The place are really nice,and it’s really near to EDC Thailand ,which save a lot of traveling time when there’s traffic jam all around the place… It’s a beautiful house to spending time in it ,definitely worth come back again

This is my second time back at Ton's place. The house & room is beautiful, with a panoramic sea view of Vung Tau on a cascading slope. It's a one-of-a-kind experience, I appreciate the view every morning waking up, which feels like a vacation in Southern French. The room's clean & Ton & Thanh are very kind hosts. Ton's an intellectual with great understanding and expansive knowledge of Vietnam heritage & city development. Our group really enjoys chatting with him. I will for sure come back to this Airbnb for 3rd and 4th time

The stay with the two was indescribably beautiful! The two hosts are super cute and incredibly nice! 😊 The place is super located and super quiet at the same time. The pool is very refreshing and is always cleaned. Room has air conditioning and it was super clean. We'd come back in a heartbeat! Clear recommendation!

Our host Yimmy was always responsive and helpful for any issues (one minor issue quickly resolved) or questions. She allowed us a slightly later checkout and bag storage which was very much appreciated. Our family of four enjoyed a comfortable and relaxing 7 day stay. Some of the highlights of this accommodation: Coin operated washer and dryer Easy walk to soi 20 near Hindu temple for morning market, Ama Bakery and Krua aroy aroy and bts Surasak. The studio is wide, clean and comfortable, well kept and immersed in beautiful garden. We stayed her more than one month and loved everything about our stay. The place inside the "square" and the area around has all services and many good restaurants. We will book again here for our next stay in Chiang Mai

I'm so glad I stayed here! 6 nights, fantastic. A short walk gets you to the old city, but the location here is quiet and peaceful, with a few small convenience stores right next door. It always felt safe in the neighbourhood. Easy location for taxi's/Grab to find. Easy to walk to the old city and look around. The staff are kind and helpful. The front door has gates that are locked at night for security, but easy to navigate with the key provided. The room was nice, spacious and bright. The big fridge was helpful, and 2 good sized water bottles provided daily were a great help. The bed is typically quite hard, like most Thai beds. I'd recommend bringing a top sheet, so you can lie on the comforter for extra padding. Aircon was great! The view from the 3rd story room is excellent. Such a great place, and good value. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Stayed at this airbnb with my boyfriend in our last remaining days in bkk. The room was nice and clean. There was also a balcony. Wifi was okay for working, hot and cold showers, shampoo soap and conditioner is also included as well as towels. It was very convenient because the location was near the train station and malls in sukhumvit. There’s also a cafe and restaurant downstairs and it’s worth the try! We loved the place so much and will definitely book our airbnb here if we ever find ourselves in bkk again 🫶🏻

We were greeted by gorgeous cats and the caretakers Zoe and Tza (adorable guys). Check-in was simple, and the apartment was even lovely in person. Everything was readily available. I enjoyed the sunset point. Staff assisted us with moving in and booking our tours. Overall, we never had to worry about anything. The restaurant next to the villa serves excellent food; we never had to worry about having food delivered from elsewhere; they produce meals that tastes better than some of Patong's finest restaurants. We had a fantastic 3-night stay at Dodkins Family House! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Darla’s mom, who made check-in smooth and hassle-free. The property itself was absolutely beautiful—clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were incredibly cooperative and friendly. Anytime we needed something, they were quick to respond and always helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location was perfect—just 1.2 km from Patong Beach and right next to Bangla Road, making it super convenient to explore the area. The ambiance of the house was simply amazing, creating a relaxing and cozy atmosphere. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Phuket! Would definitely come back.

I stayed in this apartment for 1 month and I had a wonderful stay there. The apartment was nicely decorated and had all the amenities that I needed. The host was great, very responsive and helpful. I like the surroundings because of it's central location and is walkable to many good restaurants, shopping malls and other entertainment places. Also, the Baht bus goes right outside on 2nd rd if you need to go further away. I can highly recommend this apartment.

Super valuable compared to local 2-3* hotels which are very poor designed. The location is a big plus, a lot amazing street foods are around, only a couple of minutes walking distance.

The flat is spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it a great place to stay. While there are four flights of stairs to reach it, they’re good exercise! Something to keep in mind if you have mobility concerns, but my parents (in their 70s) managed just fine. Khun Teerajit, the host, is extremely responsive and attentive, ensuring that any needs are quickly taken care of. The location is good—right next to the BTS, making it easy to get around, and situated on an authentic Bangkok street. I highly recommend taking a morning walk to enjoy some of the best Thai street food in the area. Would stay again!

The house is very clean. Very beautifully decorated. It’s feel like i was at home. Have everything i need i can cook do laundry even have a steam iron for clothes. I lke it here. I even extend 3 more days

Difficult access but such a beautiful place is worth it! Quiet, paradisiacal environment. The cleanliness of the accommodation was not perfect but the owner immediately offered solutions and apologized for it. Great communication with Kenneth. The accommodation is perfectly as described, a few details are missing for more comfort (only 2 cups, no bowls, no soap holder). The apartment is very large and very bright, (a curtain or blind would be welcome on the kitchen window), equipped with screens. The bed is perfect, so are the pillows. The nearby restaurant was a treat, one of the best dishes I could eat in Thailand! This place is great, if we come back to the area we will stop here.
