Vacation rentals with beach access in Flamenco

Carmen and Martin are wonderful and caring hosts. They communicated before our stay and were here to greet us upon our arrival which we appreciated because not all hosts do that. They addressed any concerns during our nearly month stay immediately. Carmen and Martin ensured that they prepared for our needs before our stay including buying a crockpot just for me. They made us feel like family. This condo has the most beautiful sun rises and sunsets. Being across Playa Azul was the most amazing experience. This neighborhood has everything you need including restaurants, supermarket, entertainment, bank, pharmacy, easy highway access, you name it. We will come back soon. We feel like this is our home away from home and made many wonderful memories here. We highly recommend this place and these excellent hosts.

We were very happy with the accommodations. Everything was exactly as described in the post. Luquillo Beach is awesome, family oriented, peaceful, and relaxing. They had stores and restaurants close by. And if you go, be sure to go to the kiosks. Great food!!

My stayed at Martas location is always great it is like staying home. Marta is like family to us. I always like to stay there. Thinking already when we will stayed again.

Our stay at Diego's place was great! Clean and well kept building and the apartment is spotless. You will enjoy a beatiful view and the nice breeze you get from opening the balcony doors. The location is great and near many stores, places to eat, and beaches! I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend.

This is just the perfect place in Fajardo. This condo is quiet, clean and spacious with a well-equipped kitchen. The balcony & rooftop provide ocean views and star-gazing opportunities. There is a beautiful beach across the street and a handful of good restaurants within a 10-20 min walk. There’s also a pool with clean, adjacent bathrooms. Walter was a very helpful & responsive host. Would definitely stay here again!

Great value with access to a beautiful beach. We felt safe during our stay and thoroughly enjoyed the recommendations made by the host. Perfect amount of space for two to three people.

Elsa’s place is a little slice of paradise! It was a perfect location to go to the beach, explore El Yunque and Vieques, and relax! You can walk to restaurants, and the ocean view from the balcony is so peaceful!

We loved staying at this apartment. the views from the 27th floor directly out to the ocean are amazing. we enjoyed several sunrises on the balcony. The bed is comfortable, and the couch and table were exactly what we needed. The kitchen was stocked with what we needed and even had some oil and spices. There was even beach chairs, an umbrella, a small cooler, and two microfiber quick dry beach towels. The storm shutter rattled some in the wind because it's stuck partially open but that is what it is. We felt super safe and had a great time.

We had a great stay at Casa Carmin! The host was incredibly responsive and allowed us to check in early as well. The house was beautiful and very well maintained. The host had stocked up all of the amenities we could need for our trip (towels, coffee, snacks, etc.) We loved our stay and will be back!

We had a great stay in Ricardo's home during our trip. We are working professionals and was able to work remotely with no connection issues and always had power. Ricardo is very attentive and addressed any concerns we had immediately. We would gladly stay with Ricardo again.

We really enjoyed our stay! The rooms were clean and fresh when we arrived. The views were beautiful. The kitchen was stocked with equipment for us to cook with. Our family enjoyed using the pool table, foosball table, and ping pong table. All ACs were in great working condition and we slept very comfortably. We lost a debit card during our stay and the owner made it sure it got back to us. They very communicative via text message before, during, and after our stay! They were there to check in personally and ensure we had what we needed and could access the property. There are stairs to get to the entrance of the sleeping areas that is covered. At the bottom of the hill, there is public access to a beach, which has a shallow tide pool. When we were there, the water was very clear and the beach was not crowded at all. It is walkable from the house, however, this very much depends on your fitness level as the house is on a hill. I would suggest a jeep or similar vehicle. 100% recommend.

This is a perfect beach house for a multi family or multi generation vacation! The house has a rustic vibe with lots of outdoor space. Full laundry and kitchen - we were able to make a birthday cake! There are 4 showers but no tubs, and it’s tricky to get some of them to be hot. There were also 3 beach chairs, snorkels and fins, some life jackets, and separate pool towels, which made our trip extra amazing since Melones, a 5 min walk, is a great snorkeling spot! Adults could walk to town, with the small children we called taxi vans. Enrique was helpful and responsive, thanks!

Excellent location so you can walk to all the restaurants etc. which is ideal so not have to find a spot to park your rental vehicle next to a restaurant which is very hard to find a vacant parking spot !! ,cool a/c, beautiful view from nice large patio balcony, included nice beach chairs two coolers and beach umbrella. Great leg exercise walking up the steep hill. We will stay here again for sure!! After 20 years of visiting Culebra almost every year… this was the easiest & by far most convenient rental home we have ever stayed in. We have stayed in some fancy ones on top of a hill…nice view and all but gotta drive everywhere to get food or groceries. Nice to drink as much as you delight at Dinghy Dock, Zaco Tacos, etc and just walk home tipsy no problem. Thanks Will, a great place you have! I’m jealous.

A great place to stay if you want to be within walking distance of MANY bars and restaurants in Isabelle Segundo. Great views from the deck shown in the pictures. The views are obstructed to a fair degree by a tree, which is lovely in its own right, but limit the view. We loved almost everything about the place. That said the deck, while having a lovely view, is in need of some care. The planks that make up the deck are very rough wood and are rotted away in some areas. This resulted in two near falls and a painfull sliver. Again, we loved our stay and would return, but would be more likely to do so if the deck issues were addressed.

Our stay was fantastic! Everything about Zuleyka’s place was amazing. She was very responsive to our inquiries and her guidebook was very helpful as we adjusted our itinerary. Pool was great and place was overall very clean. To add - the island lost power during our stay but the house was equipped with solar panels and battery backup so we didn’t have any issues. Zuleyka was proactive in letting us know the island lost power (we were out and about and didn’t notice) and provided the guidance we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing time at Liz’s place. The view from the balcony was incredible and she provided a number of amenities, including beach towels, floats, and snorkeling fins. She was responsive and also provided recommendations for local areas and events that were happening during our stay. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

The place was exactly what we expected from the listing and was overall an amazing stay! The views from the condo are amazing and the sound of the ocean was amazingly peaceful. The area is walkable with many fun bars and restaurants nearby. A nearby visit to El Yunque was the highlight of our trip! The only slightly negative to the entire trip was that there are times where security is not available to open the gate which requires a small wait - not a problem at all, I only mention it because it was left out of otherwise very detailed check in instructions and led to some initial confusion. All in all I highly recommend!

Great apartment and amazing ocean view. The beach right outside the building is very calm, with warm shallow water. It was perfect for our 1 year old. The building blocks the sun and causes a shadow across half the beach in the afternoon (in March) which was a nice break from the sun. There’s only a few places within a short walk, so definitely check those out in advance or plan to drive everywhere.

My husband and I came to PR for business and personal. We wanted an authentic experience and a safe haven to vacay to. Eric's place IS the place to stay. The current reviews are accurate. We were in a residential neighborhood where animals roam but are not disrespectful ☺️. Eric's place is in a gated community. When we walked through the neighborhood to local store and restaurants, we felt safe and everyone was nice. Language is bi lingual. Eric's place is placed in a prime location - Luquillo where the beaches are clean and the view is breathtaking!! Eric was responsive to requests within hours. I appreciated how he asked if his team was allowed to come in even if we were not going to be there - very mindful and we appreciated that. My husband and I did not rent a car because we had other transportation arrangements but a car is recommended if you want to tour and do off site activities. Eric was a major part of our Puerto Rico awakening. We will be back ✨

Loved the view from the balcony. Parking was easy and the area was very peaceful. Extremely helpful and very responsive. We had no issues at all. Thank you. Would stay here again.

Ray was super responsive, and it was easy to get in/ out of, and really clean. He had a great digital guidebook he sent with recommendations of places to eat and things to do. The location was perfect. We had a car and we were mobile, but even if you didn’t, you’d be within walking distance of both beach and places to eat/things to do. We’d go back for sure.

A perfect little beach paradise with an incredible view. Great space, small but nicely stocked kitchen, comfy bed, good wifi, and ahhhh that patio. Great bars and restaurants close by. Short walk to the beach. Pool was super clean. Dated building, but super nice people everywhere. Would definitely recommend renting. Note: elevator briefly went out of order, which is common among the Luquillo tower condos. Keep this in mind if you can't handle a lot of stairs!

The place was nice, was able to cook, which I wanted, with a well stocked grocery store across the street. The air conditioner worked great, and the shower was great, too. There were some restaurants worth checking out in the “kiosks” down the street a mile or two. The beach was AMAZING! Very swimable, which I did every day. Gabriel was so nice and friendly! Every contact was very positive and helpful. Highly recommend.
