Cabin vacation rentals in Hönö

Rådanäs was our favorite host on our travels so far. We've hopping airbnbs globally every week or other week for the past 7 months, so this is a big compliment. You'll find that the property is more immaculate than can be shows on pictures. The lake, the sauna view out to the lake, the expanse of the property and everything that Rådanäs has built, and even the beautiful home itself. Another twist: Unfortunately, I sprained my ankle during my stay but fortunately Rådanäs was there to help. He made the recovery and journey around Göteborg (Gothenberg) much easier -- helping us around and dropping us off to the train station. Not that this is included lol But it is a testament to his hospitality and kindness. We look forward to returning to Sweden, and will absolutely make this our home. Thank you, Rådanäs!

The accommodation was an absolute dream. We felt at home and there was enough space for eight people. The house is lovingly furnished and has a lot of charm. The view of the sea is breathtaking. The absolute highlight is the whirlpool. We would love to come back and can only recommend the accommodation.

We were looking for a spot to spend some relaxing days during a road trip through Scandinavia and with Johan we found exactly what we are looking for! The hut is simple, but complete. The highlight of our stay was, of course, the jacuzzi, which was ready to use and squeaky-clean. The mixture of cold air, hot water and the silence around makes us desire to come back. :) The location is (apart of Johan's own house) really remote and private, but by car it is only a 8min ride to get to a large supermarket to get everything you will need, or 30-45min to Göteborg, if you want to peek into a more vibrant area. Whenever it takes us back to Sweden, we will certainly make a, probably extended, break again at Johan's place. Thanks for having us!

Our stay is summed up in a wonderful vacation, comfortable cabin although sink, wc and shower are outside, it has its charm. Spectacular garden and terrace, fluffy, well cared for; perfect for going barefoot and barbecue. Idyllic views, perfect running area around, green, bathing area nearby, availability of bikes at home... Very cozy cabin, described exactly like the pictures. GPS access and instructions from Annelie perfect, no problem to find it. I have no words to express how attentive, kind, and facilitative Annelie has been. Very good host, answer questions and details immediately. Very grateful for everything. 10 out of 10, not to mention the incineration bathroom that did not work well. The ONLY problem with this place is that we couldn’t stay for longer because it was the end of our Sweden tour. It is AMAZING here. Best hosts, incredible breakfast, GORGEOUS house, great sauna, wooden decks, cool design, soft fluffy beautiful bed that felt like sleeping on a cloud. I am literally crying as I drive away because it was so incredibly beautiful and the hosts were awesome. Go here! You will NOT regret it!

A group of friends of six adults stayed in the house for two nights. We found the stay to be extremely relaxing and pleasant. The host was really quick to respond to texts and also came with extra pots when we were cooking. Large and good barbecue is available in the yard that we benefited from when we grilled. Plenty of parking spaces and large garden close to the lake. Nice made beds with towels and linens plus a good welcome caramel. Private and quiet surroundings. Well-functioning radiators and air heat pump are located in the house. A lot of wood was available to use in the indoor fireplace and by the sauna next to the lake. I was allowed to bring children's books for my daughter despite offering to pay, very generous host. Five well deserved stars, we give this great host and the space.

The place was beautiful and exactly as described. The key safe made the arrival flexible and easy. The car could be parked directly in front of the house. Everything was clean and very welcoming. We immediately felt comfortable. The terrace is fully enclosed, so our dog could move freely. The surrounding area is a small residential complex. In September, however, only a few people were there. So it was super quiet and relaxing. You could walk to the water in 5 minutes and look over a fantastic landscape. Ulrika is a great landlady. She responded immediately to questions and drew our attention to highlights. Thank you for the great and relaxing time!

We spent two nights in Annika's cabin and everything went very well. Super simple and easy check-in and checkout. The best is very warm and well-equipped. The accommodation is minutes away from the bus stop that takes you to Gothenburg in 25 minutes. Beautiful surroundings.

Sofia's place was beautiful. Uniquely positioned in a quiet valley, overlooking the bay. Sofia has also been very helpful and exquisite, from check in to check out. Highly recommended!

Very nice cottage with everything you could wish for 😊 Comfortable bed with good duvets and pillows, fresh and nice bathroom. The friendly host couple had left Christmas treats for both us and our dog!

We had a very nice stay in Ulrika's nice cottage! The view and the terrace are a dream! The area is also beautiful. In addition to the cottage, the small annex also has a fantastic view of the sea. Communication with Ulrika was very nice and straightforward. We were even surprised on arrival with a small surprise and a decorated Christmas tree. Thank you for that! We really enjoyed the stay!

It was by far one of the best and most beautiful accommodations we had. The great house was equipped with everything it needed for a relaxing vacation and was idyllically located in the forest just a few meters from the lake. With the rowboat or canoe that came with it, the lake was great to explore and the sunny terrace was one of our favorite places. We'll be happy to come back any time.

Very beautiful and charming little cottage with incredibly scenic surroundings and interesting history - which you could read about both in the cabin and on signs in the surroundings.

Great cabin with everything you need. Nice rooms and lovely terrace. Christian was very accommodating. Super beautiful surroundings, Sundsby cave is a visit each as well as the island of Åstol.

We had a great stay! The small hut is located not far from the beach - supermarket in the immediate vicinity. Communication with Anders was great - he even provided us with bed linen and towels.

Extremely sweet and hospitable both 2! However, it was only for one night on my trip through the area, but I would have loved to spend several days there ❤️ Beautiful lake nearby and really cozy cabin where I quickly felt at home. Recommend 🙌🏼🤩😀

Very cosy "tiny" house with everything you wish for, in a calm area. I felt right away at home and was happy to discover the beautiful landscape. Margareta and Ove were very kind and helpful and even took me to the ferry and lent me a bike which was fabulous. I really enjoyed my stay ! Thank you!!

This house in this location is simply amazing. We enjoyed the quiet and the sun in the off-season in September. Be aware that there are only few ferries going back and forth to the mainland at this time of year and that you’re pretty much stuck on the island - which is very enjoyable :) thanks to our wonderful host, Victor. He answered all questions promptly and was always super nice.
