Vacation rentals with lake access in French Polynesia

Thank You Frederic and family for sharing with us your beautiful home, the Tiki House. Frederic met us at Tiki House with a warm welcome and showed us around the beautiful little house and his lovely gardens! The home has several small touches to make it a lovely and comfortable place to stay. We wished our plans had allowed for a longer stay. It is private and quiet, comfortable air conditioning and comfortable bed. The breakfast provided was out of this world!! Everything about the stay was perfect in every way!! It is a blessing to stay in a place owned and cared for by a local. You can feel the warmth and love they have for their island and their home. Thanks again and hopefully someday we will be back.

Our favourite stay this time in Moorea. Mimi’s bungalow is a gem and well worth staying at. The amenities are carefully thought out and the bungalow is beautifully furnished. Mimi has thought of everything you need and it makes for an amazing time. The surroundings are lush and peaceful, and the best part is that you can hear the waves crashing when you sit out in the patio. Mimi is a responsive and helpful host and I highly recommend her. Tiki Beach was an amazing experience! We did have troubles initially finding the location based on the address that was provided. My suggestion would be to search "Tiki Beach Moorea" on Google Maps to get the best directions on how to get there. Once we got there, the place was beautiful. Poe and Florida were incredibly hospitable and kept the whole property pristine while we were there. The bungalows are cute, cozy and clean. The pool and lounge area were incredibly relaxing, and listening to the waves crash while reading a book in the lounger was one of the highlights of my trip. The Motu Grill was only about a two minute walk down the road from Tiki Beach. The fish burger was the best meal we ate the whole time we were visiting French Polynesia. We cannot recommend it enough!! Overall, our experience was wonderful, and we hope to return with a group of friends in the coming years to relive the memories all over again! :)

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Matairii. La villa est spacieuse et bien équipée, parfaite pour une famille. Elle est située à proximité de la belle plage de Temae, elle est accessible depuis un chemin assez mal carrossé mais praticable si on roule doucement. L’aérodrome à proximité n’est pas un problème, le trafic est très limité. Les chiens du voisin se sont calmés, pas un bruit la nuit. Un petit chat adorable garde la maison. Matairii est un hôte à l’écoute et sympathique Je recommande vivement et n’hésiterai pas à revenir lors de mon prochain séjour !

This home is a gorgeous place to stay and take in the beauty of Raiatea. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beds are super comfortable. Wonderful spacious bathrooms. The kitchen is easy to cook in. We loved this central location to explore the island from. Benjamin is a wonderful host and communicates well. I felt very welcome and well cared for. Highly recommend.
