Le logement est tout à fait conforme à la description et aux photos - facile d'accès en voiture, calme, au vert, avec tous les équipements annoncés. Il ne bénéficie pas de tout le luxe recherché par certains, mais il est parfait pour des congés tranquilles loin du brouhaha inutile des capitales... Prendre cependant en considération que l'escalier en colimaçon est vraiment étroit et ne permet le passage simultané que d'une seule personne. Monter une valise large à l'étage peut s'avérer problématique (déballer au RdC sera plus aisé !). Les montées et descentes de l'escalier pourraient aussi poser problème à ceux qui ont des problèmes pour se déplacer - il pourrait s'avérer trop raide. Ludmila est sympathique, disponible et réactive. Je recommande vivement le logement / la localisation.

Nikola went above and beyond in every possible way to ensure I was looked after. The apartment is perfectly located, has everything you need, and felt very safe. It was quiet for sleeping despite being so centrally located. 5 stars across the board!

An indoor pool area is designed with elegant mosaic artwork, featuring reclining loungers placed beside the curved pool. Natural light filters through large windows, enhancing the serene setting while providing views of the surrounding area.

Das Apartment ist sehr großzügig, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer ist einfach ein Traum. Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen, trotzdem ist man in ungefähr 8-10min zu Fuß im Zentrum der Altstadt. Das ein Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage der Villa zusätzlich 12€ pro Tag kostet kam uns sehr teuer vor. Nach ein paar Tagen in Karlsbad haben wir aber gemerkt das es absolut Ortsüblich ist. Olga die Gastgeberin war immer erreichbar, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für 20€ p.P. für 2 Stunden kann man die private! Pool Area im Keller nutzen - was sich absolut lohnt! Wir hatten dort eine traumhafte Zeit dort. Gegen weitere Gebühren sind wohl auch Sauna oder Massagen buchbar. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Eine sehr gut gelegene, zweckmäßig Wohnung mit zwei großen Schlafzimmern. Lenka ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Busstop ist nicht weit, aber man kann auch gut in die Stadt gehen. Für unseren Hund war es auch ein schönes Wochenende, weil die Natur mit vielen Wanderwegen nicht weit weg ist. Das Auto war während unseres Aufenthalts im Hof geparkt. Zum Supermarkt und einer wirklich sehr guten Pizzeria sind es nur 100m.

A truly remote but magical place, revived and run by a very hospitable family. The owner cook together with their guests about once in a week, and I was lucky enough to be invited. Definitely well booked (regional school holidays), but the atmosphere was relaxed.

Václav&Ilona jsou úžasní hostitelé, kteří nám dali spoustu tipů (nejen) na výlety a restaurace. Cítili jsme se zde velmi příjemně, cokoliv jsme potřebovali, vždy nám byli nápomocní. Ubytování bylo hezky zařízené, čisté, uklizené, s dostatkem soukromí, a navíc bohaté snídaně s velkým výběrem. Moc děkujeme za skvělý velikonoční pobyt, rádi se někdy vrátíme a vřele doporučujeme všem dalším hostům:))

Hallo Petra, deine Wohnung in Bublava war einfach perfekt! Absolut ruhig gelegen in einem kleinen Häuschen, bot sie eine wunderbare Auszeit vom Alltag. Die Einrichtung war mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet, stimmig und äußerst gemütlich. Alles war makellos sauber, und die Küche ließ keine Wünsche offen – bestens ausgestattet für jede Mahlzeit. Ein echtes Juwel für alle, die Erholung in einer wunderschönen Umgebung suchen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

This is a beautiful apartment to stay at just outside of Karlovy Vary. If you love the country side and want an authentic but accessible place to stay, this is the accommodation for you. The host is very nice, welcoming, and flexible. Highly recommend!

Prompte, zuverlässige und freundliche Kommunikation mit unserer Gastgeberin! Danke, für das extra Spielzeug für unsere Tochter, das war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam! Individuelle und geschmackvolle Wohnung, in der alles da ist, was nötig ist! Prima Lage, um die Umgebung zu erkunden! Im Café unten im Haus gibt es sehr leckere Crêpes, in wohlfühl Atmosphäre! Es hat alles gestimmt, herzlichen Dank- wir kommen gerne wieder!
