A cozy, beautifully decorated house. Nice kitchen, delicious coffee. The conservatory is very spacious, comfortable and wonderful to relax and stay outside all day. We loved the variety of plants around the house. Our little dog was very happy with his gift clip! Who doesn't want to sit on a sandy road with a setting sun and where you'll walk right into the woods! Thanks Robert and Marielle for the quick communication and warm welcome

A very spacious place to stay designed with attention to detail. It's nice that the former school is also so present in the accommodation. The location is well located between Apeldoorn, Zutphen and Deventer, in the middle of nature. Great to start the day quietly with a coffee and the great view through the giant window in the living room to the vastness of nature. Highly recommended

We felt very comfortable. The accommodation is very modern, furnished and equipped with attention to detail. A sofa and an armchair on which you can sit really well. A great kitchenette, with top amenities. Beds great. Bathroom great. The view is great! We were very satisfied 😀

Nice cottage in beautiful, wooded surroundings. You can walk directly from the holiday park into the woods. Urtica farm shop is in walking distance.

Aukje is the owner of the cottage and kindly welcomes you. She also got clear instructions on how to get to the park and where the cottage would be. It is a nice cottage with large fenced terrace with seating. Coffee and tea were available upon arrival which is very nice for first use. Wonderful to stay a few days.

Years ago, I had turned my back on AirBnB. Due to bad experiences. But recently I thought I'd have to give it another try anyway. Couldn't have picked a better place than Fred's. It's not a typical place. On the contrary, no corner is straight. Clearly inspired by Gaudi. We slept wonderfully there, nothing is missing. Our dog also loved it. Every morning look at the ducks, geese and futen that swim by in front of the houseboat. Thank you Fred!

We had a wonderful time at Sunny's Chalet! My dog and I immediately felt comfortable. The small chalet is lovingly decorated, very clean and equipped with everything you need – even more. Sunny was always available, kind and warm. She gave us great tips for things to do in the area, such as visiting an ice cream shop she recommended or a trip to the national park. It felt like you were visiting a dear friend who fulfills every wish. Sunny has such a warm and open way that you feel immediately welcome. Our stay was more than just a place to stay – it was an experience full of warmth, comfort and beautiful moments. We will definitely be back and totally recommend Sunny!

We had a great stay here! We were warmly welcomed by the host, with all kinds of fun tips for the surroundings. The cottage was equipped with every comfort, with a lovely gas heater against the cold. Very cozy and located in a beautiful area, with many hiking options and cozy restaurants nearby. The further communication with the host was very pleasant, it is worth the money. We'd love to come back!

A very cozy chalet on the corner of a small holiday park, right on the outskirts of the forest. How beautiful that was, the sun that shone in from the forest through the large, cozy windows at the front. Cozily furnished, many things available such as pepper, salt, coffee, tea. All cutlery, pans, many types of glasses. The beds were good. 2 cozy blankets for the sofa, candles, etc. Lots of towels, tea towels, bath towels etc. Plenty to do in the park for children, a large jumping trampoline, table tennis, table football, playground, etc. Staff were nice! Sandwiches could be ordered at reception before 5 p.m. and next morning pick up from 8:45 am. This is because shop was still closed. TV is very small. Internet via the free Wi-Fi of the chalet worked well!

Staying with Wendy was entertaining and very nice. The apartment has everything you need and is nicely private at the beginning of the park. Communication with Wendy was excellent. We were very satisfied and would definitely come back.

We had booked the cottage for old and new because our dog is afraid of fireworks. It was wonderfully quiet, only around midnight of course noise. The reception was more than warm, there was a bottle of bubbly ready, a personal card and even for the dog there was something tasty. We've felt at home from start to finish. Really everything was present, up to a booklet with tips for outings. On the last day we got a message that we could take it easy to leave, which also gave peace. In short: really recommended! Edith and her husband are two people who are amazing, warm and with a great heart. Despite the language barrier we managed to understand each other. The listing is great for staying in groups. We were able to take advantage of their taxi service to take us to the festival. The breakfast offered was super good and very diverse. I recommend this stay as well as breakfast, you won't be disappointed. ☺️

Hello, we were very satisfied with the stay. The trailer is simply furnished, but everything was fine. There was also everything you need. I still have 2 notes. 1. The TV is not working and 2. You need a chip to get to the premises by car. But you only get it from Megumi. The court attendant can't help out. However, you do not have to register and log out. This will be done on email from Megumi. Everything to together is a very quiet place to relax and feel good. Regards, Steffen
