Vacation rentals with a patio in Jocotepec

The apartment is beautiful, it has everything you need to have an amazing time, very clean. I liked the location. The only thing is that the pool is freezing, it's not used to the fullest, but there is a jacuzzi that helped balance it out because there were almost no people. When all the apartments are occupied, I hope they put heating in the pool to take advantage of it.

The views of the lake from the condo and from the rooftop patio were absolutely stunning. Greeting the day with a beautiful sunrise was enchanting. The small town of El Chante offered all the shopping I needed. Although there aren't many "dining out" options in El Chante, you can get a bus easily and within a few minutes have tons of restaurant options. Although there were a few issues with power and water outages, they were brief and LiaZa's great communication made it easy to navigate. The security team is exceptional. They were always friendly and ready to support. I would definitely consider returning to this property when I come back to the Lake Chapala area.

A very quiet place, in the village you can find several shops in case you need anything, there is security in the place, the pool water is warm and a very nice view.

We loved the accommodation, the house is very large and has a very nice terracita. The pool is bigger than it looks in the pictures and the water was hot even at night that the atmosphere was cold. The rooms are very spacious and each with its own bathroom, excellent for large groups. The host makes you feel right at home. We're definitely going back.

The accommodation is beautiful, super spacious and comfortable. Follow Marcela's instructions to get there because the climb up the street for cars is very bad. There is no heating in the pool and the water is cold

A good stay, quiet place, the pool water was cold at the beginning but it really improved the other days... excellent communication with the host who was always on the lookout and answered our requests very quickly. A quiet and relaxed stay that was what we were looking for.

Excellent home and a great value overall. The second floor has a beautiful view of the lake with a jacuzzi. Bedrooms have nice air conditioning. Nicely located between Chapala and Ajijic. Host was very responsive.

The accommodation seemed perfect to me, it had everything we needed to enjoy our stay, Alba was always attentive to my questions, they gave us a TAG to enter and exit the subdivision, the only detail is that the bed in the main room has problems since it squeaks very loudly, however, it didn't affect the stay, if I'm in the area one day I wouldn't hesitate to return

We had a really comfortable and relaxing weekend! They provided us with clear directions and wonderful contacts to make our stay even better! It's a plus that they have towels and basic personal hygiene items so you don't have to carry so much! The condo is quite quiet, the pool is large, and the apartment is quite comfortable. 😬 Thank you for all your attention!!!

Nice place to rest, very comfortable and cozy, privacy, tranquility, its pool with heated water and the area for the asada carnita. Acknowledgement to Mrs. Jessenia cleaning staff, forget my watch in the apartment and honestly returned it the day after our departure. Sergio also excellent service and follow-up to requests. Brenda was in contact with us at all times, relatively close to the airport, just a little noise with the neighbors who apparently had a party but it didn't take long for them to quiet down, otherwise everything was excellent!!

I really enjoyed staying in the heart of Ajijic - close to the plaza and the excellent restaurants. The host was very responsive and the caretakers were very kind and friendly. I loved the cat that lived on the property too!

If you are looking for a nice and cozy living space, this is it. Beautiful landscaping in this peaceful gated community. with a great pool and within walking distance to many restaurants, a Plaza and a lake walkway. (malecon). I hope to return soon.

Excellent apartment for a good vacation, the condominium is in a great location and very good amenities. The apartment is perfect conditions and with everything you need to have a good time and not worry about anything.
