Vacation rentals with a patio in Giheung-gu

The room is very tidy and the convenience store downstairs is quite good, but the sound of the tracks in the traffic is not a problem for my sleep.

It was an accommodation that I was satisfied with in all aspects, including the location, cleanliness, and the interior of the room. I'm going to use it again next time ~ ~ Thank you

We had a pleasant stay in a very large space.The windows were large, a lot of natural light came in, and the atmosphere was always bright.The owner was quick to respond to this request and was very kind. It was very close to Mochiya Station, and there were many restaurants.It was a very fun town. I want to use it again.

The host was a great communicator and prompt with full of helpful information. The place is well equipped and well stocked. The city youth center with gym was well maintained and helpful and close by. We enjoyed going for a walk along the Han River with great city views.

It was a good stay, space is clean and cozy. Water pressure was a bit low but other things are all good.

Three of us stayed (2 adult, 1 child) at the airbnb. It was nice and cosy at a quiet neighborhood. Check-in: Easy to follow the check-in instructions. Arrived at the place around 11pm. Accessibility: For families with a lot of luggages, this location is not easily accessible by large taxi (7/9 seater) due to the very narrow road. Our taxi driver cars’ (arrival & deeparture) were damaged as it tried to force into the narrow road. There is a nearby larger road which is 1.5mins walking distance from airbnb if you still insist on large taxis. Families with few luggages & using saloon car taxis shouldn’t have trouble accessing the road. Location: Walkable distance to itaewon station (10-15mins walk) and nearby convenience store available (5mins walk) Cleanliness: The airbnb was clean when we arrived. Communication with host: host is responsive and friendly. He is also helpful when we reported the airbnb wifi have issues on 1st day. He gave instructions on how to trouble.

The home was very cosy and relaxing. The host replied to messages instantly and was very helpful during our trip. We definitely recommend this lovely home.

We had a pleasant stay. The location was good. 3min from the bus stop. The host was very responsive. On the way to the property we got lost and she helped us to navigate. We also got lots of recommendations on local restaurants , attractions.

Martin and Amanda's house was a PERFECT base for our Seoul adventures. Spacious, big windows, two lounge areas, and very comfortable beds. The location is perfect, with a bit of life from the hostel across the street, and short walks to great coffee houses, yummy local restaurants, public transportation, and the busy Hongdae shopping and nightlife. Our group of 2 adults and 3 teenagers had a GREAT time! Amanda and Martin provided lots of local recommendations and advice and helped us create memories for a lifetime.

Great place near the Seoul station. Spacious and heated floors a plus!
