Great accommodation! Located on a quiet street in a lovely, vibrant, and safe neighborhood. Andreas was extremely helpful and would respond to any questions quickly. I had a great month and would gladly recommend it to others.

We had previously stayed at another listing by Spyros and were extremely satisfied with the accommodation, service, and communication with the host. Therefore, we decided to book Spyros' place to host our guests. Our guests absolutely loved the apartment—they felt very comfortable, at home, and were thoroughly satisfied with their overall experience, including the smooth check-in and check-out process. The apartment itself is modern, spacious, sunny, warm, and cozy, and includes all listed amenities and more. Communication with the hosting team was excellent throughout. We thank Spyros once again for the top-notch quality of his listings and his outstanding service!

This apartment not only offers incredible views of the Acropolis it is so convenient to everything you could plan on doing during your visit to Athens. Romanos was a great host and was always extremely responsive to questions and provided great recommendations on restaurants and places to see!

Our vacation went very well, we enjoyed every minute of it! Here is what we loved: + location. Steps to the beach, we went for a swim at least 2 times a day. No need to bring umbrella and chairs, you can come back and relax by the pool when you have your own private shade and lounge chairs. + friendly staff, that replied to our requests very quickly + nice and clean pool and garden + 5 minutes drive to the grocery stores and restaurants What could be improved: - bathrooms were clean but have seen better times and could be renovated - same goes for the kitchen Be aware that this gem is located near a very popular beach bar, music coming from it was sometimes very loud, Saturday night up until 3 a.m. Overall is is a clear recommendation, we would gladly stay there longer and are planning to return.

Achladi is a charming village with beautiful scenery and very kind and welcoming people. The villa was spot on. As described and more with nicely furnished rooms and kitchen and very close to the "platia" just a few meters from the sea. thank you and will be recommending to friends but will also be coming back very soon 👍🏼❤️

It’s the third time I’m organising a wellness retreat in Villa Emanuela. It is always a pleasure to return to this sanctuary of peace, so close to the thermal waters of Aidipsos. Mr Elias is always welcoming us with his big smile, taking care of us and helping us in case we need anything. The communication with both, Christos and Mr. Elias is always impeccable. The villa was spotless, perfectly clean. We thank you for your hospitality and we hope to see you again soon.

The 180 degree view of the Pagasetic Gulf is absolutely extraordinary and the location’s natural silence is like a medicine for the soul. Great sized swimming pool that gets sun all day long, comfortable beds, and well equipped home. Bear in mind the bathroom/shower room in the mezzanine is very small and touch ups are required in some areas of the house and communal spaces (stained/chipped walls etc) but overall a very tasteful property with beautiful lavender gardens and olive trees. Our host Revi was genuinely lovely and very helpful! Pinakates and neighbouring Vyzitsa are two of the most beautiful villages of Pelion. We plan to return

The stay at Kassandra Villa was amazing, the Host or the Daughter of the Host was very friendly, helpful and caring. If we had questions or any favor, she quickly responded. The Apartment itself was clean, comfortable and very modern. The AC worked perfectly and we had no problems. The Daughter of the Host was friendly enough to recommend us restaurants nearby and also breathtaking beaches.

We stayed with the family in George's place. He was immediately very friendly and hospitable. She even gave us a taste of an exquisite homemade cheese. The house is exactly as described on the site. It is very comfortable for 6 people and offers a garden where I could even pick great figs and lemons. The only small problem is that the house is attached to the road that connects the port to the western part of the island and therefore, despite being totally immersed in the greenery affected by the noise of cars and scooters. But this absolutely does not disturb the night's rest as the double windows are very well insulating. Overall we are very happy with our stay in George's place.

This place is absolutely amazing and the location cannot be better. Pasquales was great and helping us get this set up. He was great with all the information about where to go and what to do. Some great tips. The folks next-door at the beach bar were also great and helped reserve us some great seats each day. The water and the beach were perfect. One of the best things is that the house was only a few Steps to the beach and allowrd us to have some very relaxing time when the kids wanted to take a break Pascuelas, did not disappoint—house was extremely clean, phenominal view!! Short walk to everything Lastly, huge thank you for boosting the car the day we left . Pascuelas, thank you gor giving us our 1st great Family VACATION after 5 years! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Mimi, Russ and family Great for big families!

The place is perfect for families with kids. From one side there is no pool which we saw as benefit since you don’t need to look for the kids all the time and they can just ran in the amazing garden, from the other side you can just open the gate at the end of the garden and go to a privet beach. Supper recommended!
