Vacation rentals with beach access in El Centenario

tiene una playa privada HERMOSA, la villa está en muy buenas condiciones, cocina muy bien equipada, solo por fuera el club a la vista ha sufrido el paso de los años, se ve antiguo, hay personal de seguridad a la entrada q hace sentir seguro el sitio, la ubicación es perfecta para visitar La Paz y las playas del norte. RENTA UN AUTO súper necesario! La alberca muy limpia!

We loved staying at Naleen's place. The views from the balconies were fantastic. The home is well decorated and comfortable and Naleen was very responsive and friendly. It is a very short walk to the beautiful malecon with several restaurants and great views. I highly recommend this place and will stay again if in LA Paz again

El departamento muy cómodo y agradable. Nuestra estancia fue de 4 días y Fernando, estuvo siempre al pendiente de nuestra estancia. El departamento muy limpio. El aire acondicionado funciona al 💯. Hay un libro con las indicaciones y recomendaciones para comer así como para hacer excursiones. Respecto a la ubicación del departamento, está cerca del malecón y para los lugares que visitamos estuvo perfecto. En las noches no hay bullicio, es una zona muy tranquila. Awesome stay! We were provided with a 4 seater golf cart to cruise around the private grounds of Puerta Cortes which made it really easy to commute. You will have access to both beach clubs Blue Cortes and Puerta which are beautiful. Downtown Malecon is about a 5 min drive. It was a little confusing to get to the Airbnb for the first time but co host Edgar had great communication with guiding us directly to our stay. They also provided a brand new Pack and Go since we have two under two and my oldest will not sleep without it when traveling. If I would’ve known I would have left ours at home. Thanks for the hospitality! Highly recommended!

Personalmente, valoraria mucho un recibimiento cordial por parte del propietario del hospedaje con un saludo o una visita presencial. En cuanto al Wi-Fi, tuvimos un inconveniente inicial, pero lo resolvieron rápidamente proporcionándonos acceso al del departamento de al lado, lo cual fue de gran ayuda.

The place was nice and exactly as seen in the pictures. Beautiful and relaxing area. The communication from the host was great as they were always ready to assist us with any questions we had. The coffee shop right outside was a cherry on top.

Fantastic location at a place that was very safe and close to not only the main boardwalk but also the downtown area and MANY surrounding restaurants within 1 block or down the block. Bruce provided great recommendations and came in person when we requested some better pillows and he was super friendly and great at communicating. We shared some feedback about minor suggestions and he was very appreciative of it and it was great getting to know him and more about La Paz.

The listing is exactly as it is depicted, it's in a great location, felt safe, was able to walk to most places. it was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Marta was incredibly friendly and very responsive. would definitely book again.

La casa muy limpia y bonita. Fraccionamiento privado y muy seguro. Muy cerca de supermercados, restaurantes y farmacias. El lugar nos encantó!

Jennifer's house was amazing! Book it now! The house is very clean and well stocked. The surrounding area is peaceful and the view is beautiful. Having access to the beach club via golf cart was invaluable. The beach club pool was perfectly heated and the food and drinks were delicious. Town was a short drive away and you won't regret staying on the outskirts of town at all. We hope to return one day!

La casa de Rubén cuenta con todas las amenidades necesarias para tu estancia, la casa es cómodo y de fácil acceso, Rubén siempre estuvo al pendiente de nuestra llegada y que todo estuviera perfecto para ello, definitivamente regresaríamos!

Hugo siempre estuvo atento con nosotras, instrucciones muy precisas para llegar. El lugar cuenta con todo lo necesario para descansar, la vista al mar es increíble. Si quieres una zona tranquila, es tu lugar.

Recomiendo ampliamente este alojamiento , se encuentra a unos pasos de la playa, es un lugar privilegiado , disfrutamos muchísimo el balcón el cual tiene una vista espectacular. El anfitrión en todo momento estuvo al pendiente, antes de nuestra llegada y durante nuestra estadía. Definitivamente Volveremos!

Departamento excepcional con una excelente ubicación y excelente vista. Disfrutamos mucho nuestra estancia, en un departamento muy nuevo y cómodo. Ademas los guardias del condominio fueron muy amables y la comunicación con Gaby muy buena. La entrada al departamento es autónoma y sencilla. Solo recomendaría traer antifaz para dormir, pues las cortinas no tienen black out y, sobre todo en la recámara secundaria, entra mucho el sol por la mañana. Asimismo, la entrada al fraccionamiento es muy cómoda en carro y cercana al malecón, solo a pie no recomiendo tanto llegar, por la construcción alrededor de la zona y una jauría de perros callejeros que se juntan justo en la subida para entrar. Regresaríamos a hospedarnos en este departamento sin dudarlo.

El departamento muy limpio, muy seguro, cuenta con todo lo necesario respecto a artículos de aseo personal, la cocina equipada y funcional, hay agua de filtro, hasta tienen juguetes para la alberca, una hielera, la alberca no está climatizada, pero está bien puedes pasar un rato agradable, sobre todo la vista es preciosa, solo no hay un techo pienso que a las horas de sol puede resultar un poco molesto después de un rato. Importante: para acceder al edificio definitivamente se necesita vehículo ya que se encuentra en lo alto de una colina y a pie está retirado del malecón. Pero en general todo perfecto y por supuesto nos hospedaríamos c ella nuevamente.

We really enjoyed our stay at Nea's place! Dolphins and whales jumping in front of you, fantastic! The unit is as described, clean well stocked, we needed nothing. Deck is huge! Liked the bottled water (that staff would deliver, remember to tip). Personal shopper if needed. The pools is nice, 80 in afternoon! Beach is great! Pelicans constantly slamming the surface, baitfish everywhere and I was able to catch fish! Two restaurants beside the Condo. View is unbeatable and food is good. We went to town to eat a few times as well as grabbing prawn etc to make. Went to Malecon for roof views and great food! Prices are similar to Can. Taco stands or markets for epic food at amazing prices! Taco's El Estadio, 4 great fish tacos, ALL the fixings, $9 Can. yes please! This city feels very safe. We were there for Carnaval ( massive 2-3km? of stalls, stages, music food) and didn't know what to expect. Police everywhere! Not oppressive, just present and friendly! Thanks Nea!

Hilda Veronica was an extremely attentive host! She checked in multiple times before and during our trip, taking only minutes to respond when we had questions. When we arrived on the first evening and were a little confused about where we were (it was dark!) Hilda Veronica patiently walked us through the check-in procedures until she knew we were safe inside. When we decided to visit Belandra Beach, she suggested making reservations in advance and forwarded us the information we needed to make this happen. We are so glad we took her recommendation because the queue to get in was LONG! As I'm sure most travelers to La Paz do, we fell in love with the town and cannot wait to book a return trip. Thank you, Hilda Veronica, for making this vacation so remarkable and memorable!

This condo is awesome one of the best beachfront properties in La Paz highly recommended. The condo itself is very well kept, super easy check in and check out, the ocean views are amazing, the condo has everything you need and more. It is spacious a few steps to one of the most beautiful beaches in La Paz and to the pool. This is your best option in La Paz. Cleaning service is awesome and La Paz town with restaurants and bars are just a short drive away. The condo complex is super safe, super clean and well kept and beautiful easy to access. The beach is awesome full of sea life, fish, crab very swimmable, there are kayaks and paddle boards which we used everyday. Bring water shoes. We were almost the only ones in the common areas very few people. We absolutely loved it and will keep coming back! It is a small piece of peace and paradise! My kids 9 and 12 loved it. There is a little bar which is super convenient and taxi service is super reliable and fast to get there.
