Vacation rentals with beach access in Amsterdam-West

We spent 5 nights with 3 adults and a 4 year old child in the apartment. The apartment has been really very clean. In the kitchen there is everything you need. Possibly a few small spoons could be bought. There is a large very comfortable double bed in the bedroom. In the children's room a bunk bed. Comfortable and sufficient for sleeping. From the living room and especially from the balcony you have a beautiful view of the sea. Indescribable. Communication with Kathy was very straightforward, nice and helpful. Even though it's not cheap, we would still prefer it to a hotel and would love to come back

Great apartment just behind the beach and close to the beach clubs. Still early in the year so mixed weather and not too busy. A lovely place to stay on the coast.

We quickly found the apartment and were warmly welcomed by both hosts. We were able to park our car in a private parking lot, which is not always easy with a VW Multivan. That was an absolute plus for us. Sonja explained everything in detail upon arrival and showed where to find what. If there were any questions or needed help, Sonja and her husband could have been reached directly. The apartment is small, but very nice. You have everything you need and even sun protection, band-aids and similar additional things were available and could be used. :) In the morning we could enjoy our first coffee on the balcony in the sun and start the day well. The sea is right around the corner, the train station is a stone's throw away and the city center is also easy to reach from the apartment. Everything worked out absolutely well for us. We had a lovely week at the end of February. Sometimes it was a little fresh in the apartment, but Sylvia immediately improved that. The location of the apartment is top, everything is within easy reach . The communication was always prompt and very nice. The apartment is hard of hearing, but that didn't bother us at all, it is also pointed out, so we were prepared.

We enjoyed this accomodation in Haarlem. The neighborhood is charming and quiet. The property has a wonderful garden and a pond with koi. The hosts are super friendly. The unit makes excellent use of the long narrow space of the typical homes in the Netherlands. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great. The one negative of our visit was the hot tub. We expressed interest in using it months before arrival. After arriving we inquired again, only to learn it had recently broken and the replacement part hadn't arrived yet. This was pretty disappointing, as the hot tub was one of the reasons we chose this booking. We understand things happen but it would have been good to know before we arrived. Overall a lovely Airbnb.

We had a beautiful stay: a spotless impeccable, Froukje was always available for advice, a beautiful and spacious house equipped with all amenities, in a very beautiful location, within walking distance of the IJsselmeer and very close to Amsterdam. Really top !

We had a very nice time in this apartment. The location is perfect and Edmond aan Zee a wonderful destination. The contact with Nannij was extremely pleasant and warm. Everything you need for a successful stay is available in their beautiful apartment. We will be happy to come back soon!

A very cozy vacation home with everything you need and much more. We particularly enjoyed the fact that the beach is within walking distance. There are many nice beach bars!

We had a great vacation in this house. The house is great in terms of amenities, appearance and garden and suitable for two families. The surroundings are beautiful and for active people who also want to travel on foot or by bike. Clear recommendation 🙌🏻

Everything's great! A small, cute house close to the sea!

My boyfriend, our four-legged friend and I stayed in Berrie's house for almost 5 days. It is a very nice little house with a mostly paved garden. The sun shines really nicely on the sitting area in the garden and invites you to linger. The living room is brighter and more friendly than it looks in the photos :) The beach can be reached in about an hour on foot... by car it only takes about 20 minutes. The public connection to Amsterdam includes a 15-minute walk to the train station and about 40 minutes by train, which takes you directly to the main train station. So, if you are looking for a quiet, beautiful area between Amsterdam and the beach, this is the place to be :) We highly recommend Berrie's house!

We had a lovely time and appreciated the house with the good vibes and the love Lotte and her family put in it. With only a few steps to the beach it was easy to dive into a relaxing summer holiday. Lotte was very supportive and very reactive, so no questions remained unanswered. For our kids the equipment (like kids chair, small bed) and toys were just perfect. Thank you Lotte for a beautiful stay!

The apartment is super cozy and very nicely furnished. There is everything you need. The location is ideal. You can walk to downtown in 5 minutes. Still quiet. Communication with Majsa was great. As a welcome there was a bottle of wine and something to nibble on. It was beautiful all around. We definitely want to come back! Thanks very much.

This was our first time visiting Zandvoort/Amsterdam and Suus made us feel very welcomed. The place was bright, clean and fresh. Very comforting. Suus introduced herself on the first evening we came back from a walk on the beach and we had a nice chat. We mentioned how good the place smelled and a few minutes after we had gone back to our room Suus messaged with the brand of diffuser she was using and where to buy it. Very kind and thoughtful. The location is excellent too. 5 min walk to the beach, 10 min to the train station (public transport is 10/10). Overall we found Zandvoort to be a beautiful and lively little place. There was a market in the square on Wednesday, which is just down the street from the AirBnB. On our second day we were already thinking about visiting Zandvoort again to enjoy the beach more and swim. With the great hospitality from Suus there's no doubt we'll stay here again. Thanks Suus!

Mies has a beautiful small apartment with lovely views of the city and seaside. Its a bit odd that her personal stuff is kept there too, never experienced that in any other Airbnb.

Best Airbnb ever. Peaceful enough for me to write 450 pages and finish my book. Was heavenly.

Excellent stay, Jacqueline is remarkably kind and gives very good advice, super quiet apartment in a residential area. Shops are within walking distance in 10 minutes as well as restaurants. A huge beach right next door.

Tess was just lovely! She was friendly, helpful, and responsive, and her place was so charming! It was nice to have a grocery store across the street and a bakery just steps away-yummy croissants!
