Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Eastern Scheldt

We stayed with Sylvia for the 2nd time and it was all perfect again. A really nice cottage in a quiet location. Very suitable for families. The communication with Sylvia is great. We can recommend it from the whole heart!

A beautiful guest house located in the outskirts with fantastic views. A very well kept and clean accommodation we were truly impressed. The guest house boasts of a lovely good size open plan lounge and kitchen area with access to private back garden with full use of sofa and outdoor table and chairs. The house was clean on arrival, and we loved that they had a range of toys for my children that were made full use of - So sending a huge thanks to the couple for that! The kitchen had lots to offer a space to cook and relax. A fully functioning electric hob/ dishwasher and fire pit (super easy to use). Good size beds in both rooms and my kids slept well. We travelled to Ghent and Bruges via car which took no more than 35 mins. All in all fantastic location with beautiful landscapes, Jabbeke had many shops / bakeries / electric charging points near by. Thank you to Frederiek and Riet and for their warm welcome and for letting us stay at the beautiful guest house.

Ana was a wonderful host. She responds very quickly to the messages and gives clear instructions. The stay was wonderful! Very cozy cottage and super area to go to the beach or visit a town nearby. Highly recommended!

We had a very nice stay in this beautiful, quiet house. The garden is beautiful and a very nice area to sit quietly in. The house has everything you'll need. The rooms are spacious, everyone has enough space in the house. Thanks to the stairwell, you can also just arrive without having to meet one hour in advance. They were also flexible with the departure time, which was also very nice!

Wonderful weekend in Zierikzee. Within walking distance of downtown. A great cottage with everything we needed: nice weather, very nice hostess, a nice kitchen and historic Zierikzee nearby!

This Airbnb was absolutely wonderful! The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to help with anything. We had a couple of small issues, but they were resolved immediately with such care and attention – truly outstanding service! It made us feel so well taken care of. We will definitely be coming back, as this stay exceeded all our expectations. Thank you for such a fantastic experience!

We had a wonderful time. We fed the chickens, walked through the garden, watched the bees work and enjoyed the house and its huge and comfortable beds. The shower is very comforting and the living room with its large table allows you to spend a great time with the family. Definitely a place to go back to. It's like being at home.

A very pleasant accommodation. Nicely decorated, nice bed and also a terrace. In addition, tastefully decorated. And an engaged host Lisbet, who communicates well and is interested in the guests' experiences. Highly recommended.

Mieke and Filip were fantastic hosts, going far beyond what could be expected to ensure our stay was memorable. The booking at a local restaurant was a highlight on our arrival. Mieke made the booking for us when I enquired about places to eat late on a Sunday arrival. The cottage was exactly as described. A very cleverly designed and well- appointed small space with everything needed for an enjoyable stay. A really relaxing home within their large, private, beautifully sunny garden. The area is very safe and all local amenities are within short walking distance. Bus to Bruges stops close by and makes for an easy excursion. Mieke and Filip ensure that your every need is catered for with the attentiveness of experienced , friendly hosts. It was a pleasure to stay with them - and Elle the Belgian Shepherd is a real softie who loves to be stroked. We would definitely return and can thoroughly recommend the Cosy Cottage to others. Filip’s mohitos were outstanding. 😎

We thoroughly enjoyed the charm, the tranquility of Tholen and the beautiful apartment. Bakery, supermarket, nice shops, cozy bistros, restaurants within walking, cycling distance. Cozy villages with a lot of attention to flowers and plants, beautiful cities, nature nearby, a beautiful wellness in Roosendaal at a 20' drive, ... in short, a lot to do in different types of weather. We found a lot of useful information about the area in the apartment, even cycling maps, hiking maps, so we could immediately get on our way with the fiestas. The apartment is beautifully furnished, sparkling clean, everything you need (also coffee, wonderfully fragrant shower products, ...) , nice terrace overlooking the garden. Communication was smooth and friendly. In short, recommended.

We had a great three night stay at Sylvia’s & Eric’s, easy walk to metro line to get into Delft, Rotterdam or The Hague. Grocery store a few blocks w/ATM so got some Euros using our MC Debit Card. Kitchen had microwave, oven and two burner hotplate. Bed was comfy, we are two bigger guys and had no problem with space. Shower was great, plenty of hot water & pressure & towels. Could use a new pan or two but Sylvia let us borrow one. W&D used for three loads (10 euros), was in their home so had limits in terms of use, but generous w/availability. Drip coffee maker & small French press, offered free coffee which was nice. No paper products like napkins / paper towels, and needs more than just salad forks to use. Body wash & shamp yes, needs conditioner as well. Patio area nice, table & chairs in their back garden area, free parking on site, nice n’hood. Cold floor, (slab) apt below home w/ good lighting. Wash cloths, foil needed. Overall very pleased highly recommend, nice & quiet

Perfect for Rotterdam AHOY and great communication

We enjoyed staying here with pleasure. Convenient to get in at the front door using a code. Friendly operators. The spaces were large and everything was present. We sat quietly and felt comfortable.

Had a super nice stay!! Easy to find and upon arrival we already saw smoke coming from the hot tub. It was already made nice and warm. We were lucky with the weather and could lie wonderfully in the meadow on the sun loungers. Slept wonderfully in the bed. Breakfast was wonderful and very varied as well! Overall, it was fantastic and super cared for by Quinta! Definitely recommend it!

We had a wonderful 5 days with Daisy. She was always immediately available, and what's more, she always asked if everything was okay, etc. The small cottage is very private in her garden. Jacuzzi and sauna are the highlight. It was super relaxing and all major Dutch and Belgian cities are super accessible... Breda is also worth a visit.

What a lovely place for a weekend getaway with friends. Communication with Evelien was quick and smooth. The cottage was clean, spacious, quiet and had nice facilities. Recommended!

What a wonderful place! Katia is a great host, responds quickly, thinks along and we were even allowed to check in earlier. The house is very complete and decorated with care. That made us feel right at home. Good to know..Ursel Air Base is really very close. So yes, you will hear an occasional plane coming over. On the other hand, it also has something else. And they start at 10 a.m. and keep up around 6 p.m. Sleeping in is therefore fine😉

The cottage is more beautiful than the images! It is accessible even if you do not have a car, though a car would've made things a lot easier 😅 The area has a few walking routes you can take and see some horses and sheeps. Great to wind down and be with nature for a while. Elena and Jasper are friendly and very responsive too. Overall I recommend! ☺️

We had a great time. Finding location was a bit more difficult. Sand path driven off, but turned out not to be the right one. After contact with Frank, it worked out great! What a paradise. Wonderful place in the nature. Also spend a good time inside with lovely seats, spacious kitchen and wood stove. Will definitely recommend it. Freek, Tara and Jurre

Had a beautiful stay at Bregjie’s cabin. Although the airbnb is located in their garden, we had lots of privacy. The tram is very nearby as well. The place itself was spotless and modern, and located along a beautiful canal that is very peaceful. :)

The cabin is really an oasis in a location that allows you to reach everything you need in the local area. We were there for only 2 nights with one full day so didn't have time to explore fully but managed to have a great breakfast (in Gorinchan) on Hillechina's recommendation, visited the Biesbosch via Waterbus and walked Dordrecht before having a great dinner (again Hillechina's recommendation) near Kinderdijk all in the same busy day! Couldn't have happened without Hillechina and we were very glad to come home to our very comfortable bed and the cabin. Wish we had time to enjoy a cocktail on the porch but will have to wait until next time!
