Beachfront vacation rentals in Catalan Bay

Absolutely stunning location! The view and surroundings are so beautiful! The house is simple but we had no problems with hot water and electricity. Communication with Marcos was easy and he gave us local contacts because he was not around. We didn't need them, but it was good to know. Thank you for sharing the place!

We had a wonderful 8-week stay. The wifi was perfect for working . The apartment met our expectations exactly. It's located right next to a park where you can take the dog for a walk. A small river and a beautiful beach are within walking distance. Elisabeth welcomed us personally and helped us with any questions we had. We thank her for her trust. Easter 2025 We had a very nice week. Accommodation seamless, detailed instructions provided as you go. 6 adults and 4 children. The house is very close to the beach. During our stay (April), there was 1 restaurant nearby and 1 restaurant on the beach -very good food. No complaints, drove around a bit. Nearby 2 ports with lots of restaurants, coffee shops. The house is nice, the common areas are very spacious, well appointed rooms. Very good kitchen equipment (washing machine, fridge, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, coffee maker, oven, etc.), pool and padel were basically only at our disposal. Great view of the beach from the deck and balcony. Parking spaces on the property - we had 2 cars. Contact with Jacques was very good, leaves guests free, responsive to comments/suggestions. The water pressure in the shower needs to be improved - the bath in order. I recommend a villa for large families (2+2, 2+2, 2).

I would highly recommend this apartment! The location is wonderful, the apartment is very nice and everything was spotless. The ocean views are beautiful, and Alfonso was very attentive, always available and flexible.

This house was ideal for us, we had 2 dogs who needed a secure garden and a swimming pool with roman end. It was 3 minutes walk to a wonderful, dog-friendly beach. The house is bright and spacious. Has marvellous view of the rock of Gibraltar. Host Eugenio was incredibly helpful with any question we asked. The cleaner was excellent, it was a delight every time she came. It is a short walk/cycle to the shops and restaurants in Torreguadiaro, which has a local vibe. It was a similar distance in the other direction to the Sotogrande Marina with some lovely restaurants, nice Sunday market and a more up-market vibe.

Very nice place. Lovingly decorated, very clean and you have everything you need. The landlady is very communicative and responded quickly to our questions. The apartment is close to the beach and the center, so you can do all the walking. There were five of us (2E, 3K) in the accommodation and there was enough room. A large parking lot (free) is about 10 minutes away - the path there leads along the beach. There is also a supermarket nearby, which is within walking distance. We will be happy to come back

Very nice apartment! It has great natural light & lots of windows plus a small terrace to take full advantage of the views of Gibraltar & the bay. You can even see Morocco from the apartment! Comfortable furniture, nice linens & towels. Elevator. We can recommend a super beach restaurant called La Luna.

Aurora’s place is just beautiful. The view was absolutely stunning and so peaceful - a true slice of heaven. She was also so accommodating when we were leaving as had a very late flight so let us stay a little longer which we really appreciated. Thank you!

Great! A place away from the hustle and bustle, but close to everything you need on vacation, this is the biggest advantage of this place. The apartment is better equipped than a private home (including containers in life). It's really worth it!

Great location, very clean and comfortable.

We have just returned from staying at the villa for 8 nights and we had an amazing time. The villa is beautiful with the most spectacular views of the ocean. We had a nice private pool and there are other sharing pools in the complex. The villa has all the amenities you need and is very well looked after. There are 2 great restaurants only a few minutes’ walk away, and the local town takes 25 mins to walk. Claudia was a great host, and I would thoroughly recommend staying here.

Tarifa is a beautiful small seaside town with lots of charm. Andrea is a great host and the location of the apartment is perfect. If you have a car the parking is a super plus. Highly recommend

Amazing penthouse, clean, well equipped, very cosy, wonderful view and in very good location. If we come back to Sotogrande, we definitly want to stay in the same place. We felt at home here.

We couldn't have wished for a better house or more helpful hosts. The property was perfect for our golf trip close to some wonderful golf courses. However I would recommend this property and the area for any type of holiday. Thank you

The apartment was spacious and very clean. Sotogrande is a lovely area of Spain with an international community and a fun night life. There is also lots to do in the surrounding area. We went to Tarifa, Gibraltar and Granada, to name a few. Luis was a gracious host; always quick to respond and ready to help. We loved his big black book with helpful tips, instructions and recommendations. Would surely stay there again! Thanks, Luis!

I had a wonderful stay at Najia's home! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect – close to the beach (in front) and restaurants... which made it easy to explore Belyounech and places around. Najia was very responsive and accommodating, providing great local tips and making check-in and check-out a breeze.
