Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Dwingeloo

Staying in the artfully furnished little house was a very good experience. Thea and Gerard are great hosts, very friendly and relaxed, and easy to communicate with. The breakfast prepared by Thea was fantastic, the best we've had in a long time. Strongly recommended!

We had a great stay at Steffen's. The house was equipped as described, which we have rarely experienced so far, so we felt very comfortable. The kids went on a journey of discovery and found plenty to keep themselves wonderfully busy. We were in the house for almost 2 weeks right before Easter and we didn't get bored. Most restaurants etc. were already open at least on weekends. Only the boat tours start after our departure on April 19th. (as info for successors who want to travel in the same period... :-)) Steffen responded super quickly and looked for solutions to problems and always had some ready. Thank you so much! We wish you continued wonderful guests who appreciate your gem and treat it well. Maybe see you next time! :-)

Enjoying the large garden, making friends with cat Willem, looking for an egg every day with the kids, baking mud pies, jumping on the trampoline and sitting by the fire on the covered terrace in the evening. For us 4 adults and 2 kids this was the perfect vacation. Many thanks to Joanne and her family for their hospitality, generosity and all the thoughtful details.

Had a fantastic stay in Ansen. Clean and nicely furnished house, with all the comforts. Owners are very hospitable and like to think along and proactively.

We were very warmly welcomed by Aster and Erik. We got a nice tour, not too short and not too long. Very nice that there were some welcome drinks and refreshments ready. We did not see Aster and Erik again between the reception and our departure, simply because this was not necessary. The holiday home turned out to have all the comforts and the explanation regarding the various appliances was clear. We had a very nice time and would love to come back!

Last weekend we greatly enjoyed our stay in the Rakhorst. The villa was exactly as described in the listing and fully met our expectations. The nice weather made it possible to make optimal use of the garden, which was an extra plus. Inside was everything you need for a relaxing weekend away. The beds were lovely and ensured a good night's sleep. Pien was incredibly welcoming and took time upon arrival to welcome us personally with useful instructions. Definitely recommended!

Our stay in this beautiful, idyllic farmhouse was just perfect. Upon arrival, we immediately felt at home. Clean, unusual, renovation apartment is in pastoral place . We visited some interesting places in radius 1-1,5 hour driving: Urc, Enkhuizen, Zuiderzeemuseum, Giethoorn ,Zwolle(Park English Work), Museum de Fundatie/Kasteel Het Nijenhuis, Het Nationale Park De Hoge Veluwe. A Perfect Nature Retreat – Highly Recommended! Our stay here was absolutely wonderful—one of the best ways to unwind in the midst of serene nature. Our son especially loved playing with the chickens and feeding them, which made the experience even more memorable. Agnes and her family were incredibly warm and welcoming. They even invited us to join their Easter fire in the garden, a special touch that made our stay truly unique. Agnes also prepared a delicious breakfast, including some yummy treats for our little one, which we greatly appreciated. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway surrounded by beautiful landscapes, we highly recommend staying here for at least two days to fully immerse yourself in the tranquil beauty of the place. It’s an ideal escape for families, couples, or anyone seeking a refreshing break in nature. We’ll definitely be back!!

Fantastically cared for place in a captivating environment. Everything is there, including good kitchen. Beautiful garden, views of vastness, enhanced by windows on three sides. Wonderfully quiet. Very friendly and helpful hosts.

We had a nice midweek with Atsje and family. The cottage was nicely located on the waterfront. The cottage is tastefully and efficiently furnished. We have been using the Kayak. The setting is beautiful for cycling. The cozy shopping street of Joure is recommended!

We had a great sleep in the cottage. It was a lovely cottage with a nice warm pellet stove. We'd love to come back!!

We enjoyed the attractively furnished cottage and the beautiful surroundings. In the cottage there were also all kinds of games, drawing stuff with coloring books for the kids and good books to read. We were able to relax and do nice things nearby. The contact with Nienke was very pleasant, in advance we received a clear description of the cottage and also all kinds of tips to do nearby. Nice to see how they built this cottage themselves and were able to make it such a cozy place!

We spend easter weekend here with the two of us plus our dog. We felt welcome from the start and enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. Perfect home base for long hikes in the forest.

We were very warmly welcomed by Jayanti and Pieter. They live in a beautiful location and the airbnb is in the back of their garden surrounded by greenery. We were there with our 1.5 year old daughter and she loved the animals and the slide!

This place was very special, it is nicely quiet on a lake where there is nothing else except a few tents and cottages for further guests but in a manageable number.

Really nice little hut on a farm, very cozy, we will definately come back. Further we forgot to order linnen for sleeping but hosts savede us in very good manner.

Cannot fault the whole process from start to finish. Beautiful house clear instructions took us straight there. Would definitely recommend we stayed as we were racing at TT Assen only 20 mins away
