglicht uns schnell in der Umgebung zurechtzukommen. Einige schöne Strände sind schnell zu erreichen. Wir persönlich empfehlen Panorama Notos Taverna. Dort kann man den ganzen Tag in sehr schöne Umgebung Sonnen und leckeres Essen. Wir werden ohne Zweifel wiederkommen.

Great house. Quiet and out of town enough for relaxation and close 1k 20min walk to Giaos. Aircon great. Broadband dropped out after storm but fixed quickly. All amenities available lovely outside shower bbq and patio area. TVs in bedrooms and big showers room with washer inside. Met owners who were fantastic and hospitable. Got mopeds which were the best way to get around. We were all very comfortable and well provided for and will definitely be coming back. Thanks so much from the family! 👏👏👍

Wir waren sehr beeindruckt von der tollen Wohnung und der netten Gastgeberin. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Ausblick über die Stadt und den Hafen ist atemberaubend. Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder.

TOLL TOLL TOLL!!!! Unglaublich tolle Unterkunft, sehr hilfsbereit und einfache Kommunikation. Leider waren wir nur eine Nacht da, wäre gerne länger geblieben! Ich kann die Unterkunft von Thomas nur empfehlen! Ich komme wieder :)

Tolle Unterkunft mit guter Aussicht. Ohne Auto sehr schwer zu erreichen. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem sehr ruhigem Bergdorf. Ausstattung in der Wohnung war sehr gut. Ein zu Fuß zu erreichender Strandzugang war leider nicht vorhanden.

Martha was always a fantastic host, nothing was ever a problem for her and she was always there to help. Apartment was in great condition and in a great location. Would definitely recommend :)

Wir sind nur eine Nacht geblieben, da wir am nächsten Tag die Fähre nach Korfu genommen haben, insofern hatten wir nur einen sehr kurzen Eindruck, aber der war sehr gut! Die Wohnung ist zentral in Igoumenitsa gelegen und es gibt gleich einen Supermarkt gegenüber. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und bietet ausreichend Platz für 4 Leute oder mehr, auch genug Geschirr und Besteck ist vorhanden. Alles war sehr sauber und George, der gleich obendrüber wohnt, war sehr hilfsbereit.

Bel appartement en substitution de celui qui était prévu avec juste un petit bémol sur le manque de vaisselle et les finitions électriques. Hôte très accueillant et à l'écoute. Nous recommandons cet hôte.

Schöne große Unterkunft. Sehr herzliche nette Gastgeberin. Wir hatten nichts zu bemängeln. Die Unterkunft ist im Süden und etwas abseits, man benötigt ein Auto. Supermärkte zu Fuß erreichbar, auch ein kleiner Badestrand. Gute Taverne zu Fuß erreichbar.

Sehr schöne und gut eingerichtete Wohnung! Jedes Zimmer verfügt über eine Klimaanlage und das Balkon ist sehr groß. Allerdings muss man wissen, dass Kavos ein Partyort ist. Nichtsdestotrotz eine sehr schöne Unterkunft!
