Super séjour! Appartement agréable, joli, cosy et paisible. À proximité immédiate du métro (moins de 50m de Retiro). Hôte très réactif, consignes claires envoyées par whattsapp, récupération des clefs souple et facile. Nous avons connu la panne générale en Espagne ce 28/4, prise de contact de l hôte pour vérifier qu’on allait bien et nous aider dans nos démarches. Alejandro est formidable et accessible.

L’emplacement est idéal, proche de tout : métro, bus, taxi, en plein centre-ville. Pas besoin de transport pour rejoindre Gran Vía, la Plaza Mayor ou le musée du Prado, tout se fait à pied ! Le logement est très propre, bien rangé, et parfaitement équipé — on trouve tout ce qu’il faut dans la cuisine. Carmen a été très réactive et disponible pour répondre à toutes nos questions. Je reviendrai sans hésiter. Merci encore !

Prima appartement. Toplocatie! Heel fijn rustig plein met terras om de hoek en de levendigheid van de grote stad op enkele minuten loopafstand.

David was very helpful and provided excellent communications - he also has a staff member named rosario who helped us check in - word of advice to any english speaking people, have google translator so you can speak to roasrio smoothly. The apartment was great and provided a unique look and had everything we needed. Location was excellent, near lots of shops, cafe, bars etc. Only 20 minute walk or 10 minite drive to the city centre. Also 15 minute drive to the santiago bernabau. I personally think 6-7 max people can stay there but depends on the group. Thank you David & Rosario.

This is a fantastic spot - you can tell they’ve put a lot of thought into the design. If you book, know that this is a 4th floor apartment without an elevator, so won’t be ideal if you have heavy checked luggage. Otherwise, everything was great

La estadía sensacional! Iván es maravilloso y muy muy amable, el lugar mejor de lo que esperaba, la zona súper tranquila y céntrica para todo. Volveré cuando esté en león de nuevo! No duden en alquilar este lindo lugar

Our stay was perfect. The house is walking distance to everywhere in the city but is off the street so is very quiet. It was very cold and rainy when we were there. We really appreciated the dual climate control units. We also came with a suitcase full of dirty clothes and really appreciated all of the hangars and the drying rack that enabled us to do 3 loads of laundry the first night. Most Airbnbs have only a few hangars.

David’s place was great. It was walking distance to the city center. Aranda de Duero is a cool little town with lots of Kathi g drinking and shopping options.

Il monolocale é risultato pulito ed accogliente. Il check-in facile e rapido. La posizione è ottima perché vicino alla metro e quindi facile spostarsi in tutta madrid e arrivare all'aeroporto. Quartiere tranquillo e utilissimo il market vicino all'alloggio. Se avete dei bimbi apprezzerete il parchetto di fronte all'alloggio. Ci tornerremo volentieri se dovessimo tornate a Madrid. Host disponibile, reattivo e consigli utili.

David was a really quick responding host. Every question had a fast answer . The place was near the metro station and it was really amazing the metro network in Madrid . David was really polite with many local proposals for every taste . But I want to be honest that his place is not fit to a three member family like us . Poor sound insulation , not enough space for all of us , and a sofa turns to bed for sleeping . This is wrong understanding by me and not David’s false. But I don’t want to complain because Madrid is something else and I will always connect my first visit in Madrid with David’s apartment . Thanks David .

O apartamento tem ótima localização, está perto do centro. Leonardo é um ótimo anfitrião e está sempre pronto para ajudar.

Un alojamiento muy cómodo, en pleno de centro de Salamanca. Las ventanas dan a un patio interior y, aunque eso supone que el interior del alojamiento es bastante oscuro, se agradece por la tranquilidad por las noches. Alberto es un muy buen host, se comunicó conmigo siempre que lo necesité de manera muy efectiva y resolutiva.

Ich habe die Unterkunft sehr kurzfristig gebucht und trotzdem war alles tip top. Die Unterkunft sieht in echt noch besser aus als auf den Bildern und ist sehr gemütlich sowie super sauber! Die beiden Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und antworten schnell. Danke ☺️

Es un alojamiento muy cómodo y aseado cada espacio y de igual manera las sábanas toallas, es un sitio muy tranquilo y su ubicación es muy apropiada por la cercanía a los restaurantes, almacenes y diferentes sitios, la atención del anfitrión es de calidad y la comunicación fue muy apropiada. yo recomendaría el hospedaje a todos mis conocidos.
