Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Franekeradeel

Staying in the artfully furnished little house was a very good experience. Thea and Gerard are great hosts, very friendly and relaxed, and easy to communicate with. The breakfast prepared by Thea was fantastic, the best we've had in a long time. Strongly recommended!

We had a great stay at Steffen's. The house was equipped as described, which we have rarely experienced so far, so we felt very comfortable. The kids went on a journey of discovery and found plenty to keep themselves wonderfully busy. We were in the house for almost 2 weeks right before Easter and we didn't get bored. Most restaurants etc. were already open at least on weekends. Only the boat tours start after our departure on April 19th. (as info for successors who want to travel in the same period... :-)) Steffen responded super quickly and looked for solutions to problems and always had some ready. Thank you so much! We wish you continued wonderful guests who appreciate your gem and treat it well. Maybe see you next time! :-)

Lovely, spacious house in one of the most beautiful places in Friesland, located directly on open water with beautiful views over a lake (It Piel, borders Heegermeer and the Fluessen) and the countryside. Recommended for those who love peace, space and the Frisian lakes.

We had a fantastic family weekend thanks to Willem's accommodation. The contact was excellent, the location sparkling clean and the check-in very easy! The location was very spacious and equipped with every comfort. From our side, for both the location and for the host a (fat) 10!

We had a great time with 5 people in the cottage. Everything necessary is available, very nicely decorated and as described before. We will be happy to come back!

We spend a wonderful weekend there with friends. The location is lovely and quiet, but close to lots of activities in the area. Perfect place to stay, we'll definitely come here again.

We stayed at the property over New Year's Eve and felt very much at home. The location right on the water is a highlight. It is a very quiet area, so highly recommended for a relaxing break.

Clean, unusual, renovation apartment is in pastoral place . We visited some interesting places in radius 1-1,5 hour driving: Urc, Enkhuizen, Zuiderzeemuseum, Giethoorn ,Zwolle(Park English Work), Museum de Fundatie/Kasteel Het Nijenhuis, Het Nationale Park De Hoge Veluwe. We enjoyed the stay 100%! Serge is the perfect host, accommodating, but always reserved, polite, friendly, helpful - we were just fulfilled every wish and nothing was missing in this luxurious, absolutely thoughtful place. High-quality appliances in the top equipped kitchen (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, baking paper, aluminum& plastic wrap, etc.), cozy sofa & toilet, nice bathroom, it was nice and warm (in cool April). We were able to wash our laundry and also let it dry in the dryer. In front of the windows were screens, good blackout curtains in the bedroom and nice screen during the day. You can park right in front of the property in a large parking lot, the car is always in view from the living room & kitchen. We will be back! The place had a great charm and fit perfectly with the surroundings. Roger was extremely polite and very accommodating. We. had absolutely nothing to complain or complain about. The kids were also very excited. The immediate vicinity to the dyke has rounded it off wonderfully.

It was a lovely stay with super nice and useful tips from the host! Mega helpful and easy to find if you needed something but also let you go completely and free. We have so much enjoyed this lovely place.

What a nice stay we had! Super friendly people. Beautiful place and very central location. We were with 2 young children and this was very easy to do! Certainly subject to repetition! Who knows, maybe next year!😉

We stayed in Hindeloopen during a weekend trip and booked a room with Sharino. The amenities were great, everything you needed was available and also super clean. We were also provided with a baby cot on request. Sharino was always easily accessible and gave us a detailed description of how to reach the apartment. Although it was in the attic it was superbly insulated, we did not notice anything from the heat. We're already considering whether we'll book next year. Although it is minimally located outside, you can still reach the harbor in five minutes by car. It's incredibly quiet for that.

Harlingen is a wonderfully picturesque place, the house was close to the nice center. Recommended in the area are Jopie Huisman, the Planetarium, Sneek, Leeuwarden and Hindelopen. The house has all the comforts, nice complete furnishings and spacious bedroom with bathroom. We had a great time.

The cabin in the woods is incredible. It has everything you could need. The hot tub and BBQ are an added bonus. We (and especially our dog) really enjoyed our stay. Would 100% recommend.

We had a great sleep in the cottage. It was a lovely cottage with a nice warm pellet stove. We'd love to come back!!

I would recommend this house to anyone who wants peace and quiet in combination with all the facilities to enjoy this house and definitely the people who rent something because really everything was great

We enjoyed the attractively furnished cottage and the beautiful surroundings. In the cottage there were also all kinds of games, drawing stuff with coloring books for the kids and good books to read. We were able to relax and do nice things nearby. The contact with Nienke was very pleasant, in advance we received a clear description of the cottage and also all kinds of tips to do nearby. Nice to see how they built this cottage themselves and were able to make it such a cozy place!

We spend easter weekend here with the two of us plus our dog. We felt welcome from the start and enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. Perfect home base for long hikes in the forest.

This place was very special, it is nicely quiet on a lake where there is nothing else except a few tents and cottages for further guests but in a manageable number.

Loved staying at Danielle’s cabin. She’s a great host and goes above and beyond to make your stay worth it. Beautiful walks all around and a beautiful little town in its self. Would highly recommend for a solo or couple get away and I would definitely stay here again! 5* All around!

Cannot fault the whole process from start to finish. Beautiful house clear instructions took us straight there. Would definitely recommend we stayed as we were racing at TT Assen only 20 mins away
