Vacation rentals with beach access in Belize

Our stay at Velento was all we could have hoped for and more. Due to windy weather, our groups original plan of a 3 day sailing trip was canceled so we had to find a place to stay and found Velento. The pictures do not do this place justice! From the grounds, to the dock, to the amenities offered (that pool!) - everything was immaculate, inviting, and a real treat. Thank you so much to the staff, especially Victoria and Beyoncé. They, and all of the staff we encountered, were friendly, informative, and incredibly accommodating. We will definitely be coming back!

I am so happy we chose the Almond suite at AJ Palms. We wanted the Hopkins Village experience and AJPalms was perfect in every way. Tricia and Doug are incredible hosts. We felt at home, safe and comfortable. Tricia is available to help and responsive to any questions or concerns. Their property is meticulously maintained. The beach is gorgeous and great for swimming. Many restaurants are near by. I can’t fault a thing.

Grounds and apartment were well maintained and beautiful. Herbert and his wife were very friendly and helpful and did extra things for us like letting us use their clothes line. The futon in the living room made a comfortable place for my husband to sleep because of his bad back. The neighborhood was safe, quiet and near good restaurant and a bakery. One of the hotels on the beach let us use their pool and beach as long as we ordered food there. They even provided us with towels at no charge.

George was great, and gave clear instructions. The space was very nice and clean, would definitely recommend!

My short stay with Luz & Dale was excellent! Very clean apartment with all essentials and a beautiful little patio area in the backyard. But what stands out most is their warm welcome and hospitality. They were so helpful! I will definitely come back! I would highly recommend staying here. You won’t be disappointed!

The home was just as described and was perfect for our family of 4. Jesse responded very quickly when we had any questions or needs. Even when my husband accidentally locked us out one evening someone was there within 20 minutes to open the door. The house was clean, the a/c worked well and it is walkable to everything in town. The only thing less than ideal was the club/DJ situation next door at Sandy Toes Saturday and Sunday from 12-12:00. It was LOUD! Just bring ear plugs because the house is wonderful.

This place was perfect for our week in Placencia. it is conveniently located just off "the Sidewalk" (which is at the heart of Placencia) but was quiet and relaxing. The views from the front porch were fabulous. We had direct access to the beach and enjoyed the hammock and swing. The kitchen is adequate and more than adequate for what we needed (lots of great restaurants within easy walking distance). The washer and dryer were a huge bonus!

Great stay, modern and very clean accommodation, well located close to everything! The host responds quickly and makes sure everything is perfect for us! I highly recommend it!

We had a great visit! Candace, who was our host, was flexible when our flight changed and offered us great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. Great location- loved the roof-top area for morning coffee!

We loved our stay at Chefy's place! It was a perfect, central location to house us all and be able to explore all of Ambergris Caye.

Dreams Casa truly exceeded expectations! If you're traveling with family or a big group, this is hands-down the best place to stay in San Pedro and worth every penny. We traveled with our toddler and our parents in April for 4 days. The property is literally walking distance from the airport and an easy 10-minute (or less) walk to just about every major restaurant in San Pedro. No golf cart needed! The house was spotless and spacious. We were able group of 6 and 9 people could comfortably stay here. The beach is easily accessible next door at Ramon's through the front gate (can't use the loungers, but can lay a blanket out). There's a great wine shop across the street and two grocery stores within a 2-min walk. The views are magnificent and I would've been perfectly content just lounging on terrace or rooftop the entire time. Sean and Colleen were gracious hosts - super responsive and communicative. They arranged for a high chair for our baby. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks

We are a family of 5 and recently stayed at La Vida Belize. The house was clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. The plunge pool, beach and dock were the perfect place to relax after a day of adventure. We enjoyed being in a quieter area and didn’t mind the distance from the main area of Placencia. We rented a car and explored several areas in Belize during our stay. We used the guestbook for tips about the area and places to eat near Maya Beach. The grounds keepers were friendly and kept everything nice for us during our stay. The host responded quickly to any questions we had. During our week stay, some of the activities we were able to do included: snorkling with Captain Jak’s, visit the Bocawina Nation Park & Zip-line Adventure, fishing, a Monkey River tour and visit some Mayan Ruins. We also spent a good amount of time relaxing and reading on the beach or by the pool. We recommend staying here.

This little house is among the top places I have ever rented. It’s the perfect size for 2 people, especially since we both had remote work we needed to do. The view from the bedroom and balcony was a balm to the soul. Having my morning tea or coffee in the morning on the balcony while watching the neighbors bike to work or take a jog with the birds foraging for breakfast is something I wish I could do every day. It’s so peaceful at this end of the island, yet very easy to walk into town. There is a little restaurant just steps away, behind the airport, too, where we got a very good meal. If I come back to Caye Caulker I would stay here without another thought.

This place is magical. It's beautifully decorated with the blues and greens of the sea. The photos are a great guide, and it's even better than it looks in them. The windows in the master bedroom facing the sunset are glorious - there are only palm trees between you and the sea. There are two balconies, both with a really fun selection of hammocks and really comfortable chairs, swing seats and even swing beds. Perfectly positioned for watching the sunset, and with outdoor plugs so you can plug in a fan if it's too hot. The other rooms are also gorgeous and full of character, with really comfortable beds. Also - beautiful bathrooms! And a well-equipped kitchen. Although the property is close to bars and the Split, the island shuts down early on weekdays - everything was quiet by 8.30/9. The Saturday we were there was a bit noisier with people partying at the swimming spot outside the house, but on the whole we found it a really peaceful location.

Shallow Bay was beautiful, so cute, and very clean. The kitchen has everything you need. The covered deck is very large and we loved having coffee in the morning and nightcap in evening out there. It is super quiet and peaceful along with well landscaped and maintained lot. Jeannette the local contact person is extremely helpful with restaurant suggestions and tours. I would definitely come back and recommend staying here.

Casa Holiday was perfect for my family. The property was very clean and the pictures matched what is shown on the listing. Very thoughtful, unexpected amenities like ground, coffee, shampoo and conditioner packets, small in room safes and a bottled water dispenser. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning units worked well. The screened in porch is nice for sitting out at night without mosquitoes. The pool area was perfect and well kept. Walking distance to several restaurants. Easy to get back into town by golf cart.

We stayed here for a few days on a visit to Belize with our young family. We received proactive messages from the host and helped us arrange and hold card and help from the airport to the island, handling all the luggage. The stay was fantastic and the staff couldn’t do enough to help make our stay enjoyable. We don’t always revisit the same places twice, but we both agreed we would absolutely stay here again if we visit this island. Book this place, you won’t regret it.

We stayed for 8 days at Palm Life and loved it. The unit was very clean and had absolutely everything we needed to make our stay perfect. Brad and Mark, the hosts, where on property at the same time and were very friendly during our stay. They were always ready to help us out with anything (fixing my bike basket - lol) and extremely knowledgeable about the island. Venzie is also extremely helpful and responds very quickly if there are any issues. We have to say that we really enjoyed the communal upper palapa and is a wonderful place to enjoy spectacular views over a coffee or glass of wine. We have stayed in Caye Caulker 3 times and loved being on the north side. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. Book it Now.

We loved our stay here, between our group we rented both united in Vincent’s building. The roof top was awesome! Spent most nights up there just hanging out. The views from the balconies are beautiful. The place is small but just what you need when you’re visiting Caye Caulker. The location is very peaceful compared to the hustle and bustle of the south side of the island. I’d recommend buying punch cards from the Split to Split ferry as you get a better deal. Vincent was very accommodating and friendly, even allowing us to extend our stay! We would love to return.

Front door lock would sometimes lock when door knob is turned or the door was shut. Told Office about issue. They seemed to know about the problem.

Spacious villa in prime location! It was a delight to be on the top level unit right on the beach! Jo-Anne and Jenniffer were very helpful leading up to the stay. The management company team on the premises was extremely responsive— everyone was very gracious and accommodating. The whole unit was beautifully maintained and spotless.

Enjoyed our stay at Zack's place. Unit was clean and well stocked. We loved the location, very walkable and close to great restaurants. We loved the pool at the complex

My 2 daughters and in stayed at this property for 11 days. The place was absolutely gorgeous, and the oceanfront view was to die for. The place was very clean and we felt right at home. The staff were very responsive when they were needed. The only issue I had was being bitten by bugs. However, when I reached out about that issue, they responded to fix the problem very promptly. They were very flexible with check-in & check-out! I would highly recommend this property. We got more than our money’s worth at this home.

We loved our week-long stay at Sunset Beach Resort! Unfortunately there was construction in the unit right by us when we arrived. We initially were told it wouldn't last long but my partner & I weren't so sure it would end quickly. It was quite loud & we were worried it would cause us to be disturbed in the morning & during our beach time, so we politely asked to be moved. After some initial hesitation, we eventually got moved to a different unit, further away from the noise. As it goes with island time, the construction ended up lasting for another 3 days or so. Because we were moved, this did not end up disturbing us & we were able to have an amazing time! James & Jason helped accommodate us & I believe that the upgrade helped to make our stay so memorable!! The kitchen was fully stocked & we cooked every day! Loved the bikes too! Would definitely recommend this resort for families or couples who want a different experience than staying in a hotel. Thank you again for our stay!
