A great price and place for a 2-month stay. Beautiful view from the top balcony. Nice studio with the essentials in the kitchen. A simple bathroom, shower with hot water. My favorite was the king size bed and the morning sunrise. And the sunset 😉 There's a great space that's fenced off for cleaning and storing gear safely. It had a lovely pool as well. The area is a local's neighborhood which was charming. lots of local friendly dogs. Walkable to the taco stand, (Cessys is the best for fish tacos), veggie market, pharmacy and the beach.

Fantastic minimalist property next to the beach. It was such a treat to stay here and Ramon was an excellent host. Peaceful area with access to everything we needed. Great value as well. We'll be back!

We loved our stay with Manuel. Even before we arrived he was super helpful and once we got there, we felt right at home. Some much so we kept extending our stay. The place is even better than it looks in the photos and we especially loved the company of Manuel‘s dogs. It was wonderfully quite at night and you can watch the sun and the moon rise of the sea from the rooftop patio. Also, the water pressure was amazing. We will be back . Thanks Manuel for the wonderful time!

Great place in La Ventana! Easy to find, host was very responsive and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Maximilianos place! There were 8 adults and 3 kids and we all had enough room. The pool was such a great place to hang. The whole property is beautiful and surrounded by a really well kept garden. The nature is amazing and great food close by. We had Olga the chef (recommended by Maximiliano) come and cook for us and she was incredible! We miss Baja already.

Our stay here was excellent. We had a group of four adults and four teenagers. There was more than enough space for everyone to spread out and have their own space. Places to hang out together as well as for the adults to hide from the kids (or vice-versa😂) The description mentions the stairs to the beach and there definitely are, however the SUP’s, kayaks and good swimming made it a fun place to play right in front of the house. The kitchen is stocked well enough, the pool is clean, the grounds are large and maintained, the house is spacious, and the view over the Sea of Cortez would be hard to top. We were there to go diving (shout out to Angelo and La Ventana Dive Shop, they were absolutely awesome) The boat ramp is a minute from the house so the location could not have been better for us. La Ventana is a small laid back town but with enough amenities that we had no need to go anywhere else during our week long stay. Would definitely return.

We enjoyed our week long stay very much and wish we could have stayed longer. Alfredo is a wonderful host. The property is a lovely retreat. Everything was sparkling clean. Plenty of comfortable outdoor seating, everything we needed in the kitchen, comfortable bed, and a beautiful swimming pool - albeit not heated so a bit chilly this time of year. There are two futon-style sleepers in the TV area behind the bedroom. Great location, walking distance to the beach and local restaurants, bars, and gear rental. The area is quiet without much traffic. Beautiful views from the roof top of surrounding mountains and Ventana Bay. We like to buy fresh fish and eat in, and the kitchen has a nice gas range and a toaster oven, there is also a wood/charcoal bbq we could have used. Conveniently the property has an additional shower and bathroom accessible without entering the casita, so I could see us returning with kids who will want to camp in the secure fenced property and use the cool fire pit.

Cinthia's place was exactly as described. The bathroom is basic but the rest of the apartment is very spacious. It's in a nice location just up the hill from the main road in La Ventana. Far enough from the road so you don't hear the traffic but close enough for walking places. The deck is fabulous! It's on the front and side of the unit with a canopy over a portion of it. You can always find a spot that matches your preference - in or out of the sun - in or out of the wind. The price was very reasonable. We would definitely stay here again.
