Eugene is a very nice and kind host! He hosted me for 2.5 months and I have 0 complaints. The place had everything I needed for the cold winter - super insulated and working ondol (floor heating) system and efficient dryers. Never had an issue with the shower water temperature and electric stove was sufficient to cook simple meals.

Convenient location, communicative host, spacious with everything you need! Would stay again.

The apartment was new, very clean and had everything that I needed. Overall, I was more than happy with my stay :)

We were USA citizens staying in South Korea for 4 months. We enjoyed our stay. The unit is part of a large apartment complex. We occasionally had a few noisy neighbors at night, but the host was very responsive, and helped us resolve the situation. The heater worked well, and Internet/wifi was fast.

This was a great stay for our group of eight college students. There were many beds and bathrooms, and the apartment is located in a quiet place near lots of food and public transit. Nana is super accommodating and willing to help us as issues come up. It was replete with all the amenities.

While location was a little distant away from touristy areas, accommodation was only a short walk away from train station with many food options around. Place was clean and comfy! I enjoyed my stay and will return next time.

Helen was an amazing host! She was incredibly kind and accommodating. We had a larger group so she really went out of her way to make sure that we could stay comfortably. The physical place itself I would say is equivalent to what you pay for but it is very convenient and close to a lot of things in Hapjeong. Helen by far is the best host that I have interacted with and I would stay at another one of her places again just because of her hospitality alone! Thank you again Helen for making our stay so memorable.

The place is really cozy and clean to stay in. It looks exactly like how it shows in the photos. The host was really responsive in replying. The instructions given to locate the area was very clear. I would like to recommend everyone to try out this place :)

Bonn and Ann were incredibly helpful and easily reachable from the very beginning. The house was very close to the Hongdae and Hongik University area and was in great condition. It had everything you might need in a home. The house was quite spacious, easily accommodating 4-5 people. As an espresso lover, having a coffee machine and grinder was an extra delight!

It's very close to Gonjiam Ski Resort, and there are two car parking available, so I went very comfortably on a couple's trip with friends! The tableware was prepared for 4 people, and the dishes were clean, so I rested comfortably without any frustration ~ There were plenty of disposable toothpaste and towels, and I felt like I was able to hang out at a friend's house with 4 bags of ramen. The partial instructions were well attached to the accommodation, so I used it well without any confusion. ^ ^

It is about ten minutes from Hongdae shopping district and the road is flat.There is convenient store nearby Home is comfortable, smells, bathing supplies are provided The host was very responsive and very helpful, I really appreciated him.

There was a lake park and department store nearby, and it was convenient because everything was nearby! The accommodation was the same as the photos. The bed was also fluffy, so it was comfortable to sleep in, and most importantly, I prioritize cleanliness, and it was really clean and nice✩ ⃛( ͒ ु•·̫• ू ͒) I want to use it again later!!

We have had a great stay at Sejin’s. We had a couple of question on checking and Sejin was very responsive. The place was just as described and we love how easy it was to get to other parts of Seoul. The bus stop is just down the road and many places are just walking distance.

I liked that it was clean and in a good location. I contacted the host a lot, but he responded quickly and was very kind. I had a comfortable stay!

I loved the comfortable bedding and the soft and clean towels. The accommodation was just as pretty as the photos, and if I have to find a place to stay in Gwanggyo next time, I want to come here again!

Because of the wedding, there were a lot of households coming up from the province, so I used it as an air bnb. It was an excellent choice. The place was so clean, comfortable, and the lady who ran it was very kind. Access to Seoul was also very easy.

Best location. Restaurants and shopping all walkable. Storage to keep your luggage before check in and check out. Its 3rd floor so a few flight of stairs to carry your luggage to the unit. Perfect for night life :) Will come back again. 2 bedroom was spacious.

The host is really kind. I lived for a month because of the interior construction, and he immediately addressed my necessary requests, so I was able to live comfortably. It should be taken into account that it is a building apartment.
