Vacation rentals with lake access in Bocas del Toro Archipelago

A QUIET PARADISE. This place is lush, tropical and beautiful. Todd's casita is on an island with no roads and the place is surrounded by jungle. The only way there is by boat. So if you want peace and tranquility, this space cannot be beaten. Wake up to the sounds of parrots, a view of the ocean through coconut trees and then eat fresh, tropical fruit picked from one of the many fruit trees. Paradise. Then swim, paddle or snorkel off of the palapa. We snorkeled every day and saw numerous rays, squid, a moray eel and other beautiful aquatic life. There are many good Airbnb hosts and then there is Todd. Immensely helpful, and very kind and considerate. He routinely checked in on us and was so responsive and generous with his suggestions and the use of things on the space. He loves his home and wants to share the beautiful space with like minded travelers. The caretaker, Juan, is quiet, respectful and very kind. His son, Li, is awesome and will transport guests anywhere

Our stay at Jen and Chris’s Airbnb was pure magic. From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by breathtaking views and the kind of tranquility that only comes with being right on the water. The casita was thoughtfully designed, with a well-equipped kitchen that made cooking easy and enjoyable. Waking up to the sound of the waves and sipping coffee while watching birds flit through the trees was an absolute dream. The water access here is incredible; calm, clear, and perfect for swimming. We spent so much time in and out of the water, just soaking in the beauty of the place. The kids ran wild together from sunrise to sunset, fully immersed in nature, and we loved seeing them so free and happy. One of the highlights of our trip was the massage I received from Jen. I can confidently say it was one of the best massages of my life. It was intuitive and deeply relaxing. It was exactly what I didn’t even know I needed.

A monkey tiny house foi a casa onde mais gostamos de ficar na nossa viagem ao Panama. A casa é pequena mas não parece. Esta muito bem decorada, com muito bom gosto e é muito acolhedora. Parece contraditorio, uma vez que é uma " Tiny House", mas a casa é muito espaçosa e cama é enorme. A casa de banho é optima, especialmente o chuveiro. O espaço exterior é incrivel. O terraço tem uma pequena piscina e deck virados para a selva onde sabe muito bem estar. As janelas de casa sao tambem viradas para a selva e é magnifico acordar com essa vista. A Caroline ajudou-nos com tudo o que precisamos. Foi muito prestavel e simpática. Por ultimo, mas não menos importante: O pequeno almoço é absolutamente maravilhoso. É servido diariamente no terraço e para além de ser delicioso tem uma apresentaçao incrivel!

Adoramos a nossa estadia na casa de Augusto. As fotos correspondem com o que encontramos na casa. É uma casa muito espaçosa e confortável. Único ponto de atenção foi que não estava funcionando a agua quente para o banho. Acredito que ele irá arrumar em breve.

This is a very special place and my friends and I were so grateful to experience it for four nights. Hellen is so helpful and will ensure your experience is as adventurous or relaxing as you want it to be. She’s an excellent cook as well. I could not recommend this place enough!

Our stay at the casita was amazing and Kay was an awesome host. The house is at the top of hill surrounded by beautiful foliage with lots of amenities (kayaks, snorkels, bug spray, etc.) and natural sunlight. Kay was so responsive and patient and was available whenever we needed help with something. She was a great help getting on and off the island. This stay was truly refreshing and great for anyone looking to be surrounded by nature.

I spent a month here. We felt at home right away. Exceptionally clean, everything you need in the kitchen, lots of towels and access to laundry on site for free. Walking distance to town or beaches, easy to hail taxis and close to bus stop. Beautiful sunsets everyday. Al and Urania were always available by phone or in person to help with any questions. Wifi and smart tv . Kayaks available to use on the bay. Highly recommend staying here.

A gorgeous place with very kind hosts who rescued me from a dangerous situation at a different AIRBNB by accepting my last-minute reservation. It was a very healing stay. Clarisse is a delight to be around and a great chef - I will never forget her chocolate volcano cake - fully worth breaking a diet for, haha. I will also never forget Davide saying, "You are the master of your trip, you can change your mind" when I made a small change to excursion plans. Both extremely responsive to requests, very kind about guests being delayed and such. Would visit again.
