Hugely spacious apartment in a great location, right in the heart of Palermo. A lovely patio space too which is hard to come by in a city centre. Sofia was communicative and attentive to all our needs and we would absolutely recommend for a stay in Buenos Aires!

What an absolutely gorgeous place with a beautiful view. Maria Elena is the sweetest host who checked in to make sure I had everything I needed. A 20 minute, easy walk into town. I was sad to leave here! Would absolutely recommend.

Maria and Tatiana's place was so incredibly wonderful, one of my favorite Airbnbs ever, and I wish that we could have stayed longer. Next visit, we definitely will do so. I particularly have to praise Esteban. He was so gracious, an excellent host. My husband and I could not have asked for more. Esteban was prompt with his responses, very helpful. Our surroundings were private, beautiful, and quiet. We felt very safe! We were in walking distance to the historical center, great restaurants. Don't miss Los Geranios onLa Ronda. We walked everywhere and never had a problem. I highly recommend this place. Oh, we loved the fireplace, the balcony with gorgeous view, the great coffee, and the fantastic service! Estevan was our taxi driver and so very good. We are grateful to Esteban for taking such good care of us!

Franco and Claudia were very attentive during the check in process and the place is just excellent, I was able to do remote work from there without any issues, good internet and the location is really quiet but close to interesting places. I would definitely recommend this place for both short and long stays.

Great apartment, beautiful, very well equipped, furniture and new and tasteful utensils. Supercomplete Condomínio and located right on the edge of the Guaíba. Roger is a dedicated and attentive host. Very recommended.

Graziella is a great host and communication with her was excellent, answering all questions. The loft is wonderful and has everything, exactly as described in the listing. Organized, safe, clean and very quiet. The kitchen is well-equipped, the shower is great and the bed is very comfortable. For sure, when we go to São Paulo again, we'll be back!

I was very pleased with this apartment loft, the area has lots to offer and much cheaper then staying in Pablado. The host was great and most of the staff was very pleasant. The older gentleman that does late night/ early morning had an attitude but everyone else was great. I would absolutely recommend this host and the loft to friends, family and anyone wanting to be in a nice secure building. thank you so much for having me in your beautiful home. I may return again and this will be my go to location.

Great place to stay in a great neighborhood. Door staff was friendly and the host was super responsive. I even locked myself out the room and he was able to assist in minutes. Def could stay here long term.

Great stay! The only mention worthy cons were the chickens which screamed at the crack of dawn everyday and the occasional bugs and lizards. Otherwise great stay and great communication from the hosts. Would definitely stay again 🙏🏽

Loft is cute, I highly recommend it. He was clean when we arrived, is well equipped and the gatekeepers of the building welcomed us very well. The location is perfect, everything is close and it is easy to visit the far corners of the city and the surroundings as well. It has bakery, pharmacy, convenience store, beverage distributor, restaurants, botecos, tour company for boat trips and etc. Outside the beach of the fort which is two blocks away! My recommendation for other people is that they take the air conditioning in warmer times, it is a super fair value more in the daily rate and the thermal comfort pays too much. Sonia is a great host too, always willing to answer our questions and solve any problem that comes up. Thank you, Sonia! When we get back to Cabo Frio, let's try to stay there again for sure!

Very nice place, excellent location, in front of it is the Parque del Ingenio to go exercise, the hosts are very good people, they were always attentive, the apartment is just as in the photo, very very nice. We'll be back soon!! Thank you ♥️

Excellent place, quiet at night, I slept well. close to transport (Transmilenio) and in a nice area. I will definitely go back when in Bogotá again.

The stay at Fran's apartment was beautiful, everything was super clean and tidy, Fran and Juci were very kind with the directions and when they welcomed us, highly recommended!
