Vacation rentals with a patio in Croatia

The apartment was ideal for our short stay. It is very well located (10 minutes walk from the old town), with a balcony which is worth experiencing! The view is amazing. Also, you can walk directly to the beach and have a super market super near (100 meters). Ana was a great host, always responsive, flexible and open to give us recommendations. If we come back to Hvar, we would definitely stay here again.

Merci à Marina pour l’accueil dans son logement très agréable. Nous ne l’avons pas rencontrée durant notre séjour (boîte à clés) mais elle s’est montrée réactive pour répondre à nos questions. Fidèle aux photos, effectivement comme le précisait un commentaire un immeuble assez moche masque une partie de la vue. Un peu choquant en arrivant mais on l’oublie vite. Et la vue reste magnifique. Grandes chambres avec literie et draps très confortables. Climatisation très appréciable. Belle décoration. Grande terrasse avec barbecue, table, salon de jardin et chaises longues. Très calme, aucun bruit même sur la terrasse (on entend un peu le bruit de la rue dans le salon côté rue mais ça va). Situé dans une maison sur les hauteurs du quartier du port que l’on ne voit pas de la maison. Cuisine très bien équipée avec coin repas dans une salle à côté. Salle de bains: laisser l’interrupteur allumé à côté de celui de la lumière pour le ballon d’eau chaude! Je recommande ! Très bon séjour.

Très bon séjour au sein de ce logement. L’emplacement est idéal, tout peut se faire à pied (visite, plage, courses…). Le logement était très propre, bien équipé et parfait pour se reposer (pas de bruit et des rideaux occultants dans la chambre). La piscine est dans un environnement magnifique et la température de l’eau est parfaite ! Notre accueil était chaleureux, nous avons toujours eu les informations dont nous avions besoin. Encore merci pour ce très bon séjour ! :)

Bella posizione e vista dal balcone, alla mattina si può ammirare l’alba e sentire il rumore delle onde. Host premurosi e accomodanti. È necessario avere un mezzo proprio per raggiungere l’appartamento, avendo solo uno scooter gli host sono stati così gentili da aiutarci all’andata e al ritorno con il trasporto del bagaglio dal porto. Bellissimo, se dovesse capitare torneremmo volentieri.

Es un amor, tuve problemas con el transporte y llegué muy tarde pero ahi estaba ella esperandome para recibirme en persona, hacerme un tour del lugar y ofrecerme algo para comer y beber, de verdad que fue una experiencia muy agradable y calida, senti que me trataron de la misma manera en que una abuelita consiente a sus nietos

Liebe Vesna und Zoran. Vielen Dank für eure warme Gastfreundschaft wir verbrachten wunderschöne Tage bei euch. Die gemeinsame Grillerei war sehr toll, auch euch ein wenig näher kennenzulernen. Vielen Dank dafür und natürlich für den Kräuterschnaps! Wir sehen uns wieder ☀️ Wer einen ruhigen Urlaub erleben will, mit viel Natur und natürlich dem Meer vor der Türe, der ist hier an der richtigen Adresse. Ein Tip von mir: Wer ein Fahrrad mitnehmen kann, dem empfehle ich es zu tun. Es gibt viele kleine Wege am Meer um die ganze Insel kennenzulernen. Auch die Wege zu den Lokalitäten oder zum einkaufen haben wir damit erledigt.

We had the best time in Zadar and Luka and Leti really helped with that. The flat is lovely, super clean, great light and view of the sea from the balcony. The flat is in a peaceful alleyway and less than 5 minute walk from the beach. The hosts were super responsive and even sent us great recommendations for things to do during our stay, great tips for places to eat, the best nearby beaches and nice sightseeing in the area. We loved every minute! We highly recommend staying here and hope to be back. Thank you so much Luka.

Absolutely fantastic apartment in every way. Perfect for a couple. Amazing view from the balcony, just as the picture or better. Lana was a great hostess, meeting up with us and showing everything. She was very quick to answer our questions.

The best Airbnb experience we have had. Mislav and Vesna are exceptional hosts. The property is in an excellent location, and extremely comfortable. Cavtat is beautiful. Most importantly it is a very peaceful, relaxing area, with many excursions from there. We look forward to returning in the near future.

This stay was perfect! Katarina made sure we felt at home from the beginning to the end! the communication was very easy and quick! we recommend everyone one to stay there if there planning a trip to zagreb:)

Es war ein unvergesslicher Urlaub. Der Blick aus der Wohnung direkt aufs Meer, dieses milde Klima noch im Oktober, alles sehr besonders. wir haven es sehr genossen in dieser kleinen, aber feinen Wohnung zu sein. Die Lage ist perfekt und traumhaft schön. es gibt einen eigenen Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus undxeknen eigenen Zugang zum Meer über Treppen, unvergleichlich. Die Anfahrt direkt zum Haus ist gewagt, aber machbar. Mücken wsren auch im Oktober noch sehr lästig. Es war zu unserem Zeitpunkt kein Supermarkt offen ,einkaufen besser in Labin. Gaststätte war eine offen und eine Pizzeria im nahegelegenen Campingplatz. Renata war sehr unkompliziert zu erreichen und sehr hilfsbereit. Einzigst negativ zu erwähnen ist, dass in der Beschreibung von einer Waschmaschine die Rede ist. Diese gab es zumindest bei uns nicht. Sonst war alles top und absolut empfehlenswert. Wären gern noch länger geblieben.

Ivan gibt einem das Gefühl, zuhause zu sein. Der Check-In mit ihm war äußerst angenehm da er multilingual agiert [kroatisch, englisch, deutsch] Es waren alle nötigen Hilfsmittel vorhanden und vieles mehr (Kaffeemaschine, Föhn, Netflixzugang, Poolzubehör). Sämtliche Fragen die wir hatten, wurden über Airbnb innerhalb 20 Minuten beantwortet [zb Einkaufsmöglichkeiten] Der komplette Urlaub wurde auf besondere Art abgerundet angefangen bei Der Begrüßungs-Vesperplatte bis hin zu selbstgemachtem Apfelstrudel seiner Frau. Auch zum Abschluss gab es ein tolles Amusement. Wir werden definitv wiederkommen. Als Gäste gekommen, als Freunde gegangen. Wir haben selten so einen aufmerksamen Gastgeber getroffen. Before our stay, Sandro was already very welcoming, clear and correct. Our flight got delayed a couple of hours, but that was no problem for Sandro's brother-in-law, Ivan, who waited for us at the house. He was so incredibly kind to get us some food (and beers) to get through the first evening and morning, as all the shops were closed, due to our delayed flight. When we woke up the next morning, we couldn't believe the beauty of the view from the house. Having breakfast outside, while watching the sea, calms the nerves immediately. In a 5 minute walk you get to both sides of the peninsula. Where you can watch sunrise on one beach & sunset on the other one. A lot of beautiful bays are just minutes walking from the house. Both Ivan & Sandro were always available to help, even when our car battery broke down & electricity accidentally got cut off by road-workers. Best hosts we could have in this beautiful place! And great advice on restaurants & must-visits. We truly had a 5-star stay!

We enjoyed our stay here! The apartment has a beautiful outside area with barbecue and it’s just one minute walk to the beach. We worked remotely during our stay, so good WIFI is important and it was! The host is always there to help. Thank you once again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Beautiful and secluded but cosy place close enough to Plitvice Lakes. Had all the amenities to have a comfortable stay. My missus loved the coziness and decor of the RA House. Jasna and Ivica provided clear instructions to find the place and whole check in and check out process was seamless. Would love to be back again in the future.

I highly recomand this place. The view from the tarrace is stunning! The kitchen is very well organized, it was a pure pleasure to prepare diner and breakfast here, there is every equipment you need and even more. The beds are comfortable, the whole apartament is very clean. The Island has a lot to offer and a lot of beautiful small beaches are nearby. You don't need to have a car to reach the apartament from a ferry. Altough I recomand to rent bikes and visit far locations. We'll defenitely come back soon :)

Die Wohnung ist hell, geräumig und sehr sauber, genau wie auf den Fotos. Es gibt viele gute Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten die in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Branka und Ihre Mutter waren immer erreichbar, hilfsbereit und unheimlich freundlich. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Urlaub.

l' appartamento è di recente costruzione, a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro. Molto comodo, pulito con stanze ampie e luminose e una bella e grande terrazza. Arredamento nuovo, dotato di lavatrice lavastoviglie e condizionatori autonomi in tutte le stanze. la proprietaria, Sara è stata gentilissima sempre disponibile e premurosa. parcheggio privato. Tutto ottimo.

Ruhige Lage, umgeben von Gärten, dennoch zu Fuß schnell bei Hafen, Geschäft, Restaurant. In der Sommerhitze sicher angenehme Temperatur innen aufgrund der dicken Mauern des Hauses und der mit Pflanzen überdachten Terasse. Zum FKK-Strand, der groß und schön gelegen ist, ca 10 min Fußweg. Gut ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler. Natalia war sehr hilfsbereit bei verschiedensten Anliegen und gut erreichbar. Gerne wieder.

Very nice host, good value for money, perfect for family holidays

Waren 2 Wochen zu dritt bei ksena und es hat uns Super gefallen schöne Wohnung in einer Super schönen Stadt.

Wir sind rundum zufrieden und begeistert von der Wohnung und Lage. Alles hat genau so zu getroffen wie beschrieben und auf den Bilder aufgezeigt. Sehr freundliche Kommunikation. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Anja war sehr nett und Freundlich. Einfacher Check-in u. Out. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, neu und Modern. Sehenswürdigkeiten von Pula waren zu Fuß leicht erreichbar. (ca.30min) Kann man nur weiter empfehlen. :)
