Vacation rentals in San Juan

JB was a great host: very responsive and helpful. The home is in a gated community which is easy to enter and exit any time. Plenty of space, staying in the entire second floor, three bedrooms, nice upper floor covered porch with string lights. Very happy with my stay!

I loved my stay here, my favorite part was how if you didn’t have a key to the gate you couldn’t even access the apartment. It aloud me to feel very safe. Not to mention the place was 10mins from the beach, food spots , & clubs. We planned to get a car ended up ubering and everything being so close made the Ubers cheap. Love how responsive the host was and answered all my questions in a timely manner. The apartment also was exactly like the pictures which I loved, but I will say the room was way bigger than I expected definitely a plus! I absolutely recommend staying here!!

Me and my family had a great time at Victor place. The Terrace was awesome although it rained half the time we were still able to enjoy the open aired area. Victor was extextremely helpful in our check in and with helpful tips to our surroundings. We ate at all his recommended places which were great. The place itself was very spacious and comfortable. Shower hot and clean. I definitely recommend staying here if you're visiting San Juan. Thank you Victor for sharing your place with us.

Rensis' place is a cozy and charming space, perfect for both short and long-term stays. It’s located in a very nice, calm neighborhood. It’s very spacious and clean. It also has easy access to the highway, which makes it convenient to visit different areas of the metropolitan area. Rensis and his mother, Marta, have been very kind and attentive to me. I highly recommend the place.

I really enjoyed staying here it was very peaceful. I appreciate the host and co-host they were always responsive and not hard to reach. I loved the big mirror they have in the room, I took really nice pics. Also, coming in I was sent instructions I knew what to do and how to enter. 10/10 experience I recommend you stay here if you plan on staying in PR. Noemi’s place was beautiful! I would stay there again. It was bigger than I thought it was going to be and me and my girls had an amazing trip. It wasn’t too far from many places. Their crew and communication skills were the best I’ve experienced with Airbnb. Thank you so much Noemi !!

Jason’s place was amazing! The location is perfect — just a short walk to the train that takes you straight into San Juan. The space was exactly what I needed for a solo trip or would be great for a couple too. Jason was incredibly kind and accommodating, even allowing me an early check-in, which I really appreciated. Everything about my stay was wonderful. Huge plus is the washer and dryer & Jason is kind to leave you some pods. Thank you so much, Jason! I highly recommend his place to anyone visiting. Rio Piedras is definitely the spot to be. And if you’re in the area, stop by the little corner spot called Tu Hit — ask for Kike and tell him Lola sent you!

Super comfortable and quiet, excellent service when answering any questions. I recommend it

The place is as pictured. The host Lucy was very kind and made sure that everything was okay. My daughter got sick during our stay and Lucy volunteered to wash the blankets and the next day checked to see how my daughter was feeling. The neighborhood doesn’t look the best but we didn’t have any issues with the people there. This location is close to many activities if you have a car. The downside was that there wasn’t no outdoor sitting area to sit back and relax and take in the breeze or have a sip of tea. And the blackout with no generator. Hoping the food in the refrigerator doesn’t go bad and the unknown of when the power would go back on. Lucy offered an extension cord from her place next door to plug in a fan. Very thoughtful. Overall nice and comfortable stay.
