Vacation rentals in Aya, Higashimorokata District

Everything is really good, clean and very comprehensive with everything ready inside the house. Nice stay point if you want to go Kirishima and Miyazaki. The host is very nice and good to prepare everything for you, thank you so much and I really enjoy my stay!

這是一間有3個房間，並附有客廳與廚房的房源，位置雖然在郊區附近沒有商店，但門前是田園風光，周遭可以散步，唯一要注意的是進入房源的道路較狹窄，轉進去的路口較容易錯過，需要非常注意。 這裡晚上很安靜，我們只有使用榻榻米房間，在這裡睡得很好。雖然房子看起來有年紀了，但看得出主人用心維護，房子裡非常乾淨，廚房用具齊全，並且提供一台自動咖啡機讓旅客能享用咖啡。咖啡好喝，我們非常感激。 洗衣間有足夠的曬衣桿和曬衣架，由於有洗衣需求，這讓我使用起來非常方便。房東也有設想到老房子的供暖需求，這對怕冷的我們很有幫助，尤其洗澡時，暖呼呼的，很舒服。 房源給足很多備用的布與毛巾給客人替換使用，也有吸塵器讓客人可以維護環境的清潔，這個部分也很讚賞，客人就不需要一直浪費地使用面紙擦拭桌面，環境髒了也能自己維護。 從房子裡的許多細節看得出，房東先生在房子的維護以及對顧客需求是設想周到的。尤其在聯繫上，房東都會盡快回覆，對於提供的旅遊資訊也很有幫助。 意外插曲是我有一件衣服放在民宿沒有帶到，在連絡房東後，也二話不說地願意協助寄件到下個住宿地點。他真的是一位很細心的人，還主動聯繫住宿處說明包裹的情況，讓我非常安心。 真心推薦這個房源，它是這趟旅程中最棒的住宿，因為就像住在家裡一樣自在與舒服。還有房東的友善讓我們印象深刻，即便我們沒有見到面～

房间很大，非常的干净，日常用品齐备，智能马桶，冰箱，厨具，微波炉都有。浴室也很棒，洗澡舒服。民宿就在中央站旁边，坐车，逛街都特方便。

Siamo stati un mese presso questo alloggio, ed è stato veramente molto piacevole Sebbene abbiamo sentito dei terremoti siamo stati subito tranquillizzati sia dall’host che dai residenti nei dintorni, l’host è stato molto disponibile e gentile e vorremmo ritornare di nuovo in futuro☺️

The hosts were very welcoming, accommodating, and responsive. The cottage was even better than expected and a block from the beach. Also very close to Aoshima island. Highly recommend!

we had a great time in this house! It has great views over the bay and volcano, and it's in a perfect location to explore the area by car. We enjoyed the large terrace and modern and comfy indoors. The host was very nice and easy going throughout.

Wonderful. Although it was a self check-in, our hosts were on site, doing some gardening. They showed us around and they left us with fresh vegetables from the garden, fresh eggs and some delicious shiitake mushrooms, also grown there. It was nice to meet them. The traditional house is well kept and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped. It is very bright and nicer than the photos indicate.

We greatly enjoyed this beautiful place with is typical Japanese and extremely spacious. We did not have a car so the bus stop 10 m from the house was ideal to go to Miyazaki or towards Aoshima. There is also a JR station within 10 minutes walking distance for faster connections. Great host that helped with questions about activities. We strongly recommend this place which is close to Miyazaki and Aoshima and its beaches. 5 stars definitely !
